an answer to the owner:
Your claim that the mushrooms were fresh is laughable, maybe it is on most of your pizzas, but on the slice I was served there were no doubt that they were not fresh. Maybe the shop ran out of fresh ones? Implying that I don't know fresh mushrooms from canned ones is frankly insulting.
While I realise that pizza slices might not have the same bread as a real Italian pizza, one would expect something a bit more Italian from an Italian pizza slice shop. Even for a slice, the bread was like a deep pan, rather than a normal pizza slice.
While you might import the flour from Italy, and the flour might be top quality, my complaint was not about the flour, but the base of the pizza.
My comparison to a mac still stands, as both are fastfood of average quality, no matter the attempts to brand itself otherwise.
I am baffled by the raving reviews for this place. Following the reviews I decided to give this place a try, I was very disappointed. Not with the service mind you, the staff were very polite and friendly, but the food... First it is very, very expensive for the quantity of food provided. I had 2 great pizzas and 2 fresh lemonades at another restaurant for the price of 5 slices at this place. This, however, would be fine if the slices were of very high quality, but no.
1: the bread was more focacia than pizza, not thin with a slight bite, bit big fluffy and crispy.
2: the quality of the ingredients, when you charge €4 for a pizza slice, surely it is possible to use fresh mushrooms and not canned ones? The pesto tasted okay but was clearly not freshly made.
3: the flavour was, edible but no where near 5 stars, while grabbing a slice is convenient, they should be tasty, not a focacia without tomato sauce, but with a bit of cheese and some tomatoes on top making it quite dry.
While this place might be great for a slice with a beer while hanging out on the beachfront, for real pizza there are far better places in Lisbon. Following the logic of giving this place such a high rating, I am surprised that McDonald's are not the highest rated restaurant in every city.

We ordered pizza slices to go and ate it near the shore. The staff was nice and polite. The pizza was good and hot. It cost us 19€ for 4 slices, a coke and a beer. I would recommend this place to grab a slice on the go.

Good pizza. I wouldn’t say it’s the best. But it is very unique and they have many original topping combinations. Each slice will be around €3 to €4. Very nice staff and service. It’s a good place to come for a slice after a few drinks.

Soy experto en pizzas, la verdad es que no me conformo con cualquier pizza ya que valoro muchas características como el sabor de la masa, el grosor, la cantidad de agujeros, queso etc etc. Basándome en mi criterio de calidad, puedo decir que estas pizzas son de una calidad EXCELENTE, de las mejores pizzas que he comido y además a un precio asequible. También hay una gran variedad de vino, yo recomiendo un semidulce. En conclusión una pizza excelente.

I took one slice of Margarita and other one with meet. Only good thing that you can buy pizza slices. Minuses:

여자 직원분 넘나 귀엽구요.. 피자는 이태원 피자리움이랑 비슷했어요. 좌석이 바 형식으로 4인만 가능하고, 잠깐 맥주랑 피자한입하기 좋아요 :)
피자는 살라미햄에 크림 곁들여 진거랑, 하몽 들어간것 정말 맛났어요.

It is a very tiny place ... But in a popular location .lot of vegetarian options..but slightly on the expensive side..I tried two different varieties of pizza slices.. and they were really tasty...so if craving for pizza and want options...do try!

Ordered the vegan pizza which was really good however while eating it there saw the staff use the same pizza peel tool( pizza picker) for the non veg and vegan / veg pizzas. Also place vegan pizza with the non veg pizza ( same tray) I don’t know what the rules and regulations are in Lisbon but i think that’s contamination.

This pizzeria offers a lot of fresh & uncommon pizza flavors. A lot of them are veggi!
They are delicious & although the shop is located in the touristic center it has fair prices.
The place is quite small, only 4-6 places to sit, however you can easily take the slices with you and eat them somewhere outside in the beautiful center of the city.

I just randomly stopped at this place because I was tired of walking and super Hungry and I smelled something sooooo good and I went in , I was orepre sure that I am not gonna get any vegetarian option except margarita and was mentally prepared to order one but guess what there were so many vegetarian options and I took the one with tomatoes and mushrooms and it tasted like heaven . Y'all gotta try this. Really no joke , also the non vegetarian pizza looked amazing but I didn't eat them so can't give a review about them.

