Stopped here for lunch. I'm glad I didn't read the negative reviews before going. The service was great, the waiter was kind and spoke English. He suggested a terrific red wine with our meal. We had the cured ham, bread, honey and nuts, it was great. The vegetable pie was delicious, but I would not reccomend the game sausage, it had a soggy bread texture and was not to my liking. For those of you complaining about the price of the olives and bread, maybe stay home next time or keep your cheapskate comments to yourself.

They charge you for bread and olives you didn't order. Also we ordered two beer and got basically almost both a liter of beer, which was not even on the menu and was 13€ total. They are basically applying this technique on tourists and once you mention it, they will correct it. Don’t fall for it by basically by not visiting the place.

Scammers. Food is decent, they try to rip you off by serving appetizers you didn’t order + charged us for bread which was already included in the price of a meal. Stay away at all costs.

Cadre et musique agréables. Nourriture sans relief mais correct. Petite déception, sur le menu affiché (<10€) à l'extérieur mais absent de la carte ; ainsi que les olives (1,90€) et le pain (2,50€) déposés par défaut sur la table sans préciser que c'est payant (tout de même 4,4€ au global).

I was quite surprised - after our visit - about the very negative reviews here. Our experience was just the opposite... very friendly waiter with perfect wine recommendation and a delicious menu with varieties of the house - a very enjoyable dinner for the two of us.

Total rip-off. Stay away. Just any other dining option in LX Factory is better: I have tried them all. Quality below average. Insane pricing. 6€ for bread and olives?

Wanted a light meal - caprese salad (mozzarella could have been supermarket level), ham wrapped dates and canned sardines. Okay, nothing remarkable (horrific in Lisbon where every meal has been nothing short of fantastic), fairly pricy (EUR 11ish for caprese). The green wine was nice. Service was friendly but very, very slow. They gave us the bread and olives, I told them we didn't order it. He said this is what happens in restaurants, we've paid for it already (weird statement). It turned up on the bill later - itemised. Olive oil. Olives. Bread. About five- six euros total. Fortunately one waiter removed it without question when we told him we didn't order it. Which is just as well because I'm a bread lover, and I've never had a white bread that actually tastes of water.

The culinary equivalent of getting punched in the face, then robbed, but with quirky mugs. If you’re after ham and beer they can sort you out, but anything else is beyond the capabilities of the kitchen

Avoid at any cost. The waiting time is very long, the waiters are aggressively fast, the food is average at best. And for some reason, they can simply ignore you for half an hour after you're done with your first order. It's just not worth it. There are plenty of great places in Lisbon.

Brot und Oliven und Öl welches als Gruß der Küche serviert wurden, wurden für ca. 6€ berechnet. Essen war gut bis okay, Kellner lassen auf sich warten und wirken unfreundlich. Schönes Ambiente, Musik ist Geschmackssache und ziemlich laut zum Essen

The waiter has been very rude, poor attitude, grumpy face, and not very welcoming. Only having 600ml beer and pretty sure the tall thin glass it's been served in is Def not 600ml. Perhaps he misheard the order too.

I had lunch here. The food and wine were very good, but the price was not reasonable. The staff was very hectic, was in a bad mood and argued in front of the guests, which made me feel very uncomfortable. To close a door the staff put a trash can next to me and forgot it there. I had to put it away again myself. For the food I give five stars, minus one star because of the poor price-performance ratio, for the service no stars.

Ok service but I didn’t appreciate that they’ve put brad and olives in the middle of the table without us ordering and then charge us on the bill. All we’ve ordered in the picture costed £32

Kids friendly, we like the place as family. I dont think that this place deserve a low rating. The starters were all delicious.

In questo locale siamo stati abbastanza bene, ma non troppo, vi spiego perché. Purtroppo (colpa nostra) siamo arrivati un po' tardi, alle 21.40 e la cucina chiudeva alle 22. Sinceramente pensavamo che essendo in una zona un po' alternativa (LX Factory), ex quartiere industriale chiaramente rivolto ad una clientela giovane, si potesse mangiare fino a tardi, ma non era così. Altra colpa nostra, mentre guardavamo i menù per decidere dove cenare (cercavamo pesce), abbiamo un po' frainteso il menù, non capendo che i piatti a base di pesce erano più starter che piatti unici con cui saziarti. Per cui una volta seduti ho preso l'unico piatto col polpo ma era effettivamente una insalatina con polpo, buonissima per altro ma sicuramente non saziante (se esiste il termine bene, sennò ora comunque esiste). Abbiamo anche preso un tagliere, il più costoso che c'era per non sbagliare sperando fosse abbondante visto il prezzo di €15.90. Come vedete dalla foto, era un po' scarno in quantità e varietà, buono per carità, ma non è potuto non scattare il confronto con quelli toscani per esempio, davvero abbondanti ed un po' metro di misura. Essendo poi verso chiusura appunto, abbiamo dovuto decidere a priori se prendere altro, come il caffè finale. Ma sul momento, eravamo a posto così. Abbiamo rimediato con pane e olive, entrambi in abbondanza. Promosso il vino ed il personale, giovane, simpatico e gentilissimo, che sicuramente non ha colpa dell'orario a cui siamo andati e dei prezzi un po' pompati. Il conto si è chiuso a €36, un po' troppo secondo noi per quel che abbiam mangiato.

