Very good, very taste. First time tried with cinnamon. Taste is very good and unique in Portugal. Place is very cozy, quite and peaceful. Love it! I definitely going to recommend my friends visit this place.

Os pastéis de nata são óptimos, não dou pontuação máxima pelo pessoal que mal olha e fala para os clientes. Entende-se que seja um espaço de muito movimento mas um bom-dia e um sorriso não custam nada.

Um pastel de nata bastante bom. É um bom representante deste pastel típico da doçaria portuguesa, doce, crocante e cremoso. Acompanha sempre bem o café. É de experimentar. Bom apetite.

Out of all the iconic de Nata places, this was probably my favourite. I thought the tarts here were better than Belém, but I wish it was slightly warmer. The pastry was definitely better here, and it just had a warm, beautiful atmosphere to spend a morning at.

Κλασσική πορτογαλική pastelaria,που σιγά σιγά έχει προσθέσει στο μενού της και άλλα προϊόντα (όπως σάντουιτς σε διάφορες μορφές,και άλλα φαγώσιμα.) βρίσκεται σε μια από της ποιο μεγάλες πλατείες της πόλης και είναι δίπλα από στάση μετρό, ιδανικό για πρωινό το πρωί με την απίστευτη θέα της πλατείας και τον δρομέων της.

Better than Belem! I've tried several places for Pasteis de Nata and honestly these are one of my top picks. The pastry shell is really delicate and reminds more of a fresh flaky croissant. The filling inside is absolutely delicious and I love putting sugar and cinnamon on top. You can watch people make these right in the front window and there is seating in the back of the bakery where you can enjoy your tart.

I had my first Pastel de Nata here on the first day of reaching Lisbon and I knew the next days of my holidays are going to be spent on eating these little pieces of joy every chance I get. Regarding this place, the best thing is that you get the freshest of the pastels and you can see the artists work live making these delicious addictions. For me the pastels were just the right amount of sweet and warm. The place is amazing with lot of sitting space. It is not as crazy busy as the Belem but still has lot of crowd coming in but one can find space to sit much more quickly. you can get different coffee and wine selections (including quality Port wines). They are proud of their history and it is written all over the interior decors. Really good place.

We had two Cappuccino & Pasteis, which were fresh out of the oven.
The Pasteis were really good and a special highlight was the seating outside where you could feel the life of the city and enjoy the historical view of the prominent square!

Tanta fama que tienen los Pastéis de Belém del susodicho barrio, que resulta que está a 25 minutos del centro histórico y no son nada de otro mundo... y la Fábrica da Nata, que está en pleno centro, tiene los que son SIN DUDA los mejores pasteles de nata de toda Lisboa. Interior muy acogedor y bien decorado al estilo retro, ves el proceso de fabricación y cómo los pasteles circulan por el techo (supongo que para que la masa enfríe), es realmente interesante. Además tienen también otros productos que degustar, no sólo los pasteles de nata, que están muy bien. Hacedme caso: mejores pasteles y mejores fotos aquí, no en Belém... Nosotros probamos el primer día aquí, y se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito para desayunar, merendar...

Das beste Pastel de Nata was ich je gegessen habe. Super frisch und richtig lecker und knusprig. Jedes Pastel kostet nur 1 EUR. Man kann für 60 Cent einen Kaffee dazubestellen. Ich glaube besser geht es nicht. Sollte jeder Mal ausprobieren!

Local super bem montado, decoração, com painéis em azulejos e formando painéis lustres de cristal, sofás e cadeiras com mesas, é top.Os pastéis de Belém, sopas e outros comestíveis um caso à parte, excelentes! O preço é razoável e o acesso bem fácil na avenida da Liberdade, no calçadão. Lugar bem concorrido e de gente bonita.Isto tudo ao som de una boa musica portuguesa no ambiente .Ibteressante setor que no visor voce pide acompangar a fabricação dos pastéis de nata. Super indico.

