Good lounge, there are just a few options of food, good amount of drinks though. If you want to take a shower be aware you need to pay 15$ for a towel, I guess they are selling it and not only renting.

Great business lounge in Lisbon Airport. Has an extensive selection of food and drink with views over the tarmac. You can help yourself to anything you want. Also be sure to visit the sardine display in the airport. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it!

Lanches com ingredientes de qualidade, vinhos de sabores variados, bebidas e cafés nas temperaturas adequadas e jornais do mundo todo, disponíveis para os usuários no local. As acomodações também são bem pensadas com cadeiras e espaços relaxantes e contemplativos a pista de decolagem. Recomendo !!!!

Diese Lounge kann von jedem Fluggast genutzt werden. Sie kostet 30€ Eintritt. Man bekommt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geboten. Kleine Tapas und Getränke (auch Sekt und Wein) sowie gutes Wifi inklusive. Toller Blick auf das Rollfeld. Ich würde wiederkommen

I really like the lounge. There are plenty of seats. The big plus is the relaxing area, which is very quiet and allows you to lie down. It is not so open as the lounge in CDG, making me feel very private. The food is not so various but tastes good. I like the turkey baguette. Rating 3.9 is really underrated.

Very nice lounge with plenty of seating opportunities. Of note are the "relax" seating arrangements along the window allowing feet up. There are also single and dual semi private lay down cubicles available. Of course they have toilet and shower facilities. Plus, if you are a smoker, there is a indoor smoking area, which does NOT leak smoke into the lobby. Good selection of food, beverages, newspapers & magazines are available.

Gostei muito. Há vários ambientes e o que gostei mais foi o que tem umas camas para dormir um pouco, tem chuveiros também. O que achei desapontados foi a pouca variedade de comida, daí só dei 4 estrelas.

This lounge was spacious enough to accommodate a large number of guests without having them sit very close together. It was clean and quiet. The finger food was decent and offered a nice selection to choose from.

Pluses: large hall with comfortable chairs, small rooms, where you can take a nap, calm lighting, wide range of quite tasty sandwiches and drinks. Minuses: two unfriendly unprofessionals at the reception (time of visit 19:00 January 14, 2019) and the absence of high chair for the baby.

Quiet, a little dark, but decent. Only serves cold sandwiches and some desserts, but the pastel nata is surprisingly good! Lots of self service bottled and machine drinks, some alcoholic bev, and plenty of charging points to recharge your devices at all the seating areas. Giant windows overlooking the tarmac for some planespotting.
Note that this is in the Shengen area, so if you're flying outside of the EU areas, do buffer some time for immigration which is usually *not* crowded.

Very well-designed and comfortable furniture with fantastic views of the runway. The rest area was quiet and out of the way and the shower facilities were good. The small selection of drinks and cold foods (mainly sandwiches) were regularly replenished by friendly staff.

One of the nicer lounges I have had a chance to visit. Simple modern design, selection of brighter and dim sections to sit, book reading nooks, showers. Food selection wasn't crazy, but everything was fresh. Can't wait to come here next time when I have a longer layover.

Nice lounge in Lisbon airport. Even though they did not have hot food (we went in the morning) they had sandwiches available, options of juices and alcoholic drinks. One nice touch are the sleeping cabins available for a nap while you wait a connectionafter a overnight flight.

Lovely front desk service . Very welcoming. Sandwiches were delicious . 2 options for red and white wine and one for sparkling. Lots of beers and juices . Very clean and relaxing . There are private lounge beds if you want to have a quick snooze. For 25 euros I was very pleased .

Large space but still hard to find a seat considering the amount of passengers that are allowed in. As long as you find a seat though you'll have easy access to a charging port which is great for those trying to do done work pre-flight.
Food options consisted of pastel de nata, veggie sandwich, ham sandwich, cheese sandwich, and a banana. Nothing fabulous.
Drink options included the typical nespresso machine coffees, 3 varieties of wine, juices, sodas and seltzer, beers, and a handful of hard liquors.