Music is off the hook. That real soul all day! Staff was hilarious and friendly AF. Food was alright - not mind blowing, but reasonably priced. Grain of salt - everything seems reasonably priced to me in Lisbon. ‍♂️

Lo staff è favoloso, vivace e sa intrattenere l'attesa del cibo. La musica era molto gradevole e abbiamo passato una serata meravigliosa e divertente, degustando pietanze molto buone. Locale consigliatissimo per una clientela giovane che ha voglia di far festa nella bellissima location di LX Factory

Very tasty food - i had the goat cheese with ham- and super Staff who enjoy their work, not to mention the great music. Happy for the many bad reviews so most tourist will avoid and the quality won’t suffer:)

Nous y avons pris plusieurs tapas (fromage, charcuterie, gaspacho maison, poivrons)... et du vin, nous n'avons pas été déçues. Très bonne ambiance des serveurs et des cuisiniers.

Sitio muy caro para la poca calidad de la comida. Encima te ponen unas aceitunas y un poco de aceite sin tu pedirlo y luego te cobran por ello. Cualquier otro restaurante de alrededor es mucho mejor.

Only the music was good. Overpriced and bad food. The sausage was all fat- you couldnt eat it and when we complained, they blew us off. Don't waste time and money in that place.

Super tolles Restaurant. Hatten den Tropical und den Chicken Salat, diese waren wunderbar lecker. Tolle Weinauswahl, auch wenn man Glasweise bestellt. Personal ist sehr freundlich, authentisch und aufmerksam. In dieser Location gehört es dazu, dass die Musik lauter ist (man kann sich noch gut miteinander unterhalten) und das Personal schon mal mitsingt :) Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier. Ambiente ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Danke für den tollen Abend!

Attrape touriste, cher pour ce que c'est. Faites attention les olives et le pain qu'ils vous "offrent" au début sans vous demander vous sera facturé ! A part ça le cadre (musique, déco) et les serveurs sont sympa

Staff was not very fast and responsive, the food below average. The best piece was the bread served as couvert.

A comida é bastante boa. O vinho muito caro - um copo custa 4.90 euros. O ambiente é muito agradável com música muito boa. Os empregados são atenciosos.

Locale di bell'aspetto e dal menu invitante. Purtroppo la qualità e la quantità delle pietanze smentisce le premesse. Ho mangiato la peggior 'sandes mista' della mia vita e l'ho pagata pure carissima (9 euro). Il prosciutto crudo è stato cotto, il formaggio era bruciacchiato, il pane diventato così croccante da essere immangiabile. Non metto una stella solo perché gli antipasti e il vino sono stati di mio gradimento e il posto ha una sua innegabile eleganza.

Une honte ! Ils annoncent un menu du jour a 9.5 , on s assoie, ils nous amènent du pain, des olives, sympa. Le pb c'est lorsque que l'on demande le plat du jour il ne font plus de menu du jour mais que a la carte ! On demande a partir, le prenne mal et nous font payer 5.9 les olives et le pain. Amis touristes, fuyez ce restaurant

Best item on the menu seem to he the sardines in a can. Appetizers are not cheap but the worst we've had in Lisbon. Not recommended, wished I had looked at reviews before we stopped there.

Friendly service but average food also ordered a menu of the day which was a Carbonara but eggs were cooked so it was rather pasta with scrambled eggs.

Musique sympa. Serveuses super. Accueil chaleureux. Cadre agréable. Nous avons aimé ce que nous avons mangé et bu. Et nous y sommes retourné 2 jours après. Toujours ravis de cette expérience. C'est bon. Les prix sont corrects. Parfait.

Queriamos picar un poco en el recinto de LX Factory, y por mala suerte hemos decidido entrar en el "Central da Avenida" pues el mostrador de quesos, aceitunas y charcuteria local, nos ha parecido sugerente. Pero hemos pedido una tapa de mojama y era invisible y sin aceite, nada atractiva , el precio 5,50€, ademas tenia 4 hojas de rúcula y gotas de módena. Solo entrar te traen sin preguntar aceitunas, pan y un poco de aceite de oliva con un poco de balsámico y luego te cobran: 1,50€ por el mini bol de aceite,1,90 por las aceitunas,y 2,50 por el pan...cuando nos han venido ha decir si habiamos acabado , les hemos dicho que si, pero que estabamos muy en desacuerdo con la tapa de mojama, invisible y mal servida, y que nos parecia una estafa, ni se han inmutado y nos han traido la cuenta con todo lo descrito.., en fin, una insensatez. Nos ha dado la sensación, que el LX Factory esta degenerando a un lugar muy turistico sin cuidado del precio y el producto, sin los artesanos..., lo único que merece la pena es la libreria "Ler devagar" esperemos que no degenere.

Brot und Oliven wurden einfach ohne nachzufragen hingestellt, haben 1 St. auf Essen gewartet, das gar nicht kam, Kellner ohne Plan und unkoordiniert, keinen Besuch wert!