The Pizza itself is very tasty and one of the best I ever had.
One downside: they heat up every piece in a small oven. When there are many people ordering there is just not enough time, so the Pizza is still cold inside.

Wonderful little pizzeria, I know I'm in Portugal and should be having Portuguese food, but looking at beautiful these pizzas are, I couldn't resist!
They're all individually priced, tons of options for meatlovers, vegans. I had the vegetarian and the other one I got was full of cherry tomatoes with seasoning on top! Pizza was so fresh! Love this place, I came back for dinner two nights before I left Lisbon as well. Best pizza hands down!

Di solito quando sono all'estero non cerco mai cibo italiano ma in questo caso sono passato davanti ed un ottimo profumo di pizza mi ha attirato! È stata un ottima scelta dato che la pasta era croccantissima e gli ingredienti di ottima qualità! Nulla a che vedere con molte pizze al taglio... la consiglio assolutamente!

A hely szukos de hangulatos, kis kulonleges pizza szeleteket lehet vasarolni, roppant finomak. Az ár egy magyarnak magas, de az itteni viszonylatokban teljesen normalis. A kiszolgalok aranyosak kedvesek mosolygosak, tenyleg szivesen latnak. A sör hideg.

We were just sauntering by on our way back to the airbnb, noticed all the attractive slices behind the glass, and immediately got two slices of margherita. Amazing decision. The sauce was nice and tangy and had some good spices in it, the dough has a very satisfying chew to it like a good artisan bread, and the mozzarella was creamy and melts in your mouth. For the price it was definitely worth it and it gave us the energy to continue up and down the hills.

Die Pizzen sahen alle super aus, allerdings nur drei Punkte, weil 1. schon einige Sorten (u.a. Margherita) um halb acht schon ausverkauft waren und 2. nur noch ein einziges Stück vegane Pizza übrig war. Schade, dass man gute dreieinhalb Stunden vor Ladenschluss keine neuen Pizzen mehr macht. Außerdem sollte nach Nachfragen auf der veganen Pizza Käse sein? Da diese aber nicht mehr übrig war, konnte dieser Zweifel nicht geklärt werden. Ich hatte mir mehr vom Pizza-Angebot versprochen- vor allem vom groß angekündigten veganen.

A huge selection of tasty pizza at good prices. You can have either takeaway or serve it inside at some small counters, which all have power sockets and USB ports to charge your devices. You can also have a good Italian beer alongside the pizza :)

Pizzeria with a large selection of pre-baked pizzas with a variety of different toppings. The pizza is heated quickly, although not thoroughly, in a countertop small oven. Mostly a take out shop due the lack of counter space for dining in. Not my favorite, but not that bad if you wish to grab something fast.

A few counter seats to eat there but more of a take away place. Excellent pizzas and lots of variety. Not the cheapest meal (in comparison to Portuguese average) but definitely not expensive and worth it. We got 5 kinds of pizzas (slices are pretty generous) to share between 3 adults and it came to 27 euro.

I was excited for this pizzeria to open near me and one day I was hungry and passing by so I decided to buy 2 slices. The slices are not that big but they look great to make you pay more than normal for pizza.
But unfortunately I was very disappointed with it, asked for 2 slices to eat at home (I got home in 1 minute), the slices were even heated before I left but they were cold when I ate them and the taste of them didn't justified the price at all.
I basically overpaid for 2 slices of cold pizza and I still was hungry... Needless to say that I am not going back to this place.

Varianty pizzy vegan, vegetarián, klasik... Spousta druhů, kousek cca za 3e, vše čerstvé a na místě ještě ohřáté. Možnost odnést si domů v krabici. Na místě bohužel jen asi dvě židle k sezení, takže spíše pizza to go...

Really good pizza by the slice, but it was a bit more expensive that I planned. The menu lists margarita pizza and some other simple pizzas for €2.50 per slice, but they only had €4.00 per slice pizzas available. The counter was full of fresh pizzas, so it wasn't like they had just sold out. I think this is their business plan. But the pizza was really good.