Average contract lounge. Visited during lunch hour. They had few sandwiches and potato chips for food. Nespresso machine for coffee. Two beer options. They have semi closed sleeping area which would be nice if you have long layovers. Smoking area in the lounge

Muito fraco! Melhor do que ficar no saguão, mas não há nenhuma comida quente. Há lanches frios , cereal, sucos, refrigerante, cerveja e café. Banho paga-se 15€ pelo kit.
Não vale pagar para ter acesso ao lounge, o TAP Lounge é de longe muito melhor.

I have been to absolutely hundreds of lounges all over the world... This is by far the absolute worst of them all. Zero seating... Any time .. Horrible food .. And the cherry on the cake .. €15 charge for the kit to have a shower .. I asked for a towel .. I was told it's €15!!!!!!!! They must be absolutely out of their minds. Next time I'll not even bother using this I'd rather pay for a restaurant than waste my time at this hovel. As a Gold member of the BA Executive Club .. This is the last place I wish to spend my time.

Great Lounge. They have beer and drinks for free. Food is constantly being replenished. There are quiet rooms that you can sleep in but be careful of the stupid Turkish lady who wants to answer the phone and talk for 20 minutes while you're trying to sleep!

Muy buen lounge y comodo. Una maravilloso oasis después de un largo viaje de avión.
Su comida es deliciosa, volver a comer jamón serrano después de un tiempo es un manjar de dioses... Sus dulces son muy buenos como su café e infusiones.
Los bastoncillo de canela para el café y las infusiones es un valor añadido.
Todos los asientos son muy comodos.
Su espacio para dormir son perfectos, un ambiente muy tranquilo y relajadocon la madera de las paredes.
El unico punto negativo es que hay que pagar las duchas aparte, pero por lo demas es todo perfecto.
Su selección de prensa es ideal, y muy variada.

Был большой выбор вкусных бутербродов, мелочёвки (оливки, дыни, ананасы и т.п.), соков, достаточный алкоголя. Несколько больших, хорошо видных отовсюду табло вылета - отличная находка для PP зала!

The food here is really quite poor. Very low quality. The staff are extremely slow to replenish food and did not clear any of my plates. Really subpar

No gluten free option other than chips !
Nothing comes in bulk as a raw material so that you can compose your own meal according to your taste and constraints.
As a result the fruit salad is in non-reusable plastic cups. And sandwiches arrive in the “kitchen” wrapped in plastic... You are out-dated !
@lounge_manager - make a visit to other lounges, that have salad bars for instance (like CDG), to see what is innovative.

Normalmente es 4estrellas, pero puntualmente hoy, según informaron por algunas demoras de vuelos, se encontraba casi lleno. Ese no sería problema si hubieran estado en capacidad de mantener la oferta de alimentos a nivel del público que deseaba servirse.
Algo sichocante e incómodo fue que ya en la recepción trataban de convencer al cliente para que no ingresara diciendo que había mucha gente.
De esta forma el visitante no se siente bienvenido

Dreadful lounge
We were travelling Club Europe with BA, so the lounge came kind of "free", but the food was awful, a very poor drinks selection, and the facilities overall were very shabby, the toilets especially grim ! I would not want to pay to use this lounge !!

The most affordable of lounge options if you have to pay. €30 and it includes food and drink (alcoholic and non), sleeping rooms, seats near charging ports, and magazines and newspapers to read. For an extra €5 you can have a shower. Time in the lounge is not limited.
Note: not great for celiacs or vegetarians other than providing salad and fruit. You may want to bring your own food.

Not very enjoyable. I just wanted to have a coffee and a Pastel de Nata. The coffee was terrible and there were no natas.

This is one of the more interesting lounges I've seen. While the food selection was not great, they did offer plenty of space to rest and even areas to lie down. Had to spend several extra hours due to a delay, but the lounge made it a bareable experience.

The worst airport lounge I've ever visited. Chairs were old, torn and dirty. Food was cheap, stale and the quality of a school cafeteria, if not worse. Pastries were old. No hot food, even though I saw some pots, but no staff to help. Only beer, no alcohol. An incredible disappointment.

