Ottimo!!! People, you gotta stop here and try the meatballs and drink a good aperol Spritz. I was kind of suspicious.. I'm Italian in a place that claims to be Italian in lisbon. I had to take my word back, the owners are super caring and sweet, the food is seriously yummy, watch out for portions! The bruschetta can be easily shared by 2 persons. I love the varied offer, cocktails, wines, but please get a spritz, you will for sure find the one that fits you the best! Meatballs, the sauce so genuinely homemade and crazy tasty trust me. The place is small, not many tables and quite busy, great atmosphere and really really honest prices! Deserves 5 stars!

Классный интерьер! Кафешка небольшая, но при этом очень стильная. Расположена на углу, поэтому имеет окна в 2-х стенах, очень светлая. Множество деталей интерьера даже не сразу замечаешь. Хочется сидеть и разглядывать неспеша обстановку, сидя у барной стойки или за столиком. Атмосферно! Бармен душка, похож на старого рокера.

I had a great Mozzarella with Truffles salad, splendid! And for a great price too! Certainly I would go back to try it again. The tables are a bit crammed, the chairs are uncomfortable, but the food is great.

INCONTOURNABLE - C'est un petit bar posé, super bien situé dans le Bairro Alto, avec une petite ambiance Bois - Livres - Plantes vertes à la cool et des prix défiants toutes concurrences au vue de la taille des boissons (4€ la pinte de Spritz pour vous donner une petite idée) ! Les cocktails y sont délicieux, les petits plats proposés aussi et les restaurateurs sont adorables.
On vous le conseille vivement !

Si sta proprio bene a Tasca Mastai! I cocktail sono buonissimi, oltre ai classici ci sono un sacco di proposte originali e presentate anche molto bene! Idem per le fantastiche bruschette, imperdibili! E poi l'ambiente, amichevole, caldo, cortese, ti viene voglia di tornarci appena possibile! Tappa imprescindibile per chi vive a Lisbona e per i tanti turisti che dalla città ci passano solo. Max ed Elisa sono proprio bravi!

Excellent cocktails at a good price point. Superb staff and interior. Good tapas menu at affordable prices. The food could be approved upon, which got only 3/5 stars from me. Definitely would recommend a light snack and some drinks though.

Posto intimo ed accogliente. Siamo entrati per un semplice spritz ma alla fine ci siamo ritrovati a fare un aperitivo cenato. Qualità ottima, la zuppa di pesce era super, le porzioni abbondanti e i cocktail davvero buoni. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Qualità/prezzo ottima. Assolutamente da provare!

Quel merveilleux moment passé la bas ! Un endroit charmant intimiste et tellement atypique. Nous y sommes restés des heures sans voir passé le temps. Notre meilleure soirée à Lisbonne. Les plats sont typiques, simples et sains. On sent que c'est frais et préparé. Beaucoup de plats sont indiqués comme étant végétariens ou véganes. Les propriétaires du restaurants sont tellement gentils et souriants, à aucun moment il ne vous presse de partir par ce que des gens attendent. Ils ont beaucoup de choix de cocktails qui sont délicieux ! Le plateau de fromages et de charcuterie est très bon est copieux pour 10 euros, on le recommande fortement ! Le rapport qualité/prix dans cet établissement est imbattable. Venez tôt ou réservez car il y a très peu de places.

A very chill, small bar that plays great music and has affordable drinks and nice cocktails. We visited each night of our holiday. We didn't try the food (besides olives and bread), but it looked great! The bartender/owner is very nice!

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this bar on our way to dinner and came back every night of our holiday. The atmosphere is perfect. They play the most fantastic music and the bartender always has a smile on his face.
To make this place even better, my girlfriend happen to lose the pearl in her ring. We went back to the bar before they closed to see if they had found anything, at that time, they hadn’t. We went back the next day because we loved the bar so much, and the bartender recognised us immediately and to our shock they had found the stone in the bathroom! They had found it after close and kept it safe and wrapped up upon our return.
Honestly couldn’t recommend this place any more, from the food, drinks, and atmosphere to the beautiful people running the bar, everything is 10/10!!
Can’t wait to be back in Lisbon and to come back here!

Great bar, great cocktails and great staff and nice vibe! It is small inside, not too many seats, so there is a chance you'll have to drink outsite, but with good Lisbon weather, that should be fine. We had the meat and cheese platter and some bruschetta's, both were good. Just come and find out!

