Toute petite salle, attente en buvant un bon vin, une excellente sangria blanche et un Virgin Mojito à tomber par terre (un préparateur de cocktail extra), accueillis avec le sourire, on rencontre Sofia (une jeune italienne adorable au service)... Pizza très bonnes et prix corrects, mention particulière pour le calzone, comme chez nous en Italie, moëlleux à souhait avec de la ricotta

To the management: you need to raise your standards and buy some Italian spices. What you serve here is not an Italian style pizza. It's an embarrassment. Fire your chef, close the restaurant and find another hobby. Stop deceiving people. And please do something about your restrooms. They are as bad as your pizza.
Save yourself time and money, seriously. Lines that form outside on the weekends cannot be justified by the quality. It appears, Lisbon is struggling with overtourism: a lack of taste and crowds of newcomers on Fridays and Saturdays create unreasonable wait time for the places that are not good.
Pizza pie came out wet to the point where all the toppings including cheese dropped off a dough, couscous salad lacked flavours, tiny plate of pesto was the most memorable thing. Seriously. They make better pizza in Costa Rica than here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

A group of us ate here in May 2019. Really easy experience booking in advance with prompt and detailed replies from the manager. We opted for the set menu which was absolutely excellent! The sharing platters were perfect for a group and we had a variety of pizzas too. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Really great service too! :)

The best pizza I’ve had so far in Lisbon. But it’s not the best in Portugal. The pizza is not the style that I like. I loved the crust. The bottom crust needed to be more crispy, the tomato sauce needed to be more sweet and the cheese had a taste goat cheese.
What blew me away was the pesto starter they bring out with bread (it was he best I have ever had)... which you are charged for €2 for the pesto and €3 for 4 pieces of bread. I found that very strange. Normally when a restaurant brings you an appetizer, no on menu, without requesting... it’s always complementary.

3,5stars. good food but nothing has left my mind wanting more. Would like if waitresses have same outfits.. makes them look more professionals. On my mind too much people in small space but yes business is business i understand.

O zomato Gold levou me a descobrir este restaurante minimamente interessante , o atendimento é bastante simpático , demorou um pouco a sermos servidos (mas fomos avisados que tal ia acontecer). Sentimos que e bastante turístico e o preço sem desconto reflete isso. As pizzas não são extraordinárias, são boas mas um pouco aguadas demais (provavelmente do queijo). De resto correu tudo bem mas há itens a melhorar.

Nice pizzas. Unfortunatly we took a panna cotta at the end and it was really too sweety and toi creamy because not enough gelatin. They recommend as well a place where we can have a drink (with a discount) too wait because the restaurant was full, Jam Bar. The waiter was overfriendly and couldn't stop talking, and we didn't get the discount.

Una sola parola: strabiliante per essere a Lisbona ossia lontano dalla cara Napoli. Il locale, piccolo, si trova nel cuore del Barrio Alto e senza navigatore ed occhio esperto nemmeno lo trovate. Sono di una simpatia unica, molto bravi e servono, a prezzo adeguato una grande pizza. Bravissimi. Parlano diverse lingue. Ricordatevi di prenotare.
One word: amazing to be in Lisbon, that is far from dear Naples. The small restaurant is located in the heart of the Barrio Alto and without a navigator or an expert eye you won't even find it. They are of a unique sympathy, very good and serve a great pizza at a reasonable price. Well done. They speak several languages. Remember to book.

We heard this place serves the best Neapolitan pizza in Lisbon and we strongly agree! Would rate more stars if that was an option. Fluffy and thin crust and the toppings were perfectly fresh and tasteful. Friendly and helpful service and the food is priced reasonable. If you're looking for a place in Lisbon to eat quality pizza, it would be a shame not to visit this place. But if you do: make sure you reserve a table on time since it can be crowded quite quickly. Honestly best pizza we have ever had! Thank you so much!

