Expérience désagréable avec le réceptionniste qui nous a jugé sur le physique et nos baskets et ne nous a même pas laissé monter !!!

I had the veal steak and was not disappointed. Very tender and cooked to perfection. The chocolate cake was amazing. Small menu but if you're staying at this hotel this is worth a visit.

Caro e sem qualidade de serviço. €3,25 por um Nescafé e um pacote de açúcar. Outras ofertas pelo mesmo preço trazem.um biscoito, bolacha, etc.

Rofftop bar très sympa avec une vue magnifique. Plutôt chic mais nous avons pus rentrer en chaussures et pantalon de rando pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse. Il il a aussi de grand canapés confortable a l'intérieur et possibilité de manger. N'hésitez surtout pas rien que pour la vue et les tarif pas du tout excessif.

Most awful place and personnel. Just wanted to sit outside, enjoy the sun and have a nice drink with my girlfriend and been sent away by a women waitress with “orders” that the grass on the terras was too long and it was not ready for summer yet. Never go there again

Nice place with view. In early october night it was not too crowded, it was possible to get a table without reservation. Cocktails are around 15€ each. For hotel guests there is a separate space.

Great place to pop in for a drink, the views, atmosphere, and drinks are great. It’s the perfect spot to grab a drink before dinner or at the end of a long day. Seating can be limited so either prep to wait for a little or go during the less-busy times.

Probably one of the best views in town. Sometimes too busy with loudy customers that makes this, once one of the best kept secrets in Lisbon, a place to avoid. So go early afternoon, sit and enjoy

Definitely an amazing view. However, the service was very poor, after you pay €15 for drink they don't even bring you a tissue or some snack with the only exception of two olives and some almond. Half of the terrace was close so you cannot even take a good picture of the skyline. Staff not formal as it should in such place.

Absolutely wonderful view across lisbon. We were there at february evening and had exqusit hot chocolate and Irish coffee. Highly recommended.

Very slow service despite there being only a handful of people on the roof. Ordered a bottle of Moët and it was served at room temperature which is completely unacceptable. Asked if they had any chilled and was told no. The waiter struggled to get the top off the bottle, and the cork finally shot off with quite a bit of champagne spraying off with it. Was given more ice, for the ice bucket. The last thing I want to do after I order a bottle is wait for it to chill. Luckily I know that if you wrap a wine bottle in a wet towel and then place it in ice that it will chill faster. Too bad our waiter didn’t know this.
An apology was made and small sample of appetizers were brought out on the house, however we turned them down as we had just finished lunch. Not the experience I hoped for.

A vista é muito boa mas o chá das 5 deixa muito a desejar. A qualidade na confecção não está ao mesmo nível da vista, simpatia dos funcionários e decoração cuidada do local. Talvez seja de ficar por uma bebida.

Great service, fancy cocktails, fantastic views over the city. We had a cheese and meat plate (a good sized portion to share, with plenty of toast) and a couple of glasses of Portuguese red wine, recommended by the waitress. A tad more expensive than street level, but a good way to escape the bustle for a while.

One of the best roof top bars in Lisbon. Located in a five start hotel so the service is excellent. This place is still relatively a hidden gem.
Reservations are recommended especially if you have come a long way to visit this place. They provide great service because they don’t allow it to get busy.

It's a very beautiful place, with a privileged view of the city. The people working there are very attentive and nice. The food menu is scarce, but ok. The drink menu it's quite interesting. It's NOT cheap, as you can imagine.

Руфтоп с террасой с которой открывается очень красивый вид. Цены выше, чем в обычных кафе и это типично для руфтопов, но сервис отвратительный. Заказ принимали долго, в итоге принесли вино на дне бокала, сказали что у них такая сервировка, сам бокал был весь в воде... К вину перенесли оливки, без приспособлений что бы из взять. Больше не вернусь.

Sehr coole Roof Top Bar. Preise typisch für eine Hotel Bar deutlich über Durchschnitt aber die Getränke und Cocktails sowie der Blick über Lisabon entschädigt alle mal.

We were looking for a nice place to have drinks during the day which also offered a sunny place so the rooftop bar was perfect for this. The view is really nice and similar to the one from the Elevador de Santa Justa close by. We had cocktails and some snacks as also a club sandwich. Everything was good, sadly I needed to explain that a good moscow mule should contain ginger beer and not ginger ale, but they had it there so the drink was good as also the sandwich. The prices are definitely a different league and nearly double the prices you pay in other places in Lisboa. So even the things were good, it's really not ok to have such prices like in other big European capitals. Also the service seemed a little bit stressed. So nice view, drinks and food but way too expensive and not the best service.

Aquí no puedo opinar de la comida ya que nos tomamos un café.
Fuimos recomendados por un amigo que había vivido un año en Lisboa y la verdad es que mereció la pena subir: qué vistas!!
La terracita no es muy grande y supongo que en verano se debe llenar.
Servicio amable. Situado en el barrio de Chiado, en el centro de la ciudad.

Très pro, on était 3 sans avoir réservé (mercredi 4 octobre 2017) on a à peine attendu 5 minutes, on devait juste prendre l'apéro, le cadre si agréable que nous décider de dîner, attention c'est copieux, si vous prenez une charcutaille, il y en a assez pour 2, parfait pour avec une vue magnifique sur le château St Jorge et sur la droite la place du commerce et le Tage.

Accueil hautain, jugé sur l'apparence car pas client de l'hôtel. Dommage, on était venus consommer pour la soirée dans le bar de l'hôtel... vu qu'on résidait à côté !
