Το μαγαζί έχει χτίσει το δικό του μύθο γύρω από το γνωστό, πορτογαλικό γλυκό αλλά όχι ότι δε θα βρείτε να φάτε εξίσου αξιόλογα pastéis de Nata στην υπόλοιπη Λισαβόνα. Φοβερές συσκευασίες των 6 τεμαχίων! Ευτυχώς ήμασταν πολύ τυχεροί και δεν περιμέναμε καθόλου. Η ομάδα πετούσε! Χαίρομαι που το δοκιμάσαμε αλλά έχει τόση βαβούρα που δεν θα καθόμουν να φάω εκεί. Προτιμήσαμε να τα πάρουμε στο ξενοδοχείο.

ジェロニモス修道院のすぐ近くにある。
朝10時頃だったからか、テイクアウトは、それほど並んでいなくてすぐ買うことができた。
テーブル席は、少し並んでいたが、回転がいいのでそれほど待っていなかったよう。
エッグタルトは、噂通り、少し温かくてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
(ほかに食べる機会がなかったので、一番かどうかは不明)
ジェロニモス修道院に行った際は、寄って損はない。

The best Pasteis de nata of Lisbon! So tasty, It’s definitely different from other ones I tried in the city, there’s was a queue to enter the place but it was totally worth it! The location is great l, you can easily walk to Belem tower and the Jerónimos Monastery. I definitely recommend this place

You can find pastel de nata almost everywhere in Lisbon from hotel breakfast to fast food chains but none came close to those from Pasteis de Belem. Their pasteis de nata are fresh, warm and crispy while other restaurants serve that cold. Definitely the best.
They have indoor seating but I prefer take away because the pastries can get cold by the time they arrive your table while you can have them nice and hot if you have them to go.

This is listed as a must visit on most travel sites. The taste of the Pastel de nata did not disappoint, and coupled with a coffee makes a great pitstop. However, on face value it was not astounding. The queues were long and equivalently traditional pastries can be found elsewhere. If it's your first time to Lisboa, I would recommend a visit.

디저트 안좋아하는 나도 6개 순식간에 먹음 포장도 하고 안쪽에 마련된 자리에서 먹으면... 진짜 뜨끈뜨끈한게 바로나오는데 꿀맛 ㅠ 커피도 엄청 꼬수웠다 에스프레소에 밀크 폼... 타르트랑 궁합이 꿀이다 꿀 포장해서 다음날 아침에 먹었는데도 맛있었음... 식으면 계란 비린내가 날 수 있는데 1도 없음 그냥 무조건 강추 너무 많이 샀다 싶을 만큼 사세요

Une expérience unique ! L'endroit est juste magique, l'ambiance agréable et les pasteis sont exquis ! Pour avoir testé les deux, je trouve l'attente moins longue sur place qu'en faisant la queue pour prendre à emporter.En tout cas c'est un incontournable à faire au Portugal ! Et les prix restent plus que corrects.

Sempre fui amante dos famosos pateis de nata.
Mas qual foi o meu espanto no sábado dia 13-06-2020 fui para os lados de Belem por acaso e quis logo ir comprar os.meus pasteis de nata, queria sentir aquele gosto da nata, o pastel crocante.
Levei 12 pois ia a casa dos sogros e eles também adoram.
Depois do almoço um pastelinho com café.
E qual foi a minha tristeza, a massa mole a nata sem sabor nada como era, sim comprei os nata ainda estavam, mornos, mas nunca ficam com estes uma tristeza fiquei muito desiludida.
Deixaram de ser os mesmos.

Интересно. Наблюдал тут 'сарай' зеркальный: он какбы есть и его вроде и нету. Из кафе Белень берут начало очень популярные 'Паштейш де Белень' - маленькие стаканчики со сладкой начинкой. Мне они не очень. Говорят раньше были огого, а теперь сгущенку с мукой мешают...

Os autênticos pastéis de Belém você encontra aqui. É uma heresia ir a Lisboa e não comer algumas dessas maravilhas! E o melhor da cidade é o original que vem sempre quentinho, massa bem leve e crocante e recheio saborosíssimo! É impossível comer um só! O pastel de nata custava €1.15 em fevereiro/2020. Essa loja fica próxima ao Mosteiro dos Jerônimos.

