Average food and service to match, first time I've seen a patron nearly choke to death but for the service staff to do nothing to clean up the accompanying vomit everywhere was disgusting! Literally a pile of vomit left on the floor while people dined on in silence. Avoid like the plague.

Local pequeño y muy agradable. La comida y la presentación excelente. Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa. El vino buenísimo también, y un precio muy justo para lo bien que comimos!

Serveur très gentil. Calamar frit probablement industriel car leur forme ne semblait pas être fait maison, petite quantité et cher. Moules délicieuses. 60 euro pour les tapas et vin blanc (comprenant bouteille 17 euro)

Wonderful cosy restaurant with Portuguese tapas. Great food, great wine, great service. Clams, Baccalao, chorizo, octopus all great.. Able to host 4 for NYE at short notice. Recommended. Would return.

Gordon Ramsay would have a field day at this place. Absolutely vile. Lisbon should be ashamed to have such a 'Portuguese' resturant. Rissoto is appalling. Contains no truffle and the mushrooms were soggy and stunk. The calamari is your supermarket frozen packet food. ROTTEN FISH! The smell of it being put on the table made us gag. The staff are a disgrace. When we sent food back to the kitchen for being inedible, they returned the same food to tell us we were wrong and their food is delicious? Apparently the manager gets "fresh fish every day and the 'packets' have use by dates" She soon changed her mind and stated she's never seen the fresh fish herself but someone in the kitchen told her it was fresh? Even when one of our party was VOMITING in their toilet due to eating their out of date food, the staff told us their food was perfect? Whilst attempting to speak to the staff, they found it appropriate to shrug their shoulders, openly laugh in our faces and tell us we had to pay regardless. We were then threatened that if we didn't hand over money, the police would be called. To top it off the manager began shouting "your people are m*ther f*ckers!"

Cozy spot in Bairro Alto with a ton of delicious Portuguese tapas! The bruschetta is fantastic. Plenty of full size entrees as well. Great list of local wines.

Wunderbares Restaurant! Sehr moderate Preise, ein echter Geheimtipp . Das Essen ist frisch und sehr lecker, die Getränke günstig, der Inhaber sehr freundlich. Einziges kleines Manko: bei dem gegrillten Lachs war die Zugabe (Kartoffeln) sehr wenig. Dennoch alles in allem ein großartiges kleines Restaurant .

O estabelecimento é pequeno e estava vazio mas o confecção dos pratos foi exelente. Comemos um bacalhau á braz e umas lascas de bacalhau que só pecaram pelo tamanho das doses. Paguei 27€ por os dois pratos, uma cola e uma taça de vinho verde. Situado no Bairro Alto não foi um preço alto mas penso que se fosse mais generoso teria mais clientes.

Food is good not great. But be ready to go to eat after! Really small portions. You can find better restaurants in the area.

Muito boa comida, minha esposa e eu fomos duas vezes!! Pedimos um Piri Piri Chicken, Bife com pimentos e pão com alho, achamos uma delícia ambas as vezes. Atendente atencioso, ambiente calmo e relaxante, com música estilo Bossa Nova. Gostamos muito da experiência, se voltarmos a Lisboa com certeza iremos no M&M Bar. Very good food, my wife and I went twice !! We ordered a Piri Piri Chicken, Steak with peppers and bread with garlic, we found it delicious, both times. Attentive attendant, calm and relaxing atmosphere, with Bossa Nova style music. We really enjoyed the experience, if we return to Lisbon we will definitely go to the M&M Bar.

Delicious food, nicely wide tapas menus. We loved the mushroom risotto especially ! Nicely hidden and cosy place, friendly staff.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It's small and cozy with an average service. The food however wasn't a huge hit. Portions were rather small compared to other restaurants in the area. The quality is okay but not great. I had ate delicious shrimp in garlic and whine sauce. However, the octopus was not spectacular. The overall experience was average, thus barely 4 out of 5 stars.

Das Restaurant ist klein aber wirklich sehr fein. Es hat uns super geschmeckt und der Service ist perfekt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Comida sem sal sem sabor as amêijoas congeladas estavam estragadas o camarão sem molho também tinham cheiro estranho pareciam ser refeitas o polvo estava duro e era velho impossível de mastigar e sem sabor sem sal nem o piri-piri disfarçava o sabor , atendimento é muito lento tudo muito demorado , tanto o português como inglês ou espanhol são incompreensíveis.

This place is super delicious.... Sorry I didn't take a picture. I don't eat vegetables, but damn! It was tasty.... Definitely check this place out especially if it's empty...

I would not recommend this restaurant. Being Portuguese I ate the worst codfish. It was chewy, I asked if it was grilled, it cane boiled, & without the vegetables that the waiter had aaid it came with.

Amazing little restaurant and bar food crossed into American cuisine, steak was fabulous, strogenough was excellent, caesar salad was good. Highly recommend for any Americans missing similar taste to U S style actually better hard to believe for the price.

Realmente nos ha decepcionado mucho el lugar por asi decirlo. Primeramente, se supone que es un sitio donde sirven comida portuguesa y de eso nada de nada, el camarero no habla portugues, la carta no esta bien escrita y lo mas importante, que es la comida, bastante mal. No nos ha gustado casi nada, no recomendamos el lugar. 10/12/17.

La comida estaba buena y la hacen al instante. Probamos el pollo con curri y el pulpo a la plancha. Muy sencillo y con una guarnición apetitosa. Los asientos son taburetes, poco cómodos, pero se esmeran en el servicio. Tuvieron el detalle de no cobrarnos un plato que no fue de nuestro gusto.
