If you are in Lisbon and not doing rooftop bar-hopping... then what are you doing??? Well, we sampled quite a few and this was the best. The view, lovely attentive service... basically from making sure we had drinks pouring, to keep snacks coming, to helping take pictures against the vista. And when sun went down they had shawls ready to keep us warm. Fantastic cocktails, and a great scene; lot of locals and some tourists. It is upscale and bit pricier than some other spots, but worth it for a sunset visit. When in Lisbon... get up there!

Agréable rooftop, bonne ambiance et assez branché. Beaucoup de monde en fin de journée. Deux points negatifs (me concernant), tarifs un peu élevés, à l'ombre un peu trop tôt en fin de journée (et quand le vent souffle, fait frais !! Prenez une veste !!)
A faire au moins 1 fois pendant votre séjour.

Adoro o facto de nos dias de hoje ainda haver descriminação pela forma como nos vestimos. Senão vejamos uma pessoa toda 'pipi' como se costuma dizer chega e é atendida, enquanto que outras pessoas que estão vestidas normalmente ouvem constantemente um 'é só um momento'....
Numa próxima visita que não há-de acontecer irei questionar se querem um autógrafo no livro de reclamações com a palavra descriminação bem legível.
So não dou 0 estrelas porque não dá.

ממוקם על הגג של מלון טיבולי (שהלובי שלו מרהיב בפני עצמו ושווה ביקור לקפה או ארוחה). הבר מעוצב מאוד יפה עם נוף מדהים לעיר. צוות מלצרים וברמנים מקצוענים ושירותיים מאוד. הזמנו בירה, קוקטייל וסושי, וכולם היו טובים מאוד. לא אכלנו ארוחה מלאה, אבל התרשמנו מאוד מהמנות שיצאו מהמטבח. ככל הנראה אחד הרופטופים הטובים בעיר.

O empregado com extrema simpatia... ofereceu-ma, para experimentar: “Tenho todo o gosto em oferecê-la, vai ver que vai gostar!”. Whati???

Though the bar is on the roof - people are smoking in all areas and we came back very smelly of tobacco. It was my birthday and we waited for our cocktails for about 40 minutes, then we gave up and left to look for another place to celebrate. One of worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent service! Came with my baby there was some wind they immediately asked if I wanted a blanket they also prepared a plate of fries without salt for him while it was not on the menu.+it has an Amazing vew and the drinks we exquisite ❤️

Incredible!! Friendly welcome by the bartenders. Helped me select the perfect cocktail that I was looking for. The bar area is gorgeous. The patio and view is next level. One of the most gorgeous rooftop views I’ve seen anywhere. Absolutely stunning views right before sunset. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.

On the roof of the tivoli building, located in Avenida do Liberdade, this bar gives you a beautiful view over the Lisbon suburbs. The best time is evening, before dusk, and during the dusk, when you can see how lights goes on and how city change it's colours and appearance.

Organizamos um jantar de Natal para a empresa no Roof da Sky na Expo e foi um dos piores jantar que já tive. Comida básica, qualidade neutra (sobretudo para o jantar de natal), esqueceram-se dos pratos para vegetarianos e tiveram que preparar algo em urgência e apresentaram...uma beringela como prato principal (!!!) , as sobremesas do Natal foram salada de fruta e uma mousse de chocolate industrial de pó de cacau horrorosa, uma imundice, não era comida caseira, nada preparado pelo restaurante mas tudo vindo de um catering de baixo nível, decoração da sala inexistente, nunca tive tanto frio porque no Rooftop no Inverno...é uma péssima ideia e nem aqueceram a sala. Pior ainda, foi o preço exorbitante pago para esse jantar da empresa.

Low lying clouds and the odd drizzle of rain couldn't dampen the November evening fun. We sat on the terrace sofas under warm blankets sipping delicious cocktails. Afforded wonderful views of the baixa and beyond to the Bay. Must return in sunshine.

Wirklich sehr schöne, angenehme Atmosphäre über den Dächern von Lissabon! Ist etwas teurer (Cocktails cirka 12 euro, Essen ab 20 Euro aufwärts), das spielt allerdings bei dieser tollen Atmosphäre und bei dieser sehr zuvorkommenden Bedienung keine Rolle. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

A very pretentious crowd and staff. One star for one of the most beautiful views of the city. The worst service we have experienced in all of Lisbon. And I really hope the GM - Miguel, would take the feedback that is being provided and train staff to be more attentive and be able to provide the exceptional service a place like this is expected to have.

Eine schöne Bar um denn Abend mit guter Musik und dem ein oder anderen Drink zu genießen. Das Personal ist freundlichen und die Preise gehen in Ordnung für das Ambiente.
Der Ausblick ist in der Nacht sehr schön und wir können die Sky-Bar nur weiter empfehlen.
The Sky-Bar is nice to enjoy in the evening. They play very good Musik and you can enjoy drinks . The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for the ambiente .

The bar is on the roof top of a luxury hotel. For that reason, the staff and the whole atmosphere was a bit pretentious. In the beginning, we were standing, since we didn't find an empty seat and the waiter told us that we should order at the bar, which took over ten minutes, without the bar being crowded. Anyway, the view was amazing and I definately recommend it, but it wasn't the most chill out bar that we found in lisbon. The cocktails were good but expectedly pricy.

