Fatal. Si ponemos una sala al servicio de viajeros frecuentes, tiene que tener unos mínimos. Mal el cafe, mal la.comida, no hay zonas de trabajo adecuadas, sofás viejos, con poco enchufes. En general , necesita una remodelación integral.

This lounge is just not up to snuff. Location is very remote and there is a total lack of power points for charging you devices. This place needs an upgrade to at least the 20th century. Also staff is rude and not helpful.

Só tem lanchinhos. De bebida um vinho português e um whisky 8 anos além de água e refrigerante. O que eu mais gosto dele é que nao é cheio, as poltronas são confortáveis e os atendentes bem atenciosos. Nesta 2a vez as comidas estavam frias. O bolinho de nata é muito bom. Um dos melhores que eu já comi. Tirando o bolinho de nata o resto não estava muito bom. Tem uma máquina de cafe que faz café e derivados TB. Fomos no Anna Lounge e preferimos o BLUE principalmente por ser mais vazio

It was not very busy and the WiFi worked. However, the food was not very good. It was cold and old. There were also not any places I saw to charge my phone.

Food looked stale. the wifi was nonexistent, it kept cutting out when I was trying to connect. When I finally connected it was dancing between 1 bar and none. Also, no readily available outlets to charge anything.

Worse flying blue lounge so far. Very, very limited food and drink options (no hot meals). Design is very ugly and dark, I recommend to go to the Ana lounge instead that also gives Access to flying blue members. Only plus is that this lounge has less people, is quiet, close to the gates and has its own bathrooms.

É um local simpático e acolhedor., o staff é muito simpático e disponível, tem internet, computador, serviço de bar e é muito confortável

Overcrowded, smudgy seats and tables (it is so crowded that housekeeping has stopped functioning), barman thinks it is a recording for the movie "Cocktail" rather than quietly providing a service and let's hope you do not need to visit the batrooms. Disappointing for a lounge really.

Es una sala VIP básica, pequeña dividida en dos zonas ambas iguales. Dispones de ordenador con internet, cafetera, comida básica poco variada (algún sándwich, frutos secos, algún bizcocho y algo de bollería) Tiene sofás cómodos dónde descansar hasta el embarque. Baños.

Pouca oferta de coisas. Comidas frias. Se for pagar não vale a pena.

Salon vieillot pourri tout droit sorti des années 70 et choix très très limité, passez votre chemin et surtout n'y allez pas J'étais à Lisbonne et après avoir visité le super salon ANA, je me suis dit que je vais quand même visiter ce blue lounge auquel j'avais accès via ma carte priority pass ( donc ouf je n'ai rien payé pour visiter cet endroit ). Pour résumer, c'est un espace avec un confort et une déco dignes des années 70, tout est vieillot et quasiment aucun choix : 3 sanswichs tout pâles, 2 boissons, 4 tables et 6 chaises. C'était le matin et il n'y avait AUCUN gâteau, aucune pâtisserie, pas même sous blister ou industrielle. Un indice qui ne trompe pas : il n'y avait personne dans ce "lounge" qu'on devrait raser ou définitivement fermer.

A room without windows and a white weak light. A lounge with the weakest drinks selection ever. In a country with great coffee, they have Nespresso. In a great airport, this place is a shame. It's like traveling to the 80s. In a budget.

Worst lounge in the world. Avoid making left on terminal one for connecting flights. Turn right where you will find great shops and a beautiful ANA lounge where priority pass is also accepted.

Very little food options. Small but very quiet. I would recommend the other ones over this one. Staff were good.

Smallest of the 3 lounges inside the airport. Less refreshment selections than the other 2. Not crowded because flyers know not to waste time, money and calories quota at this place.