Very nice lounge: comfortable, spacious, tidy, very well served... good wifi and lots of power outlets around the seating area are a plus. For me its the nicest place in Lisbon airport to spend that time before the flight.

Había poca variedad de vinos y alimentos en ésta sala (solo pequeños bocadillos, ensalada y unos pequeños pastes de Belem junto con croissants como postres), me gustó que había cervezas Sagres de diferentes tipos y por eso le doy 4 estrellas, sino le daría 3 porque la experiencia fue regular.

It is not that I dislike it as such, the sandwiches are stale and little choice and the place is filthy. They have lazy cleaning staff walking around but achieving nothing. Goodness knows when the toilets were last cleaned. We had crockery on our table from arriving and in 2 hours it didn't get picked up and they walked past with the trolley 4 times. Not the best airport lounge. On a brighter note the Smoking room is one of the best and comfortable seating.

I'd never thought that having access to an airport was anything more than an expensive luxury, but my new credit card came with complimentary access so I figured I'd give it a shot. After 2 weeks of travel, exhausted as I was, having access to comfortable chairs and free refreshments was welcome respite. The food was better than I'd expected, and there were enough people in the lounge to keep the buffet fresh. Tea and drink selection is good and there's even alcohol available. I didn't use some of the other amenities, like the showers, but having them available is a plus. Whether a stay here is worth $30 as a non-member is for you to decide.

Overall poor experience - very basic selection of sandwiches and food. Drinks are okay. No business area, few plugs (no USB), poor to non-functioning WiFi. Overal dark with bad lighting.
Staff was slow with service and not very kind.
On the plus side, the wine is nice, tarmac view is cool and better than nothing. I would not come early here for the lounge or expect to get much work done.

This lounge was very dirty, floor, tables and chairs. Tables were not clear long time after customers had left. Chairs were stained. Food is pathetic, only cold dry sandwiches and some pastries. Coffee was from machines. Washroom was like ordinary public washrooms. Feel so sorry for those who paid €30 to come here.

Above average (non-airline) lounge. Rather big, with views of the tarmac and plenty of natural light.

Plenty of seating space and quite a variety as well. Had no problem finding free space on my two visits (Wednesday midday and Saturday morning).
Food
A wide, if very basic selection of sandwiches (mostly rather dry) and pastries with some fruit. A reasonable selection of alcoholic (wonderful port wine) and non-alcoholic drinks as well as two coffee stations
Toilettes
Unfortunately, rather worn down and not too fresh with poor lightning.
NB! The score is in relation to other non-airline lounges, ie those that accept f.ex. Priority Passes or can be paid for.

Es ist wirklich keine schöne Lounge. Und gleichzeitig reicht es aus, um ein paar Getränke zu erhalten und belegte Toast/Brötchen. Latte Macciato schmeckte nicht. War sehr voll und auf freie Sitzplätze mussten wir warten. Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können.

Not the best lounge. It is clean, and looks nice. There is power here and there, but not incorporated into the seating which is the norm. Power only, no USB plugs. Very small and unremarkable food selection. Often empty trays. I will go to a different lounge next time.

Very comfortable lounge but the food was very sub-par. Sandwiches had a THIN (like 1 millimeter!) slice of cheese, turkey, ham or eggplant on them and that was it. The biggest joke were the "hot" hors 'd ouvres. They would only bring out 16 empanadas, et al at a time and they were gone after the fourth person in line took their share. So, on my FIFTH trip, after waiting in line for five minutes I got my turn only to find out when I bit into the hors that they were not heated at all!! They simply let them thaw out and then served them cold. What a waste. Maybe you'll have better luck but I wouldn't come hungry.

It's a nice place to sit. My second time here and nothing changed. Its clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. But other than that, there is nothing to do there. The food trays are always empty and when they do refill, its a few slices of bread. Look at the photos and all the void where food should be. Drinks selection is ok but other than that, its pathetic for a country known for otherwise good food. The magazine selection is limited in languages. It would have gotten 2 stars if it weren't this clean and spacious.

