Deceptive sales tactics and arrogant manager when being called out on it. Worst consumer experience ever. Stay away unless you want to ripped off by a group of self entitled staff with delusions of grandeur.

Stay away! Really disappointed about our experience at this store. We shopped the sale starting today (26 December). Made it clear to shop assistants that we are only interested in the sale items. Without informing us the assistants changed the styles of two pairs of jeans to non sale items without mentioning it. We noticed this a few hours later and went back to store. Manager was arrogant and said there is nothing she can do. Rudely would not help us not even tell us her name. It seemed like this had happened before and that they purposefully mislead foreigners. Having shopped at G-star in other countries we were very disappointed at this unacceptable service by the Lisbon staff.

Uma loja com produtos únicos. Mas qual a minha desilusão com as funcionárias desta loja de domingo a tarde, dia 8/12/2109. A funcionária aparentemente a gerente ( loira e magra) extremamente arrogante, mal educada, antipatica, responde sempre mal cada vez que solicitada. Nunca devem julgar os clientes pelo aspeto que vem vestidos. Horrível mesmo! Nunca tal coisa me tinha acontecido.

I buy all my clothes in G-Star but this shop must be with rudest people working. Upon entering not one person said Hello or anything..they were taking between themselves.