This has to be the best Pizzeria I have visited so far in my life. The place is small and coquet and the built quality of the interior is fantastic.
The staff is super friendly, speaks multiple languages and the services is fast.
The starter that you get for free is Foccacia with Pesto. They make the Pesto themselves from scratch and it tastes millions.
The quality of the ingredients on the topping is spot on. The mozzarella really tastes like DOP Mozzarella, the Basil is fresh and everything comes together in a perfect bouquet of aroma.
The only thing I would change is the pizza crust, in the sense I would make it just a bit crispier.
All in all, a must see in Lisbon!!

Great place to have pizza. Reasonable prices, dont expect a place to be cheap. Pizzas are great, thin base, real neopolitan pizzas. I was full just by having one when usually i eat one and a half. Really great place to have dinner.

Locale moderno e curato, piccolo m con spazi ben distribuiti. Simpatica l'idea del cocktail del giorno proposto Inizio cena e ottimo l'aperitivo di pane e pesto! Pizza buon e saporita, impasto equilibrato e non pesante da digerire. Personale simpatico, disponibile e attento, in particolare molto apprezzabile l'accoglienza del proprietario, portoghese, che ha imparato l'arte della pizza in Italia esportandola brillantemente in una città dove le pizzerie buone si contano sulle dita di un mano... Consigliato!!

One of the best meals I’ve had in Lisbon. Phenomenal Mojito and Tiramisu. The namesake pizza (M’arrecreo) has more heat than normal marinara sauce but should not scare away the most ardent hot sauce fearing prospective patrons.

Super Pizzeria! Wir waren zwei mal dort und wirklich alles was wir gegessen haben war köstlich und die Preise sind top! Das Restaurant ist nicht so groß und immer gut besucht, am besten einen Platz reservieren, denn es bilden sich Schlangen vor dem Eingang. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schaut zwischendurch immer mal wieder ob alles passt. Immer wieder gerne!

On m’a littéralement oublié du début à la fin du repas. Installée au fond de la salle. J’ai du attendre que ma bruschetta refroidisse avant d avoir enfin l huile d olive pour commencer mon entrée. Attente interminable pour mon plat (on m’a même amené l addition avant que je termine). Peut être débordé ce jour là (lundi). Les pizzas sont correctes mais sans plus. J étais venu pour manger de la burrata mais razzia apparement sur le week-end donc rupture de stock... il y’a mieux.

Conhecida entre os italianos como a pizzaria que mais os faz sentir em casa, a M'arrecreo é pequenina, pelo que convém reservar mesa. As pizzas são feitas num forno de lenha e com produtos frescos. O atendimento é excelente. O restaurante tem muito pouca rede móvel, que leva a que o pagamento por multibanco por vezes tenha de ser feito à porta. Mas, tirando proveito de uma refeição longe de distrações, é o sítio ideal para um jantar romântico, com a melhor pizza que existe fora de Itália.

Materie prime freschissime... Gabriele, Pizzaiolo Italiano di Scuola Napoletana: impeccabile dall’impasto (farina dall’Italia, come tutto) lievitata almeno 24 ore!!! Abbondante ma Leggerissima.... Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato il “Tronchetto” e “Margherita”... ma alla vista della “Genovese” dei nostri amici, non abbiamo resistito: SUBLIME!! Anche il Tiramisù freschissimo ed eccezionale... Prezzi nella media (pizza, bibita e dolce circa 20€!!) Nunu il cameriere parla perfettamente Italiano ed è gentilissimo e simpatico: ti anticipa su ogni esigenza!!

This restaurant is a must if you’re in Lisbon. Legit one of the best meals I had while traveling all over Europe. I’m still thinking about the truffle pizza and salivating. Everything we ate, from classic cheese to the more unique flavors was perfect. On top of the excellent food, the service is top notch. M’arrecreo comes correct, and you’re simply wrong if you disagree.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeeten. Alles was vers. De pizza's zijn rijkelijk belegd. De huiswijn was lekker fruitig. De tiramisu was lekker en precies zoet genoeg voor ons. Het dessert mochten we zonder problemen delen.
Het restaurant ziet er netjes en schoon uit en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.