Чудесное место! Вкуснейшее лакомство "паштейш". Специально пробовали в других местах Лиссабона - ни одно не годится для сравнения! Вероятно, монахи Жеронимуша, придумавшие рецепт, хранили какой-то секрет! Сначала испугались огромных очередей - и напрасно, обслуживание очень быстрое! Только положительные воспоминания!

I don't even know where to start from! This place was one of the highlights of my trip to Lisbon.
My friend and I tried their famous Pasteis de Belem (absolutely delicious, plus they serve it warm, unlike most other places), as well as a chocolate cake; the bill was INCREDIBLY cheap considering the quality of their desserts and the reputation of the place!
We had to queue for 15 minutes to get in, but it was definitely worth it.

Questa pasticceria era nella lista di luoghi da visitare quando sarei andata a Lisbona e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta, in seguito a tutte le recensioni positive lette. Lunga fila per entrare, data la rinomata qualità della pasticceria, controllata anche da personale di sicurezza. I dolci tipici di pasta sfoglia farciti con crema non hanno eguali, una bontà unica, soprattutto se mangiati caldi così come vengono serviti. Vi sono molti posti a sedere e lo stile è antico, ricco di colori e tipico. Consigliatissima

This place is no secret, and it has line-ups to match this popularity, though they handle it very efficiently as different lines are divided off and the process is simple, so almost nothing needs to, or is, said by the customer or seller other than amount of pastries and amount for payment. There's the option of sitting down in the cafe, if you prefer, at a bit higher price for the comfort.

Visite este lugar e vai comer os melhores pastéis de Natas do mundo, ele chega na sua mesa bem quentinho, coloque um pouco de canela e acompanhe com uma média (ou como se diz aqui Meia de Leite) café com leite para quem não entendeu!
Funcionários ocupados mas fazem o possível para ter servir o mais rápido possível e de forma simpática! Sem contar o ambiente que é rico em história é também um ambiente acolhedor!

여길 오기 전까지 제가 먹은건 에그타르트가 아니었습니다.. 진짜 최고임. 여지껏 에그타르트의 차별점은 커스타드에 있는 줄 알았는데 그게 아니라 필링의 문제였어요. 먹다가 몇개 더 주문하려고 눈짓 보냈는데 웨이터가 자연스럽게 사인을 알아듣고 더 가져다주셨어요ㅋㅋㅋ나같은 애가 한 둘이 아닐 것이다..

Os pastéis de Belém ou pastéis de nata são uma das mais populares especialidades da doçaria Portuguesa. Embora se possam saborear pastéis de nata em vários estabelecimentos a receita original é segredo exclusivo da fábrica pastéis de Belém em Lisboa único local cujos doces devem receber a nomenclatura, pastéis de Belém. Aí tradicionalmente os pastéis comem-se ainda quentes polvilhados com açúcar em pó e canela. O pastel de Belém foi eleito em 2011 uma das setes maravilhas da gastronomia de Portugal. Em 1837 em Belém próximo ao Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, numa tentativa de subsistência os clérigos do Mosteiro puseram à venda uns pastéis de nata. Nessa época Belém e Lisboa eram duas localidades distintas com acesso assegurado por barcos a vapor. A presença do Mosteiro dos Jerónimos e a Torre de Belém atraiam inúmeros turistas que contribuíram para difundir os pastéis de Belém. Na sequência da revolução liberal em 1820 em 1834 o Mosteiro fechou. O pasteleiro do Convento decidiu vender a receita ao empresário Português vindo do Brasil Domingos Rafael Alves, continuando até hoje na posse dos seus descendentes. Tanto a receita original como o nome "Pastéis de Belém" estão patenteados.

Pastelarias can be found everywhere in Portugal and I've had their pastel de nata. So coming here I was curious and had high expectation as this was promoted as the best in Portugal. They definitely delivered. The Pastel de nata was 5/5 perfect level of sweetness and crisp freshly baked. Understandably there is a long line to get in however there are takeout lanes for take home.

