Hostel buenísimo, casi se olvida que es un hostel. Todo impecable , la habitación muy correcta, cama muy cómoda, cuarto de baño amplio y muy limpio.
La ubicación es buena y el desayuno bastante completo.
PS: nos quedamos en la habitación doble con baño privado.

Nice hostel, however the hype around it is a bit overrated. It's well located and the people working there were very friendly but the kitchen wasn't clean (drawers with stains in them) nor complete (no wine glasses? Also had to ask around for a bottle opener). I also had to check 3 showers before being able to have hot water...
It's clean, new, but the price isn't worth what you get.

Very nice hostel, confortable room and good location. But the kitchen wasn't really complete and I couldnt shower because I couldnt get any hot water...

Excellent! Great staff, great view, good breakfast, awesome room, everything new and clean! I worked at the pc for the entire weekend, wifi was very good and the desk comfortable.

The place is very nice. It is conveniently close to the center o the city. The rooms are clean and nice. the same cannot be said for the resting rooms. the shower leeks to the floor and things get messy. the staff is young and nice.

Much more worth than the price.
Like a dream for budget tourists.
It costed us 50 euros per night for double room with shared toilet and breakfast.
The hostel has a neat and spacious kitchen for guests and also bar and restaurant.
You can choose between self cooking and eating in its facilities. It is very important to have plural options for eating inside the hostels as there are so many rainy days in winter in Sintra.
The nearby restaurants set elevated tourist prices except for Tasca do Manel just some 10 meters up on the hill.
We recommend to hit on hidden restaurants north of the sintra rail way station.
As for long staying tourists there is a coin laundry within 10 minutes walk.

Personal amable y poco más, hay que pagar por adelantado, no hay parking (es el público aunque gratis), los wc y duchas compartidos y sucios), la cama bien, pero las sábanas, almohadas y toallas dejan mucho que desear, la habitación fría, el wifi no funcionaba, en fin para no repetir...sólo en caso de apuro.

Удобный отель в Синтре для знакомстаа с достопримечательностями. Расположен в 200 метрах от вокзала. Именно от вокзала отправляются автобусы в направлении замков и мыса Рока. Но этот отель - для непритязательных гостей, так как туалет и душ общие на этаже.

Pros:
Good design
Comfy beds, pillows, and linens (this alone is worth staying here for!!)
On suite bath in my dorm
Good location, close to train station and sites
Polite staff
On-site restaurant with is more of a burger joint was good and not insanely overpriced like most places in Sintra.
Cons:
Wifi was iffy at best in courtyard and worked but not the best in dorm
Wasn't the most social, but not their fault
Common baths not the cleanest
Breakfast was almost impossible to get more than a 1/3rd cup of coffee (coffee dispenser needs to be replaced)
Overall good value. I would definitely stay there again!

방 청결상태가 5성급 호텔 못지않고,직원들이 너무 친절함.음료와음식을2곳에서 주문할 수 있어 좋았고 음식 맛도 최고. 참고로 체크아웃을 해도 가방을 보관해준다. 시내투어시 편하게 움직일 수 있게 배려해줘서 너무 고맙다.최고.최고

Such an excellent place to stay in Sintra. It’s location is perfect. Very close to restaurants and sightseeing.
No complaints about our room. Simple and nice. The bathroom was clean.
The only small problem was the full fridge, there was no room to keep our drinks cool.
Our view was amazing! And breakfast was simple but good for us.