Dimos con esta pizzería de casualidad.... Buscábamos donde cenar en el barrio Alto y al verlo lleno decidimos quedarnos. Pizzas sin más... Pequeñas para el precio que cobran, inflado a precios turistas por la zona en la que esta, pedimos ensalada también y vino y la cuenta fue 33,50€. Estaba lleno de turistas con habla inglesa... Porque lo que muy en Lisboa no te sientes. Nota especial al personal que es súper majo!

War einfach wunderbar!
Die Vorspeise war sehr lecker und eine Pizza zu teilen war ebenfalls kein Problem. Der Boden schön dünn, der Rand luftig gebacken. Der Wein war wunderbar temperiert und die Nachspeise war ebenfalls ein Genuss.
Der Kellner war super freundlich und hat das Wohlfühlen leicht gemacht.
Essen war über jeden Zweifel erhaben, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und das Lokal sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns war es das beste Essen in Lissabon.

We hadden niet gereserveerd, hierdoor moesten we tegen 22:00, ruim een half uur wachten tot er een tafel beschikbaar was. Het restaurantje is veelste klein voor het grote aantal mensen welk een pizza komen eten. De pizza zelf was lekker maar zeker niet fantastisch. Ik raad aan als je hier gaat dineren een tafel te reserveren om de wachtrij te voorkomen, personeel was vriendelijk. (3,5 sterren)

Lo stile della pizza è napoletano, gli ingredienti mi sono sembrati di qualità;gusto buono, forse solo la pasta leggermente gommosa.
Locale piccolino, ma accogliente.
Servizio veloce e personale professionale, soprattutto il simpatico proprietario che sa parlare perfettamente italiano.

Indubbiamente vi si può mangiare una pizza veramente degna di tale nome: davvero buona! Gustosi anche i dolci artigianali. È necessario prenotare perché il locale è piccolo.

Świetne, przytulne miejsce z uprzejmą i pomocną obsługą. Jako miłośniczka włoskiej kuchni mogę polecić w 100%, ponieważ jedzenie przystawek, pizzy i deserów to była uczta dla ciała i duszy. Czułam się jak we Włoszech :) Bardzo bardzo polecam! Jedyny minus za to, że trzeba zapłacić za foccacię i pesto. We Włoszech nigdy się za to nie płaci- jest to dodatek do jedzenia :)

Pizza napoletana di alto livello a un prezzo (purtroppo) nella media cittadina. Pizze tra gli 8 e i 13 euro. Al momento la mia pizzeria preferita a Lisbona.

Perfekt! Das beschreibt den Abend am besten. Wir haben noch nie so eine leckere Pizza essen dürfen - und das in Portugal!? Ja! Die Zubereitung ist traditionell napoleonisch: dünner Teig, Rand knusprig, nicht zu viel Belag aber dennoch genügend. Die Vorspeise und Nachspeise (Bruschetta mit Aubergine und Panna Cotta) standen der Pizza in keinem Punkt nach. Die Bruschetta einmal so zu probieren, war eine Empfehlung die voll eingeschlagen ist. Als Getränk hatten wir die Empfehlung des Abends: Himbeer Mojito - genial lecker!
In allem war es eine spitzen Qualität und das zu einem erstaunlich moderaten Preis (wir hätten mit mehr gerechnet)
Also absolut empfehlenswert und das Personal ist super freundlich

Da buon italiano non mi faccio mai mancare una buona pizza anche quanto sono all'estero.
Vado spesso in questa pizzeria. A Lisbona credo sia una delle 2 pizzerie che vale la pena provare.
La pizza é molto simile a quella di una qualsiasi buona pizzeria di Napoli. Personale sempre gentile.
