Queria provar uma comida indiana de origem e foi isso o que tive! Ótima experiência. Local simples, mas acolhedor. O antedimento é muito bom, mesmo com dificuldade no idioma, nos deu sugestões e saímos muitos satisfeitos. Tudo que provei estava muito gostoso, sinto não saber dizer ao certo o nome dos pratos e entradas. Comemos um caril de duas cebolas com frango e um vegetariano com batatas. Tem uns bolinhos fritos achatados de cebola que são uma delícia (Bhaji, acho). A chamuça de carne e a vegetariana estavam ótimas. O Lassi de manga (bebida a base de iogurte e fruta) é divino, o Lassi salgado achei exótico demais para o meu gosto. O Chá com leite de cortesia, foi uma agradável surpresa. Comemos também o tradicional pão indiano na versão manteiga alho e orégano e na com queijo. Gostamos mais da primeira por ser mais crocante. Também tivemos de cortesia uma massa super crocante e deliciosa acompanhada de molhos bem temperados. Não é difícil escolher, o cardápio é muito bem descrito e tem fotos dos pratos. Estava tudo tão gostoso que acabei esquecendo de fotografar!

Very nice tiny restaurant to eat Indian food in Lisbon. Ingredients are fresh and good. I highly the korma, the sauce is delicious and so smooth! You will not be disappointed!! The massala is not too spicy so accessible for anyone not used to spicy food, if you want you can ask for fresh green peppers to spice it up a little bit. Cheese nans are so good to start with, really nice place to come. The staff is really kind and service is excellent. I would definitely come back

I was in February of this year in lisbon, as I really like Indian food, I looked for a good Indian restaurant, in the street several people pointed me to Ghoroa.
I went there with my friend from Rio, and we chose the menu, Chicken Bhuna.
as I'm in love with the Indian bread, we ordered as an entree along with three wonderful creams, I chose the garlic bread, Garlic + chese naan and papadum, super indico gente, a delight !!!
Loved the food at the Ghoroa restaurant, and the treatment notes a thousand of the manager Najmul, very attentive, kind and friendly.
June I will return to Lisbon and return to
Ghoroa to try new dishes.

Cute, clean and cosy place to eat. Food is full of flavour, with a wide range of choices. Plenty to pick from if you are vegetarian. Portion sizes are quite large, but very reasonably priced. The staff are wonderful - very friendly and well-mannered.

This little gem is hiding off the Main Street, happily we found it by accident.
Just at the entrance you could smell delicious spices and food. Place wasn’t overcrowded though we had dinner in the late evening. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You get complimentary poppadoms and 3 delicious sauces, and at the end they also offer you coffee on the house. Service is quick, food piping hot and very delicious. Good affordable prices.
Meal for two people: two starters, two main dishes, side of rice, bottle of win cost us less than 40€.
Totally can recommend that lovely place.

Great place with the tasty food (including vegetarian) and good prices. The waters were very helpful and nice! At the end of the meal when we asked for the bill we were very surprised that they didn't charge us for the teas and gave them to us as a compliment! Definitely will come back for more!

Bom serviço e boa comida. Pedimos frango tikka masala e tandoori e estavam ambos muito bons embora o tikka masala fosse um pouco diferente daquilo a que estamos acostumados. O lassi de manga estava também muito bom e não muito doce. O espaço não é muito grande mas tampouco é apertado pelo menos hoje. A repetir.
Entretanto já repeti várias vezes e a qualidade tanto da comida como do atendimento mantém -se.