Make sure you eat something before getting in. Or just simply take away. 1 star is for the tart. 0 star is just too much for the service.
The hostess pointed me to sit inside but the waiter had no idea where should I sit. Another waiter took the order and then disappeared. Sit 15 minutes for nothing.
Finally the original waiter took the order again and sent me the food without any sorry.
At least the tart was really nice. The coffee was in the average.

The best Pastel de nata I had in the whole region. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that I didn’t particularly like the service. I found that the staff just carry themselves around miserably, never smile to customers and almost talk to you with an attitude or giving you a feeling like you’re bothering them.

Não é ua sistema de serviço conveniente. Uma fila separada na caixa, uma fila separada para atender o pedido, outra fila para sentar à mesa. Muito desconfortável. Há um cupcake no balcão, mas eles me dizem que não tem , porque não está no sistema. :( barulhento :(

Déception. Le 1er pastei de goûté à Lisbonne était celui de Santo Antonio, près du Château. Belle découverte culinaire ! J'en attendais davantage du célèbre pastei de Belem. Malheureusement, sans surprise. La pâte était bonne (en tout cas très croquante), la crème également, mais je n'ai pas retrouvé cette onctuosité et mélange de saveurs.

Чудом попали сюда без очереди. На входе "лабиринт", как в аэропорту перед зоной регистрации или паспортным контролем. Внутри так много залов, что легко заблудиться. Внешне очень напоминает большую советскую столовую или даже застольную зону в бане, но при этом есть особый колорит. Галлон (Galão) подается перемешанным и в граненых стаканах, что прям возвращает в школьные годы чудесныя. Выпечка - просто огонь, уже по ней тоскую.

Bons os pasteis, os originais, mas, no verão, tem uma fila para entrar que dá angustia. O atendimento foi péssimo, não havia critério para se obter uma mesa; muita bagunça. Pra conseguir uma mesa para tomar um café expresso e comer o doce, quase perdi a linha, era uma disputa surreal. Mandaria alguém comprar os pastéis de Belém para viagem, mas aguardar uma mesa p lanchar...nunca mais e não voltaria. Achei um descaso absurdo com o turista. Isso é imperdoável.

Quem vem a Lisboa pela primeira vez, tem a obrigação de fazer uma peregrinação aos "Pastéis de Belém", o local que está sempre muito cheio e que deu origem à torta de nata. Preparados desde 1837 usando uma receita do monastério da porta ao lado, a técnica nos dias de hoje e sem ser hackeada, ainda é um segredo. Minha sugestão: chegue muito cedo, de preferência abra a casa!

Nous avons déjà mangé des pastéis mais ceux-là sont les meilleurs de très loin. La pâte est très croustillante je recommande cette pâtisserie pour les meilleurs pastéis de Lisbonne. Le lieux est magnifique rempli de mosaïque avec l' histoire de la création de cette pâtisserie et l'origine des pastéis qui date de 1837. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

A fila inicial assusta um pouco, mas vale MUITO a pena aguardar. Quando se entra você percebe o tamanho do lugar. O Pastel de Belém é a estrela da casa, mas vale experimentar os salgados. Nota 1000 pra coxinha de frango, para o pastel de bacalhau e para o croquete de carne. Experiência gastronômica ótima para ir em grupo pequeno ou grande. Atendimento cordial e rápido. Quero sempre voltar.

Un "must" de Lisboa, hay que ir sí o sí. No hace pasteles de nata como los de Belém. El sitio es muy grande, está bien organizado y es el sitio ideal para reponer fuerzas a media tarde tras visitar los monumentos de la zona. Un galao, unos pastéis recién hechos (igual en eso esté el secreto) y... ¡a circular!. Ojo, la carta tiene muchas más opciones que los pasteles y está muy bien de precio.