Went in for a drinks only and by the view menu had nice options of food here. However our drinks where great, she ordered Aperol sprits that was nicely balanced and really nice. I went for Negroni that covered my wishes.
Had a game of "find the valdo" while at it and overall atmosphere was great.
One note that we noticed bit to late was that they don't accept card payment so get some cash if on the way.
Good place to visit for a bite or drink, take care and cheers!

This is probably the best place to have a small dinner or something to drink in Lisbon. If you’re looking for some Portuguese food and some refreshments here you can find it with the smile of Elisa and Max sainting for you at the bar. If you want to try the Italian aperitivo with some tapas and a good spritz, this is the right place. And it you want to try the best Moscow mule in your life, guess what? This is the place! No doubt, the best place in town!

Fantastic, small bar with amazing cocktails and very friendly atmosphere ! The Dude from Big Lebowski drops in here for The White Russian.. ;) Their Bloody Mary is also stunning. The owners are super nice. There's plenty of free reading, comics, magazines and also some games. If I had more time in Lisbon I'd go and try each one of their cocktails. Highly recommended. Cheers !

**CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT**
The hubs and I were at Tasco Do Chico having a quick drink and listening to the first act of Fado, and really needed to eat thereafter. We did a quick walk over to this place and enjoyed a couple of played of the day.
The vibe is a relaxing cafe that opens late with the option of cocktails, beer and food.
We had the Salads de Polvo - Octopus Salad Tapas (EUR5) and the Bacalhau à Bràs - cod, potatoes, egg (EUR8). No drinks as we were still full of drinks from Fado.
Both dishes came within 10 mins.
Both were super tasty and amazingly less salty than most places we have been in Portugal. The flavours are simple, but they let the main ingredients shine in their own unique flavours.
We highly recommend Bacalhau à Bràs. The egg is almost invisible but provides such as amazingly creamy texture. It is accompanied by a salad and some toasts.
The Salads de Polvo's octopus is perfectly cooked - it is soft and chewy. The octopus is accompanied by toasts.
The place started to get really busy by 10pm.
Overall, EXCELLENT service and food. Highly recommend!

My favourite cocktail bar in Bairro alto. I used to go there for an aperitive or for have some tapas. They have a good selection of Portuguese cheese. Probably the best spritz in Lisbon and they also have a large selections of international spirits.

The interior is really interesting and we werent sorry for going in based on just that because the staff is very nice and friendly and small cheese plate turned out to be bigger than expected. The olives were also very tasty. Recommend!

It's a cosy bar where you can enjoy hight quality drinks and a huge variety of cocktails. It's not a restaurant but still you can find some Italian appetizer or dish of the day. Like any bar the space is small and it's not possible to reserve a table, I particularly enjoyed talking with the owners/bartenders, very nice people indeed.

Ambiente acolhedor e bom atendimento. Porém a sangria da casa estava extremamente doce e o lanche de berinjela com queijo e rúcula sem tempero, sem sal, sem gosto. Esperava mais, costuma -se comer e beber bem em Portugal, infelizmente desta vez não impressionou.

TascaMastai di Max ed Elisa é uno dei posti più belli di Lisboa.
Un bar che é anche una fumetteria, il tutto condito da sapori e ospitalità all'italiana!
Si mangia sempre molto bene, tutto fatto in casa (ci sono anche piatti vegetariani!), tutto a cura della bravissima Elisa.
Ed é qui che si trova il miglior Spritz di Lisboa, senza dubbi, a cura di Max!
TascaMastai ospita inoltre molti eventi culturali tutte le settimane.
Merita assolutamente!
O TascaMastai de Max e Elisa é um dos lugares mais bonitos de Lisboa.
Um bar que é também uma livraria de banda desenhada, tudo temperado com sabores e hospitalidade italiana!

Aqui também encontra-se o melhor Spritz de Lisboa (em muitas variantes, único em Lx), sem dúvida, feiti por Max!

Nous y sommes arrêtés pour passer la soirée dans ce bar. Les cocktails sont très bons et les prix sont corrects. N'accepte pas la CB comme pas mal d'établissement dans le pays. Le distributeur se trouve jusque à côté du bar (pratique).

Great little bar with a real bar tender. Max knows more languages than Rosetta Stone, and made us feel very welcome. Small eats were great, and well presented. A must if you are in this area. Far less tourists up this way.

My favourite place in Bairro Alto. Great aperol spritz, a very welcoming setting, and two of the sweetest people the world has ever seen running the place.

L'endroit parfait, des petits plats abordables tous plus appétissants les uns que les autres, des cocktails rafraîchissants et une déco géniale avec des livres en vente. Les gérants sont en plus vraiment cool. Sûrement une des meilleures adresses du quartier.