Awesome service, service with a smile is always nice, nice chaps. Best Palak Paneer I have ever had and Palak Paneer is my favourite Indian dish. What makes it even better is the more than reasonable price of it all. If you're in the area give it a go. Will be back again when I'm in the city!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, würzig und frisch. Den Reis muss man extra dazu bestellen, ist aber kein Problem! Preislich ist der Laden absolut unschlagbar. Das Personal war nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat uns hier sehr gefallen. Wir saßen allerdings draußen, deshalb können wir nichts über das Ambiente drin berichten. Mittags gibts ein besonders verlockendes Angebot (siehe Bild) Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Passez votre chemin. Nous commandons 2 pizza différentes. A 10,80€ la pizza on s’attend à de la qualité, on nous a servi des pizza surgelées qui ont réchauffé 3 min. Vous savez celles qui coûtent 3€ chez lidl. On s’est bien senti roulé. Je ne peux pas juger de la qualité des autres plats mais nous ne tenterons pas l’expérience à nouveau. Seul côté positif. Le sourire de la serveuse.

Já comi aqui várias vezes e recomendo. A comida tem o verdadeiro sabor indiano, o cheiro, a aparência, os temperos. O staff é para lá de prestável, super simpáticos.
O único defeito a apontar é que, mesmo quando se pede comida não picante, ela vem sempre um pouco spicy demais

We very disappointed. The mango lassi was salty. The meat of our dishes was dry - there was no sauce. There were a lot of old men hanging around which made our experience not that good. We would not go there again!

There's a bunch of Indian food restaurants in this area and I've tried most of them. This is by far the best of the bunch. If your looking for authentic, go here. I think the others are trying to bend a bit too much to the local pallet. My only real criticism would be that the chutneys ( even the spicy chili ) were all too sweet. Like, candy sweet. However, the Naan, Lentil Soup, Rogan Josh, Vindaloo and other dishes we tried were all top notch! We aked for spicy and we got spicy. The staff were also super awesome. If you love Indian food, please give this place a shot! You won't be disappointed.

There are several Indian restaurants in this area of town and I do not regret choosing Ghoroa. The staff was.very friendly and helpful, even understanding when we wanted to move inside after the sun attacked us. Then there's the food... Simply wonderful! I highly recommend you make the time to have a meal here.

Nothing about this place is authentic. We left without eating the food. We ordered baajee, puri, lamb tikka masala (pictured), palak paneer, rice, mango lassi and Masala tea, and all of it was soooooo bad! The puri was think, heavy and wet, and so were the baajee. The color of the tikka masala was really off and the palak paneer looked nothing like the photo in the menu and tasted nothing like spinach and cheese curry!!! Avoid this place!! The reviews are not reliable!!

Grande indiano bem no coração do intendente. Pequeno, amistoso, barato , comida de excelente qualidade sempre com grande simpatia e com os empregados todos nativos o que por momentos nos transporta até ao coração da Índia. Bom ambiente e recepção fantástica. O empregado nunca deixava de sorrir e estava sempre preocupado com a nossa experiência. A comida é de morrer e chorar por mais. Voltarei novamente!

Bom restaurante indiano. O restaurante é um pouco pequeno. Aconselho reservar. Os pratos são bons. E o staff é muito simpático. Eles falam todos inglês. As entradas não são nada de especial. O forte deste restaurante são os pratos principais e o atendimento atencioso.

Customer service was excellent apart from being told off when I asked for some more food from the menu. "What you have will be enough"
Food arrived quickly but unfortunately gave my partner food poisoning and gave me a very upset stomach.

Chamuça com um sabor pouco usual, nomeadamente com bastantes ervilhas e pouco caril. Nada usual. O Chicken korma também com um sabor pouco usual, demasiado doce é só sabia a côco, já comi melhores. Voltarei para provar o chicken masala na esperança de ser melhor. Dou o benefício da dúvida, as pessoas foram bastante atenciosas e simpáticas connosco. Preços acessíveis e oferecem a entrada é o café.

Simply good clean indian food. Food arrived quickly and the wait staff were excellent. Their T shirts even say happy to help which Walks the talk. Was even offered starters and coffee on the house. Two thumbs up! Keep up the good work!

Good food. But it's a Bangladeshi restaurant. We tried halim, mango lassi, and biriyani. The halim and the lassi was superb, the biriyani was good too.