Hier kommen sie also her, die berühmten Pastéis de Nata. 1834 verscherbelten die Mönche, die diese legendäre portugiesische Süßspeise erfunden hatten, das Rezept nach der Auflösung ihres Klosters an einen Zuckerbäcker, und seit 1837 werden in Belém diese Vanillecreme-Tascherl erzeugt. Das Ambiente des Ladens ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, man fühlt sich an Bahnhofshallen erinnert, aber nicht an die modernen, architektonisch interessanten, sondern an jene aus den 50ern und 60ern. Die Kellner spulen routiniert ihre Runden ab - die Extraportion Freundlichkeit muss man hier nicht unbedingt erwarten, aber man wird professionell bedient, und wenn man freundlich ist, bekommt man auch ein Lächeln zurück. Aber man kommt ja auch nicht hierher, um stundenlang zu verweilen, sondern man will in der Regel nur eines: Pastéis de Nata essen, die hier als Pastéis de Belém angeboten werden und wirklich herausragend gut schmecken. Allerdings sind auch die anderen Süßspeisen auf der Karte nicht zu verachten. Wer also kann, sollte sich neben den Pastéis noch ein bisschen Platz im Magen lassen, denn die portugiesische Küche hält bei den Mehlspeisen noch einige Schmankerl bereit. Und damit dann auch die Freunde zuhause etwas davon haben, kann man sich Pastéis hier auch noch zum Mitnehmen einpacken lassen - praktisch in Kartons zu je 6 Stück.

If I had to evaluate the flavor, quality, freshness and fluffiness of the Pastels de Belém, I would give it a 5/5.
However, though I didn't have to make a line to get a table (came early in the morning), and despite having enough waiters, I had to wait a ton for the service. The waiters would stay in a place chatting, when the costumers were waving at them. It took me 10 minutes (each time) if I wanted something, whether it was the memo, the check or an additional succulent, pastel de Belém.

The service is the worst, the workers are just talking to each other and if you want to order they just say that soon someone will come, which is a lie.
The pastéis de Belém is the best we had so far. The hot chocolate is more like a liqudie pudding. And the bread was not good at all.
So if you pass by and want a cake it's good but not as a Cafe.

Fui um dia com 3 amigos. O atendimento foi péssimo e os pastéis estavam frios. O da manteigaria é melhor.
Voltei pra comer outro dia porque era o local mais vazio pra fazer um lanche. E fui ignorada pelos atendentes. Você tem que implorar pra ser atendido. Não vale a pena.

This place is extremely popular as the tarts are considered to be the best. You will most likely need to spend some time lining up to try them. The bakery is quite large with lots of seating. There is also a front area where you can just buy the pastries if you don't want to eat them here. You can also watch the bakers make the tarts through a glassed off area. In my opinion, there are better tarts out there. These ones seem to have a bit more crunch in their shell but they are still delicious. If you are in the area, check out the monuments nearby.

Fama rispettata, pasteis veramente molto buone, penso che nel mio soggiorno non ne mangerò altre dopo aver assaggiato quelle di Belem! Siamo andati verso le 18.30, c'era gente ma non la fila, si poteva acquistare immediatamente. Quindi consiglio di andare prima alla torre e poi di ritorno fare merenda alla pasticceria, che solitamente è piena di gente.

L'impressione è che abbiano riadattato l'ambiente per favorire il turismo, a discapito dell'autenticità che caratterizza molti locali di Lisbona.

The quintessential Lisbon dessert spot, and I made sure to visit it on a trip with a few friends. I've personally had a long affinity with egg tarts, and sampled them in numerous cities across the world before finally getting to try them in Lisbon. Even in Lisbon we decided to visit a few spots before coming to Pasteis de Belem for a good comparison point.
I decided to come on my last day in the city, and the weight of expectations I had set meant that they would almost be a make or break decider for the success of my visit to Lisbon. We waited patiently in line before being ushered through a surprisingly massive space to a table in what must have once been the restaurants backyard. We made sure not order conservatively, and opted for three egg tarts each. One of the key difference between egg tarts in Lisbon, and the other city where I had enjoyed them, Montreal in Canada, was that the egg tarts are served warm and with a dusting of icing sugar and cinnamon.
The pasteis de belem arrived quickly and lived up to expectations. The shell is flaky and crumbly, with a warm, custard-y filling. A sprinkling of cinnamon on top was delicious, and we finished the nine within minutes. A second round soon followed, and Pasteis de Belem was a wonderful cap to my egg tart obsession. Every guidebook mentions it, but strongly recommended.