L'espace est vraiment très grand peut-être un peu trop. Lol. Les sieges sont confortables et il y des prises partout donc c'est appréciable. Le buffet est correct et réapprovisionné régulièrement mais rien de transcendant. Quoiqu'il en soit c'est toujours mieux d'attendre son vol dans un salon.

Went to Blue lounge first, BIG mistake. ANA is not the best or cleanest lounge I've been to but I'd say it's the best lounge offered by the priority pass in Lisbon Airport. Hot and fresh food, alcohol self serve bar, lots of juices and coffee options, plenty of seating and outlets, showers, smoking lounge, "bedrooms," comfy seats facing windows, friendly staff, and great wifi. There are even large projectors airing the news and sports. If you've got time to kill, this is worth it.

Nice lounge with plenty of seating. It's kind of a bare minimum place, where everything you'd expect is there but the lowest quality of it. Showers, sandwich buffet, drinks, alcohol, etc. Nice space to stretch out a bit and have some quiet, plus points for being on priority pass.

Food was mediocre at best. Bathrooms aren't great. Wanted to shower but one brief look was all that was needed to dissuade me. Redeeming factors were that the lounge had comfortable chairs, decent beverage options, and good wifi.

It used to be a good lounge. My last experience wasn't that good. The food was not being replaced, bathrooms were dirty, there were no hooks in the bathroom stalls so you can put your bag, power plug ins were super dirty as well.

The worst lounge I've been to. Reception very welcoming, but the rest....Two small trays of 'warm snacks for a lounge full of people and staff very reluctant to fill it up. I've been here for one hour and one salad was empty and still no sign of replacing. Ice was also empty. It seems like the staff is on a slow strike! Go here if you want drinks.

I have been and seen better lounges but this one is fine. The bathrooms were a bit dirty and their only coffee is from a Nespresso machine, I could get better coffee outside in the terminal. The cost to get in is relatively low. Snacks are good and they have a good drink selection

Statt im lauten und überfüllten Wartebereich in Terminal 1 sitzen und dort auf den Anschlussflug (5 Stunden später) zu warten, habe ich gern 30 Euro für den Eintritt in die Lounge ANA bezahlt, wo es Essen, Trinken, Zeitungen, Schlafkojen und Duschen. Die Ruhe und das Gebotene waren diesen Betrag wert.

It would be a lot calmer if they didn't have treble-heavy tinny speakers pumping out "all the hits" just at a high enough volume to destroy the peace that would otherwise prevail. Also, Nespresso. Plus, Nespresso plastic stirrers each individually wrapped in paper, with no recycle points. Poor show!
Still, it's calmish and the staff are nice.

Hier gibt es viel Platz und grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht. Zeitschriften, Duschen, Schlafplätze, Aussicht aufs Rollfeld und eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Toiletten könnten etwas sauberer sein und die Auswahl an Alkoholika ist auf Wein und Bier begrenzt.

The lounge itself is satisfactory. The chairs are comfortable there is power points which is very important. The food and drink is minimal there are no spirits. The down side is the shower. They are terribly dirty see attached photos. I would shower after using these!

15.50 euros for a shower kit after paying for the lounge access seems a bit excessive. TAP lounge door to door doesn't charge for showers if you are flying business class. Customer service at reception was poor to none, lady actually made a "what again ?" face when I asked where I could find the towers after asking for the shower. Guess what ? At reception. Variety of drinks good, spacious and quite zone is great. Food only snacks.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de entrar en la sala cuando estaba completamente abarrotada. Tardamos bastante en conseguir un sitio para sentarnos. No deberían permitir la entrada cuando la sala ya está saturada. Buena oferta de café y bebida, incluyendo cervezas y vinos. La comida está basada principalmente en bocadillos (de jamón cocido, jamón curado, queso, salmón, pavo) que son repuestos con frecuencia. De vez en cuando aparece un "bolinho" de bacalao.

I have been here many times and the food selection is always terrible. No proper food. Atmosphere isn't great. Most of the lounge is very dark. Out of all the lounges I have been to this is one of the worst.