Only four places to sit. So if it's cold and rainy outside, you have to stand if there's room. The place is tiny. And don't expect what's written on the menu. I asked for piazza bianca but was told they don't serve that as it's "just bread". Piazza bianca should be cheese pizza with no tomato. I asked for a margherita but they don't make that either. Which meant I had to spend €4 a slice for something I didn't really want.

We grabbed some of this pizza and went down to the square. Not the greatest pizza but not terrible at all. 4/5 is exactly how I'd rate it. Small pizza shop, don't plan on eating in, too small for that.

Pizza al taglio like you would eat in Rome (literally as good as my favorite pizza place in Rome). Many types to choose from, all great, prices are incredible, ingredients are high quality. You can eat in at small tables with high chairs, and you can take away. For a quick affordable meal on the run to your next sight is cant be beat.

Take away pizza shop, all the slices made with fresh ingredients, like mushrooms and tomato sauce, pesto sauce with mozzarella. Onion with mushroom, so on. Big portions and quite cheap considering they use fresh stuff. Went there 3 or 4 times during my short stay in Lisbon.

A pizza joint that does slices yes, only its not quite as wow as it sounds.

For a fast food type of pizza, this is more than delicious! We tried one of several and simply each was astonishing. I highly recommend this place for all lisbon visitors in need of a quick bite :D

Not the best Roman pizza in Portugal (that would be Pizza Di Nanna) and the flavour was... lacking. If you’re looking for that crispy bite, you won’t find that here but overall okay.

Went on a Thursday evening, no vegan options left!... Focaccia was good though. Hard to tell what is what so you definitely need to ask the staff. Also the bathroom did not have water so couldn't wash soap off my hands.

Good pizzas, crunchy border and a bit thick base for what I like, I had the one with the sundry tomato and my husband had the pepperoni one. We paid 4euros.

Easily the best pizza in downtown. Definitely not cheap, and hard to figure out what costs what, but everything I've tried has been delicious and worth it! And conveniently located for a quick bite between touring or if you're on your way home from a couple glasses of port!

So pleasantly surprised to find this tiny little place by chance as we were walking by. The counter full of beautiful different pizza slices were what initially made us stop, and then after trying a slice each, we ended up over eating (6 more!!!) Each piece is large and wholesome, with delicious imported ingredients and organic handmade dough (we had a chance to talk to the friendly staff that work there). I’d recommend trying the focaccia base pizzas, they make them perfectly; crunch fluffy and light. If you like a little spice, don't forget to gently drizzle some of the spicy oil on ur slice - beware - it's spicy!!!
They also had those yummy Italian rice dumplings (can't remember the name) which you find all over Sisily, first time I've seen them in the city. We didn't try them though.

Pizzas italianas com preços acessíveis. Aceita débito. Não possui salão para comer em mesas (a gente come em pé ou nas mesinhas que estão ao lado do balcão). A Margherita é uma delícia!!! Recomendo!

Being Italian, I usually avoid Italian food when abroad. I'm glad I didn't this time. Really good pizzas, lots of variety. Cozy place and super friendly staff. Fair prices given the central location and that the products are imported from Italy.

What a pleasant surprise! Originally I was planning to visit the veggie restaurant around the corner but it was closed. I happened to then walk by Romana Pizzaria and noticed they had multiple vegan options, well priced, and looked delicious.
I enjoyed a slice of spicy mushroom and mixed roasted veggie. Not only was the pizza fantastic but the woman who helped me was incredibly kind. Free fast wifi too which was nice! Loved the decor as well - a modern, minimalist, chic vibe if you will. Small space ideal for a which bite/takeaway. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect pizza! A good variety of options and the pizza itself was really delicious. The staff could be a bit friendlier and also take away pizza could be made as a sandwich (exactly how they do in Rome) instead of being put in a simple pizza box.

Probably the best pizza joint in Lisbon. There's enough pizza flavors to please anyone's taste, including vegans. Around 3.50 euros a big slice it's a great deal. Good ingredients make good pizza and these guys know it.