Merece la pena hacer la laaaarga cola para probarlos y también merece la pena ver un situ cómo los hacen y visitar el local tan bonito por fuera y auténtico por dentro. El único pero, motivo por el cuál no voto 5 estrellas, es que cuando entras hay mesas vacías... Así que podrían aligerar la cola que cansa si quema el sol. Mil gracias

We did have to queue but we only had to wait about ten minutes as the service is so quick. The pastel de nata. We're delicious. We had a few different sweet and savoury snacks and the pastry was all excellent.

Alsoooooo... jeder spricht von den legendären Pasteis de nata aus Belém ... um es mal kurz zu fassen - habe schon bessere in Lissabon gegessen. Der Laden hat eine super Tradition , klasse Atmosphäre, top organisiertes Personal aber wenn es um die kleinen Törtchen geht finde ich andere besser. Ansonsten kann ich noch das leckere Sandwich empfehlen und den leckeren Kaffee.

....se andate a visitare la Torre di Belèm o la cattedrale non potete non fermarvi nella pasticceria che la tradizione vuole che abbia inventato il pasticcino più famoso di Lisbona, vi consiglio di entrare e mangiare seduti (ci sono circa 400 posti a sedere) e quando siete a tavola potete ordinare anche da asporto (così non farete file chilometriche fuori), non lascio 5 stelle solo perchè all'interno è molto caotico, ma pasticcini e porto devo dire veramente ottimi!!

Como siempre, está pastelería ofrece sin duda los mejores pasteis de nata. Por algo se dice que fueron ellos los que lo inventaron. A pesar de las hordas de turistas que absurdamente quieren tomarse uno en la barra de la pastelería o esperar una hora para sentarse. Lo mejor es comprar un paquete para llevar y tomarlo a la orilla del Tejo o en los jardines de los Jerónimos.

Now this is definitely worthwhile. The best pastries my parter ever tried, so that’s quite an achievement. The queue is long if you want to sit so we didn’t bother, we just grabbed a couple of pasteis and got two classes of licor beirao at the counter, it was the perfect fix and no need to wait ridiculous times. Die Pasteis de Belem waren sehr lecker, der Teig sehr knusprig. Trotz der Schlange an der To-Go Theke, bekommt man sofort einen Platz im Cafe, welches riesig und super organisiert ist. Das Bestellte wird schnell an den Tisch gebracht und man kann auch Pasteis de Belem zum Mitnehmen nachordern. So erspart man sich lange Warterei draußen.

포르투갈 에그타르트 다 맛있었지만 역시 원조는 원조네요. 제에에에에일 맛있었습니당 전 운좋게 안기다리고 바로 테이크아웃했는데 지나다니다 보니 테이크아웃줄도 길더라구욤. 하지만 만약 기다렸어야 했대도 기다려서 먹을만큼 맛있습니다 개인적으로 테이크아웃줄은 양쪽에 있고 또 빠르게 줄어드니 테이크아웃 하시고 옆 스벅에서 커피사신뒤 바로 맞은편 공원 벤치에서 드시면 좋을것같아요 !! 다만 부스러기 떨어져서 비둘기들이 몰려들기 때문에 비둘기 공포증이 있으신 분이라면 비추천 임니다 .. 정말 맛있고 시나몬 뿌리면 더 맛있고 지금당장 또 먹고싶네요 ㅠ 리스본에 계셔도 벨렘은 꽤 멀어서 두번가긴 좀 그러니 한번에 많이 드세요 ㅜ

에그타르트 원조. 리스본 포르투 홍콩 등등.. 다양한 장소에서 에그트를 먹어봤지만 다 쓰레기었음. 이곳만 에그타르트라고 할 수 있고, 나머지는 에그타르트 짝퉁. 가끔 포장해서 식은 상태로 먹고 맛없다고 하는 사람들도 있는데 이곳은 테이블에서 바로 먹어야 맛있음. 이곳 에그타르트가 맛없다고 하는 사람은 혓바닥에 문제 있는거임. 리스본에 갔다면 꼭 먹는걸 추천함. 커피도 맛있고 초코도 맛있음.