Very nice place and the rooftop has an amazing view.. fair warning the menu has only couple bites and salads .. the rest is as its called a rooftop bar overlooking one of the greatest in city views and a nice pool if ur a guest at the hotel ull enjoy and the seating has both high chairs and sofas to enjoy.. recommended for chilling with coffee or alcoholic beverages

This place deserves all five stars. The view is amazing, the drinks are priced well, the music was perfect. It's easily the highlight of my trip to Lisbon, and that's saying a lot.

More care was put into the cocktails in a downtown Lisbon nightclub (pensao amor). Balance of flavours was suboptimal for our very basic classic drinks (margheritas and mojitos).

I'll start by saying we only came for pre-dinner drinks, and on a dreary, rainy afternoon. The best part, other than the view, was the service. Our server was wonderful in translating the menu for us and answering questions to the point that we ended up ordering some food. I had the shrimp wrap which, unexpectedly came with cashews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
The place was pretty quiet until a very large group from a convention stopped by, so at that point service for us became non-existent, which was mostly ok since we had plans anyway.
Tip: Although the hotel Tivoli appears to have a very fancy dress code, the Sky Bar itself was quite casual.

Ok pour la vue .. Et encore les miradors de la ville sont gratuits pour ça.....nous sommes montés par curiosité et finalement nous aurions dû restés a notre niveau, en bas...cocktail a 13 balles ou se battent en duel glaçon et citron et tout ça pour 20minutes d attente...un scandale..

Es ist zwar eine schöne Bar, aber der Ausblick wird als besser angepriesen, als er eigentlich ist und man muss lange auf seine Getränke warten. Außerdem ist es sehr teuer. Dafür ist das Ambiente hübsch und man kann gemütlich was mit Freunden trinken und reden.

Entrée impressionnante par le hall de l'hôtel Tivoli. Il faut prendre ensuite un ascenseur et descendre un superbe escalier pour accéder à une des plus belles terrasses de Lisbonne. Les tarifs sont élevés dans l'ensemble mais l'endroit vaut vraiment le coup. Cependant certaines boissons restent abordables. La vue est magnifique sur Lisbonne.

La vista vale certamente di più che gli aperitivi, ma per vedere un tramonto la posizione non è quella giusta, maglio cercare un'altro posto. Cosa non da poco 2 container messi a lato dal bar come servizi igienici !!! Per un bar 5 stelle... lascio a voi il commento. Il posto non ha una impronta definita sedie e divani scomodi, il personale troppo insistente per le consumazioni.

Wij vinden het altijd bijzonder om in een ander land een rooftop/sky bar te bezoeken. Je ziet heel de stad terwijl je bent bij een gezellige bar. Om onze trip in Lissabon af te sluiten en het een aanrader was van een oom van ons, gingen wij hiernaartoe. Het was goed te vinden (met Google Maps). Deze bar is gelegen in een 5* hotel waar de deuren voor je geopend worden. Het rook lekker binnen en zag er heel mooi ontworpen uit. We namen de lift naar de 9e verdieping waar we buiten uitkwamen en Lissabon op z'n mooist zagen! Er waren wel glazen bij deze rooftop bar maar je kon er wel goed doorheen zien. Het was fijn dat er dekens waren en je bij de open haard kon zitten. Personeel was vriendelijk en stond met een herkenbare rode jas achter de bar. Een jongeman met sneakers en causal kleding kwam naar ons toe en vroeg wat we wilde drinken. De kleding was veel te casual (kledingzaak stijl). Tip: draag ook een rode jas net als de mevrouw of zorg voor 1 kledingstijl. Dit zorgt voor herkenbaarheid en het oogt professioneler. De 2e man die ons drinken kwam brengen had ook sneakers aan, een spijkerbroek en hoodie. Dit zag er niet netjes uit. We hopen dat de skybar deze tip in acht neemt, ter verbetering. Verder betaal je ook meer dan een normale bar. Cappuccino: €6, mocktail €10, cocktail €12 en dit zijn de startprijzen van de dranken. Onze drankjes waren prima gemaakt en smaakte goed. Er was ook genoeg zitplek. Erg leuk om een keer gedaan te hebben. Lissabon is een mooie stad! Ps: je hebt uitzicht op het kasteel vanaf de skybar, heel gaaf!

We were looking for a calm and fancy rooftop during our short stay in Lisbon. We've first tried going into the Park rooftop and ended up being a huge mistake. Then went to the Skybar which is located very close to the hotels. The ambiance was very relaxed, fancy with some lounge music, we absolutely had a good time drinking good wine. The sunset view over the avenue and sea are worth it alone. I truly recommend this place.

Staand aan een bar kijk je uit over de stad en deels over de zee. Ik zou geen Nederlander zijn als ik ook niet wat zeg over de prijs; je kunt voor de prijs van één biertje elders 4 biertjes kopen. Maar het is een absolute aanrader.

Go here only for the view and if you have lots of time. Luckily we arrived an hour before our meal (iimpar, around the corner, best food ever). You seat yourself at the tables around the bar, and wait, and wait. Drinks took about 25 minutes to arrive and they weren't awesome for the price. Our snack took another 15 mins. We almost left but then the server said it was only another 5 minutes. When the appetizer arrived we asked for our bill. Total time was about an hour for a drink and app, ordered at the same time. Again, go only for the views. DJ was great also, but wouldn't go but to have 1 drink. Not sure I would go again.

Amazing Venue, tremendously let down by the extremely poor and slow service. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. It was a little slow getting drinks buy it was busy so nothing really to complain about.
The drinks were very nice but a little on the expensive side but with that view you can't expect a 2 eur cocktail....
They have comfy lounges and places to sit if you get there early otherwise seats at the bar.