Delicious Portuguese tarts! It’s near Rossio Square on an awesome street. The tarts were very tasty! They are made warm in front of your eyes, and were crispy. My second favourite shop after the notorious Pastéis de Belem! That’s a very good second! Only €1 each (as are almost all of them). Don’t forget to like my review below!

El primer día tomabamos uno de estos pasteles con el cafe..... al tercer día ya era dos o tres cada vez que pediamos y en este local encontramos de los que más nos gustaron. Además se puede comer ligero.

So as the google shows its good place to go, i had to come and try Pastel de nata, as i tried many since im in Portugal. Well, i have to mention, that i had better, also the coffee is not the best. Typical touristic place, many touristic guides coming with they tours. We chose to sit outside, as it wasn’t so crowded, like inside. We’ve got attacked by pigeons and also some homeless man came to ask for a money, later on another lady. (Lovely time to enjoy your coffee, i might enjoy those few minutes on the toilet more with listening to Fado).As i read some reviews here and people were complaining about service - there is a kiosk for preorder, so you don’t get in contact with waiters. Disappointed.

Food is great,but the staff and their attitude not. They will talk trash in front of you thinking you do not speak or understand Portuguese. Nothing is labeled or marked with price,so whatever you are ordering you have to ask. They do not toast the sandwiches if you don't tell them. On the door says wifi available but when I asked they said they don't have it. If you ignore all of that it's a nice place to sit,have coffee or breakfast.

Great place to have the typical "Pastel de Nata". Its one of the best places to have this sweet portuguese pastry. Have a look up when you are there and you will see how they are transported to the counter. You can also see how someone is making them though the window on the leftside when you enter the store. When there is a big queue I suggest to enter the store and go to the automatic vending machine where you can pay by card and can skip the queue. In the mornings normally it's not that full and you can sit down and enjoy the pastries.

Their pasteis are really good. I also tried those at Belem (equally good). The advantage with Fabrica da Nata is that they are in the city centre and the wait is shorter. Definitely worth the visit. I also tried their quiche which was also very good. I think that they use the same base for the quiche and pasteis. Did I say I went there twice during my short stay in Lisbon during my short stay in Lisbon :)

오렌지주스는 신선하고 새콤했다.
레몬에이드는 정말 레몬맛이 많이 나서 좋았다.
에그타르트는 달달하고 바삭하면서 고소했고,
치즈 크로와상은 너무 맛있었다.
초콜렛잔에 나온 진자는 환상적이었다.
다른 에그타르트를 먹고는 이 가게가 그리워서 저녁에 다시 들러 두상자나 사왔다.

Situado na Praça dos Restauradores em Lisboa, existe estacionamento subterrâneo para automóveis a 5 minutos. O atendimento é rápido. Existe pagamento com cartão multibanco e cartão de crédito. Os pastéis estão sempre a sair.
O espaço é agradável, porém existe muito barulho.

Apparently the original bakery that made Pasteis de Nata (after buying the recipe from monks). Surprisingly great value at a place one fears would be a tourist trap. Combo menus range from 4 to 8 euros include a pastry, drink (coffee, beer, juice, wine) and sometimes sandwich. Quiet patio off the side too.

My favorite place for breakfast, great service, very fast and very delicious. I love the veal croquettes and scrambled egg quiches and always finish with a coffee and a pasteis de nata. The place has outside and inside seating, you can order from a kiosk if you want and always ordered in english with no problems at all. They accept credit cards, definetly recomended.

Cafetería con mucho encanto. Los precios son justos. También se pueden comer una exquisitas croquetas de bacalao. La decoración es muy bonita. Baguette with chicken was absolutely filling and tasty.

