I did two surf lessons with Ricardo at Sao Juliao. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a great time out on the water with him. We rented a board and wetsuit from him for the remainder of our trip, and he was kind enough to also provided us with a soft rack to use.

Ricardo was the best surf instructor you could ever wish for! New wetsuits, very flexible in schedules, we met in the afternoon and surfed until sundown- he was very sensible with giving hints and personal instructions that helped very well to improve. He also was very motivating and caring for our technique, everything was perfect and he made the surf experience very fun! I can highly recommand to take classes here, especially as beginner.

Nos dirigíamos a la playa Da Vigía buscando un sitio para practicar surf y alquilar tablas. En google maps vimos que cerca de la playa había una escuela de surf. Despues de algún despiste llegamos siguiendo las instrucciones del maps por un camino de tierra en buen estado la penúltima casa. Allí nos atendió Ricardo y fue muy amable, nos alquiló tres tablas y nos incluyó los trajes de neopreno durante 5 dias por un precio muy razonable. También nos orientó sobre playas buenas para surfear y para bañarnos. Las cosas buenas hay que buscarlas y es el mejor sitio para alquilar tablas de la zona. Quedamos muy contentos con él os lo recomendamos.
