For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this review is defamatory and is merely a true and honest feedback and review of my experience and doesn't name anyone involved. This is only a true reflection of the service provided by Truly Nolen Portugal within the Algarve. Our home was treated for termites in December 2018. We were advised we could return into the property 2 hours after the treatment had been sprayed onto the roof. Once treatment was applied, we were then informed we couldn't return into the property for 24 hours requiring us to make last minute accommodation plans even though this question had been asked on multiple occasions prior to the treatment. The date planned was moved twice due to not having the correct part available to complete the treatment as planned. Day 1 & 2 the house was wrapped in plastic (by ourselves) and finally on day three the treatment was applied. However the termites returned within a couple of days and Truly Nolen had to be called back to the property to complete a second more invasive treatment whereby the beams were drilled into and more pesticide applied. During the first course of treatment there was damage to our specialised apple mac video editing keyboard which was not discovered until we returned home the day after the treatment during the clean up and removal of all plastic from our personal belongings. After 7 weeks of phone calls, text messages, Whatsapp (with the sales agent) and a formal complaint sent to the head office whereby I was informed of many excuses from the person who deals with it was not in the office or would call me back, I contacted the office again and finally received a response advising that because I rent my property and the owner paid the bill I am unable to log a complaint for damage to my own personal equipment. After having the run around and around again for so many weeks it would seem the advice from the sales agent about "his boss liking to make money but not spend money" was a very real and true reflection of the company and its business practices. The response I received advised that I am unable to notify or even make a complaint to Truly Nolen as I am not the person who paid the bill. After 7 weeks of waiting for a response and chasing the outcome, the email was very small, lacking in compassion for any damage caused even though picture evidence of the damage and attempts to make contact was submitted. I cannot make your mind up for you as to wether or not to choose this company to provide a pest control service, all I can do and have done is "without prejudice" provide a true statement of the events which took place whilst receiving a course of treatment in our home. Cheaper is not always better and I would if paying for such treatments consider more then the price as hiring a professional may seem more expensive at the time however when you consider the amount of time used chasing a complaint with this company, time in writing your complaint and not forgetting the cost of the equipment damaged, it would have worked out better value to go with a higher quote and more professional company. We were recommended by a friend who held this company in very high regard however even when my friend contacted the sales agent who sold the service, there was very little emotion or compassion. Who would be compassionate? The bill for €2814 had already been paid. Convenient for the company and of course, inconvenient for myself the consumer. Disclaimer - On a positive note, the world still turns and nobody was hurt in the application of the service provided by this company... Although we still have termites so this service has worked out very expensive for very little quality. Good luck everyone and I hope you have a much more positive experience.

Cuidado com eles. Cobraram o produto, tive de andar atrás deles para virem fazer os tratamentos, e fiquei quase um mês inteiro com um quarto fechado, sem poder ter acesso. Até hoje, nunca responderam aos meus emails a pedir devolução do dinheiro por mau serviço

Contactei 5 vezes para ver se conseguia uma visita à empresa para um orçamento, sempre a dizer que me iam ligar até, no máximo, na manhã seguinte. Ainda não recebi telefonema nenhum....

Péssimo serviço. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. Combinei uma visita com eles e, prévio aviso desde um dia antes, cheguei atrassada 15 minutos e o técnico, ainda na porta, disse que não me atendia porque era muito tarde e fosse embora. Sem sequer dar uma olhada ao problema, muito bem localizado. VERGONHOSO... Devem ter trabalho a mais...

Fiquei muito desiludida com o serviço. Vieram para minha casa por causa dum problema de ratos, ficaram 15 minutos, colocaram 4 ratoeiras e alguns iscos e foram embora. Ah - e me cobraram 280€+IVA pelo serviço. Acabei por fazer eu própria uma inspecção aprofundada da minha casa onde encontrei 4 pontos importantes de entrada dos ratos. Fui ao Leroy Merlin e comprei mais ratoeiras e as coloquei nos pontos de entrada e apanhei 2 ratos. Ou seja - quem tem este problem - recomendo gastar 20-40€ em materiais e tratar do problema tu próprio - pois o valor do serviço é um roubo. Quando liguei a eles para fazer um "follow-up", me dizerem que já tinha passado um mês e já tinha acabado a minha garantia. Garantia do que? Das 4 ratoeiras que colocaram? Foi mesmo como mandar mais de 300€ na sanita.

Pessimos,!!! Nao se recomenda !!!Nao usam produto suficiente. Fica tudo na mesma e tudo tem que ser repetido por outra firma!!! Muito pouco serio!! Bad, bad, worst ..not serious!!!!
