Karolyn Morovati: I bought a pair a few years ago. After the usual trying out sizes, where an employee tries different gloves on your hand in a very teathral manner, my size was determined. Already during the second winter I noticed that the gloves were somehow smaller and the cashmere lining had been worn on my thumbs and the pointing finger. At the time of purchase they had mentioned that the gloves are lifelong protected and all repairs are for free. I went back to the shop and required the lining to be fixed. Immediately they said that this costs around 10 or 15 euros and I said but this was not mentioned when I bought the gloves, especially remembering how expensive they were in the first place. The employee agreed and asked me to talk with the owner. I also mentioned that the gloves had shrunk and this was very strange for me since usually leather gives in and does not shrink and that the gloves were not fitting me anymore. They again referred me to the owner and agreed that gloves should not shirk! I was unable to this day to meet with the owner. I think the idea of handmade gloves in an artesanal way is wonderful and I am always pro supporting the craftsmen, but here I felt I purchased something only superficially well done. A pair of well made glove can live a life long but here it is not the case. I don't recommend their gloves, if you need gloves to protect and warm your hands.

O pessoal conhecedor e simpático faz desta loja uma âncora tão importante para o Brocktons Westgate Mall. Grande selecção de toda a electrónica, GRANDES negócios. (Eu recebi um laptop Apple modelo atrasado com um desconto ENORME simplesmente porque a Apple não queria vender estoque antigo). Eles vendem telefones celulares e têm todas as operadoras na loja, mesmo a Google Fi f Im não se engana.

Pior experiência de atendimento ao cliente com o esquadrão Geek que eu já recebi. Fui buscar uma bateria para substituir meu telefone às 18:20h (eu tinha uma reserva) e fui avisado que todos os técnicos sairiam no início da tarde e meu telefone só seria consertado dois dias depois. Também esperei na fila com ninguém no balcão durante 10 minutos antes de ter de pedir a alguém para ligar para o esquadrão de nerds.

Sou o tipo que trabalhou na tua máquina de lavar, lamento ouvir isso mas a tua máquina era muito velha e era impossível fazer milagres numa máquina velha. Estava só a fazer o meu melhor. E mais uma coisa me disseste que não tinhas muito dinheiro para a arranjar. E querias a reparação quase de graça. Então talvez seja por isso que estás zangado.