If you want a hostel with a very nice hotel feel, this is absolutely the place. There is a team of hosts that will make your stay very pleasant. As a tourist, you will be central to eating, shopping, and tours. I can see the Castle of the Moors from my room ❣️
Laundry service is only a five minute walk into town (I have been traveling for a month with 3 changes of clothes ).
The restaurant food is fresh and delicious. You have to include breakfast with your stay. Family friendly too

Un buen alojamiento en Sintra. El sitio no estaba mal para este tipo de alojamiento, llame 3 veces por teléfono en diferente franja horaria y no me atendieron, fui dos veces al hotel y no había nadie en recepción y la chica la encontré en el bar. La limpieza se puede mejorar. Aún así no estuvo mal

Amazing hostel, friendly staff! -->
I came last minute in off-season (delayed connecting flight), so was really just looking for cheap roof. However this hostel would rank in my top list from the world pretty easily: friendly staff, multiple languages, breakfast included, tons of activities to pass time (books, guitar, board games, table soccer, ...). Both room and common places are very clean, beds coming together with big enough lockable boxes (bring your own lock) and the check-in and check-out times are pretty generous too. AC/heating in the rooms, also good duvet and extra blanket at least this time. Location pretty centric.
Checking on other reviews (missing wine glasses) seems like nowadays expectancy from hostels is set on the level of a hotel, which I don't really understand..

Nice and friendly hostel
We spent 4 nights in this charming hostel, and we enjoyed our stay very
much. Unfortunately the burger bar next door closed (forever!) on the day we arrived, so we had to walk a few minutes to find a place for dinner.
The staff is young and friendly and the shared lounge is comfortable and cozy.
Location is greate, and if you are lucky, there are 4 free parking spaces at the end of the street, 100 meters from the hostel, near the paid parking lot.

Magnífica opción para alojarse en Sintra de manera cómoda y cercana a todo pero sin la masificación del centro histórico. Relación calidad/precio muy buena, instalaciones súper cuidadas y decoradas con mucho gusto (especialmente la sala de estar, ¡me encantó!). Nosotros cogimos una doble privada (sin baño) y era perfecta, el baño era comunitario a compartir aproximadamente cada 3 habitaciones (estaba muy limpio).

Ne pas avoir d'eau chaude dans une auberge n'est pas acceptable, on n'est pas dans un pays du Tiers-Monde ! En lisant les commentaires précédents on voit que ce problème est récurent depuis bien longtemps, il ne s'agit pas d'un accident lors de ma venue. Dommage, le reste est correct.

Positivo: Desayuno buffet, buena ubicación, típico para jóvenes, trato amable del personal.
Negativo: Difícil localización, habitación sin muebles, baño compartido y mal acondicionado (sin perchas, a veces no sale agua caliente, ducha sin repisa), no apropiado para familias, relación calidad-precio mala. Un ruido sordo constante, como de un motor, día y noche, aparcamiento difícil.

Siamo state salvate da questo ottimo ostello dopo la cancellazione all’ultimo minuto di un altro appartamento. A mezzanotte ci hanno trovato una stanza per 4 persone, con bagno privato. Ostello moderno, bellissimo, pulito, situato in posizione centrale. Unica pecca è la mancanza di parcheggio.

Прекрасное место. Один из лучших хостелов в которых доводилось ночевать. Большущая кухня. Уютная зона отдыха в современном стиле, кучей книг и камином.

Muy confortable, tranquilo, camas cómodas y con taquilla. Personal agradable, desayuno correcto. Mi única queja, es que los baños son mixtos y no tienes espacio apenas para dejar ropa, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y por lo menos cuando yo estuve, no tenían agua caliente, supongo sería algo puntual. ..

Very clean, friendly, and well kept. Breakfast is included andthe shared areas are well decorated and well equipped.

Very clean and modern. Close to city center. Most comfortable hostel bed I have stayed in (great for tall people). Staff are friendly and occasionally sociable. Good breakfast of bread, ham, cheese, bread, and pastries. Only complaint is that the shower did not get any hot water.

Very new and very clean hostal. The staff is very friendly and it is very proximate to the historic city centre. The dorm rooms are big, clean and fitted with modern furniture. All in all the set up was very luxuryous.The stay was very nice and outstanding for its price per night.

Este é um dos hostel mais modernos em que já estive. É simples, acolhedor, bastante confortável e cheio de pinta. O atendimento é muito bom, a localização excelente e as condições impecáveis. Para uma noite em Sintra foi a escolha ideal mesmo no centro histórico. Se mais noites ficasse, a minha escolha não seria outra. Altamente recomendado!
