Gostamos da massagem, do jacuzzi nao volto a experimentar

Sitio horrivel, facilidades e instalacoes ruins, Funcionarios (Portugueses, obviamente, como sempre sao) rudes e infelizes (porque sao mal-pagos!), nao retorno e nao recomendo este sitio ridiculo!

Ótimo local para um dia em relax. Boa relação de qualidade e preço. Um dos melhores espaços na área de Lisboa.

We did not actually stay at the hotel, but had a booking for their spa area. In a nutshell: We were treated horribly! The two masseuses did a very good job, but the receptionist, Martha, ruined the whole experience for us.   First of all we were not warmly welcomed at all, but she spoke to us in a very harsh, unfriendly way – not what you expect from the spa of a 5 star hotel.   10 minutes before our scheduled appointment (16:00) we showed up at the reception to find out where we are supposed to go for our session. With another unfriendly gesture, a hand movement, she directed us back to the pool area. There we waited until 10 past 16:00 and nothing happened, which is why we went back to the reception and politely asked what is going on as we haven’t been picked up yet.   In an incredibly arrogant, unfriendly tone and even rolling her eyes and making another hand gesture, Martha said “I didn’t make your reservation!”. That neither answered our question nor is that something that can be said to guests under any circumstance. She represents the spa and can not tell guests that she herself is not responsible for our reservation. We were simply shocked by this statement.   Remaining very unfriendly, she told us that our appointment had been rescheduled to 20 past 16:00, a fact that she could have told us before, we should even have been told when we arrived.   Also, there was an activity going on in the pool area, which is why it was very loud and no relax atmosphere at all.   Besides, we could not profit from the “free tee” offer at all…it was empty when we arrived and not refilled until we left.   We have visited many spa areas over the years, but this was by far our worst experience. It simply did not feel at all as if we had just left a spa when we walked out, we were just very troubled and angry about Martha’s behavior. On top of all that, we sent an email describing our experience to the spa Manager - and never got a response. So even he doesn't seem to care what is going on in his spa. Not 5 stars, not even a spa, rather a public swimming pool atmosphere.

Adorei a experiência no Spa. Fizemos o circuito da piscina, ao jacuzzi e a seguir a massagem total relaxante. As mãos da Marta e do Pedro são fantásticas.

Très déçue par l'amateurisme du SPA. Une des masseuse toussait, ce n'était pas relaxant du tout. En+ ils se sont trompés dans mon massage...

O jacuzzi não funcionava muito bem e a água cheirava mal... de resto, piscina, sauna e banho turco ok, massagens perfeitas

Recomendo todo os serviços além de bem localizado

Bathroom very dirty and when We informed the receptionist no action was undertaken- Result: we stayed all the time in the spa in a uncomfortable way since we weren't able to use the bathroom. (the second bathroom was out of service). The smell in the bathroom was horrible, for sure not a bathroom of a 5 stars hotel/SPA. The Tissue massage was under our expectations. The pool and the iacuzzi were very crowded and we were not able to access to the iacuzzi at all. A lot of noise and it was impossible to relax. We were also not able to use the Turkish bath since it was not working well: the temperature was unbearable even for the most resistant ones. It looked they forgot to do maintenance of it. Very disappointed from the experience.

Ce qui devait être une expérience à deux, calme et romantique pour la Saint Valentin c’est transformé en vrai cauchemars! Nous avons réservé 10 jours à l’avance notre après midi spa. Circuit d’eau + massage. Nous n’avons été prévenu qu’à notre arrivé que le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas (depuis plusieurs mois)... il y avait exactement 12 enfants dans la piscine, qui courraient, criaient, et sautaient (cela ressemblait plus a une sortie de centre aéré qu’à un spa qui se dit “relaxant et reposant”) La piscine est tellement rempli de chlore que nous avons fait tous les deux une réaction allergique (et vu les autres commentaires, nous ne sommes pas les seuls) Ce n’est qu’une fois dans la salle de massage , qu’on nous a informé que le masseur homme , que nous avons demander, n’est pas là ... et qu’on a “oublié” de nous prévenir. C’était pourtant notre seule exigeance quand nous avons reserver 10 jours auparavant. Aucune explication ne nous été donné, la responsable a juste dit “J’ai oublié de vous le dire” et quand au reste... elle n’a pas voulu s’exprimer.

Lo mejor que se puede hacer después de visitar Lisboa para relajarse!!! Perfecto

Jacuzzi, sauna e banho turco maravilhosos acompanhados de uma massagem relaxante para acabar bem o dia

Ruimte is niet erg schoon. Er wordt veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad door kinderen, wat gepaard gaat met veel geluiden. Niet erg rustgevend. Je krijgt één (aftandse) handdoek en daar moet je het maar mee doen. De sauna’s zijn niet schoon en aan de randen van het zwembad zit schimmel. Ook de grond is niet schoon. De jacuzzi hebben we voor de zekerheid maar overgeslagen. Het meisje achter de receptie was erg vriendelijk, dit is het enige positieve dat we kunnen noemen aan deze ervaring.

5 estrelas pela massagem (terapeuta Rute... muito obrigada!) Quanto às instalações fracas... jacuzzi, banho turco e sauna separados apenas por plantas de piscina aquecida com crianças (mergulhos, risos, gritos) ou seja, ambiente tudo menos relaxante :-) Balneário com o básico (sem creme), limpo e organizado. Gostei muito da massagem, mas acho que em Lisboa, em termos de infraestrutura, ha melhor.

Simpatia e profissionalismo, localização e condições.

Excelente espaço. Só faltam mais espreguiçadeiras ao pé da piscina.

Péssimo! Apanhei uma infecção na pele devido ao excesso de cloro (?) na agua do jacuzzi! Se poderem evitem este sitio.

Excelentes terapeutas. Muito boas condições no que diz respeito a instalações e equipamentos. Recomendo

Boas condiçoes, mas má experiencia. As crianças só podem frequentar a piscina até às 18h no entanto a a regra de obrigatorieade de uso de touca por todos os utilizadores é fléxivel e depende da vontade do gerente do espaço. Vi pessoas estrangeiras a usarem toucas do choveiro do Hotel e outras a não usarem toucas. No entanto a flexibilidade para as crianças ficarem um pouco mais nao existe.