Muy rico y barato. Quizá deberían hablar más idiomas considerando la cantidad de gente y turistas que hay, pero al final uno logra entenderse. Los pasteles de nata ricos, calentitos y baratos (1.15€)!

A casa que tem a receita original dos pastéis de nata, tendo estes, por isso mesmo, nome diferente pastéis de Belém (nome do bairro onde situa). É definitivamente um local a visitar para experimentar um dos melhores pastéis que a doçaria conventual portuguesa tem para oferecer. Pode-se esperar para ter mesa.

Ir a Lisboa e n comer o pastel... Não estarás fazendo o passeio corretamente... Kkk a Dica é, ao chegar, sempre terá uma fila enorme do lado de fora, mas é só entrar, e procurar uma mesa pra sentar e relaxar. A fila do lado externo é pra quem não irá entrar, uma espécie de "drive thru", só que a pé....

Lieu emblématique de Lisbonne. Un peu d'attente (très bien gérée). Les Pastéis de Nata (de Belém) sont préparées sur place. Ces friandises arrivent chaudes dans l'assiette... Avec un petit café, c'est l'apothéose !. On ne peut pas aller à Lisbonne sans goûter à ses petites merveilles. La pâtisserie est très bien desservie par les transports en commun. A deux pas de la Tour de Bélem... Raison de plus pour y aller !!!

Pranzo qui. Ho speso €5 e ero sazia. Dolci belli e buoni che costano pochissimo. Era anche molto bello l’intero del ristornate. Ci si può sedere, Ma se c’è il sole il parco vicino è perfetto (se non temete gabbiani)

Fui com um grupo de 15 pessoas, e a opinião divide-se.. por um lado é bom porque é servido sempre quentinho, por outro lado há quem não goste porque parece ainda meio cru.

Pasteis de Belem is the original and the best cafe for the infamous Pastel de Nata. Established in 1837, the secret recipe for these delicious custard cakes is still under lock and key.
When you are in Lisbon it is impossible not to notice small custard cakes in the windows of the numerous cafes dotted throughout the city. They originate in a cafe called Pasteis de Belem which is in the district of Belem and you will surely visit this area at some stage over your stay in Lisbon. Belem is here where the most impressive Lisbon monuments are located including, Monument of Discovers, Belem Tower and Jeronimos Monastery .
Pasteis de Belem is one of the most famous bakeries in the world so it’s no wonder that queues build up outside in peak season. Many of the people in the queue are there to purchase take away packs of these delicious custard Portuguese cakes which are often bought in packs of six. Almost all cafes in Lisbon will sell Pastel de Nata in the long packs of six but Pasteis de Belem is most certainly the original and the best.
If you prefer or need it, then you can take the weight off your feet and grab a table at Pasteis de Belem while you enjoy your cake with a coffee.
When in Belem, look out for the blue canopy and blue tiled front, you’ll have noticed these blue tiles throughout Lisbon and they are a permanent reminder of the influence the Moors had on Lisboa down through the centuries.
To get there, take a Tram from Praça Do Comércio or Bus 15E from Cais do Sodre heading towards Belem (stop before the monastery) and you've arrived.

Fiquei em uma mesa, não gostei do atendimento. O pastel é superestimado, mas mesmo assim é uma parada obrigatória.

Ωραία τα παστελάκια, αλλά έχει 1,5€ το τεμάχιο. Μπορείτε να βρείτε εξίσου ωραία μέσα στην Λισαβόνα και με καλύτερη τιμή. Αυτό που δεν πρέπει να αγοράσετε είναι το pau de Deus, εντελώς αδιάφορο. Αν έρθετε εδώ σε high season θα χρειαστείτε ώρες για να φτάσετε στο ταμείο. Πιστέψτε με, δεν αξίζει πάνω από 20 λεπτά αναμονή και πολλά είπα. Παραδέχομαι το μαγαζί για τις συσκευασίες του βέβαια, έχουν κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά.