Ideally located, kind of sandwiched between Praça dos Restauradores and the so-called "food street" Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, with a side entrance (and al-fresco sitting area) on Travessa de Santo Antão, Fábrica da Nata is considered one of the best places to get the freshest Pasteis de Nata (the famous Lisbon custard pies).
The interior offers plenty of sit-down spots, it is airy, with the daylight coming from the overhead skylights, its walls adorned with the supersized photographs of the old Lisbon, particularly of the area where Fábrica da Nata is located and the famous Portuguese azulejos (bluish ceramic tiles). There are electronic touch-screen kiosks inside where you can pre-order your food, of course, with the English menu.
The choices are not limited to the sweet pastries only, and you can get a wide variety of sandwiches (tuna baguettes, ham & cheese baguettes, grilled chicken baguettes, serra cheese & smoked ham baguettes, or tomato & mozzarella baguettes, all ranging from 1,95 € to 6 €).
There are also pre-fixe menus available, so you can get a Pastel de Nata with a glass of Port wine, or a local sweet cherry-based liqueur Ginjinha (2,50 €), breakfast (ham & cheese croissant, café latte, and a Pastel de Nata for 3,90 €), or you can splurge on the so-called "almoço" or lunch, where you can get a bread crumbed chicken sandwich or smoked ham sandwich, a drink, and a Pastel de Nata, all for 4,90 €. Yes, the place is cheap even for LIsbon standards, with a cup of coffee, including Espresso (Bica), offered at 0,60 € and a Pastel de Nata for 1 €!
Salads and savory pastries are excellent too.
As a fine specimen of the local cuisine we would definitely recommend a savory codfish pastry (Pastel de Bacalhau).

Maaadre mía como están los pastelitos... Estaban calentitos. Valen 1€ cada uno, lo puedes pedir para llevar o tomar en el local que tiene sitios dentro y fuera. En el techo se mueven las bandejas en el que los hacen, está muy chulo. La cocina está a la vista. Sirven croassant, café, cerveza, etc...

Location: Near Rossio.
The place: The interior is quite big - clean, bright. They also have two terraces - one out front on the sidewalk and one that's adjacent to the building.
The goods: Well, I came here almost every day. I got the #2 - a ham and cheese croissant, latté and mini natas. The croissant was so, so good. Freshly baked, and the ham was delicious. They make natas right there in front of you, all day long - so I often got mine warm! I'm not really a fan of custard but wow, these were awesome. The coffee was pretty good. They also have sandwiches and a few other items as well.
Service: Good.
Price point: 3.80€ for the #2.
This is a great go-to for breakfast or lunch, and won't break the bank.

I ate at Fabrica da Nata every day on several summer trips to Lisbon. This is a popular and pleasant spot to enjoy delicious sandwiches, the traditional Portuguese custard pastries baked in its own kitchen, a cold beer or coffee or tea.
Fabrica da Nata is located at the lower end of Avenida da Liberdade and diagonally across from the Rossio Station and the Avenida Palace Hotel.
If you sit inside in one of two comfortable areas you can relax. The back room was my favorite. Outside there are numerous tables and chairs but watch out as the pigeons often swoop down onto the tables looking for scraps of food.

You can see how the natas are done and the place is nice and informative, quite big to sit in it too. They have a variety of pastries, we tried some sort of cheese and ham nata and the traditional. The ham+cheese tasted a bit salty. The traditional one tasted a bit too sweet. They served sandeman porto with natas too, if you are a porto wine fan. However, not my fav nata spot.

No respect for vegetarians. only one vegetarian sandwich. it was dripping tuna on it from the tuna sandwiches from above. one day they did not have it, i was hungry and i asked if they can make another one. they said abruptly "no" and started serving the next person (after i waited more than 20 min in line). I went to my table and saw a big tray of the mozarella sandwich heading to the shelve. The woman didn't even care about me as a customer, asking for another vegetarian sandwich. She didn;t even check and just said "no". So impolite.

La frabrique da Nata est une chaîne, comme Paul en France.
Le debit est énorme, donc les produits sont toujours frais et croustillants
Le prix est très raisonnable, il existe des formules sucrées / salées comprenant les fameux pasteis de nata à déguster absolument.
Le décor est différent suivant le lieu, Porto, Lisbonne,....mais reste de même esprit.
Celui de Lisbonne est le plus jolie et le plus spacieux.
Très fréquenté à la pause déjeuner, l'après-midi est beaucoup plus calme, c'est mieux pour un petit goûter.
