Incredible tiny bar, one of the best in Lisbon. Very historic and vintage, cocktails are very good as are all the drinks on offer, they give you a little free bowl of popcorn and biscuits with your drinks. A bit pricey but rightly so!

Really memorable experience in Lisbon. Cocktails are awesome and owners are super hospitable. Also interior is outstanding. The only drawback is that there is a lot of smoke from cigarettes inside.

Had a grand time learning about the beaches, farms, history, and anecdotes of Portugal from Filipa, the owner, at this lovely place in the Estrela neighborhood. It’s almost unassuming from the outside, but there are signs of a very special situation going on past the door if you look closely. Once you’ve entered the small bar, you’ll appreciate the unique details, cozy atmosphere, and enjoy good service and drinks. A place like this is hard to find wherever you are in the world.

This is doubtless the most amazing experience I've had in Lisbon. Open until 2AM even on a Sunday and it's not a dance club as everything else. We were looking for a cosy place to chat and have a good time in family and we couldn't be more accurate. The history inside this place is outstanding, you have to ask the waiter about it.. you will not regret, everything comes with history in this place. 100% will come back with friends.

Parodia. A bar where you should go to get your cocktails! The story about the bar is awesome, ask the bartender for the story.
It's a small bar where delicious cocktails are made, there is airco, music and you can smoke inside.
PS. Do not forget to ring the doorbell, otherwise you won't come in.
My gf and I fell in love with the place and the barstaff. An unforgettable night!

One of the best bars, out of the centre. It's very cosy and the cocktails are delicious. Filipa gave us tons of local tips in Lisbon and for our other destinations in the Algarve!

had a wonderful end to our stay in Lisbon in this fascinating, cosy, atmospheric bar with a 'few' nightcaps and a chat with Filipa and Pedro. .the gracious owners and hosts of this fine well run establishment. We had to go home at 12.30 because we're at that special age but left behind the sound of good conversation and low volume cool (there's that age thinv again!) music. Well worth the visit!

Un lieu atypique et perdu dans une petite rue de Campo Ourique. L'intérieur boisé est superbe et les cocktails fait avec des fruits frais vraiment excellents. Prix en rapport mais justifiés. Lugar com requinte e vintage com sublime toque a exclusividade, a simpatia do atendimento é de louvar.
Um bom lugar para descobrir com as suas peças mágicas repletas de história, como por exemplo as caixinhas de fósforo na parede. Um ótimo lugar de repouso e de lazer com uma boa companhia e claro com os bons cocktails à sua disposição.

I really loved the atmosphere at Bar a Parodia. You have to ring the bell to get inside - the owner herself will open the door for you.
Inside you feel like sitting in a livingroom, very intimidate and filled with history. The owner is awesome! She recommends you delicious drinks, nice places to go in Lisbon / Portugal and makes you feel like family.
All in all, really great bar which invites one to stay or at least come back again soon :-)

This is the best vintage bar in Lisbon. Period. The place and atmosphere are unique and the cocktails menu is not only beautiful but diverse. But the jewels of the crown are the owners! Filipa is a wonderful host who doesn't stop to make you feel welcome and to introduce you to other customers so that you have an intimate party feeling as part of your experience. The place itself is full of history and used to host clandestine meetings with artists and intellectuals in the 70s, so much so that you have to ring a door bell to get in. A visit to this bar is a MUST in Lisbon

One of the oldest bars in Lisbon! Go for a great experience on decor from the 60s (some still from when it opened) and ask the owner for her great stories about the battery, it's connection to a series of other bars and the Portuguese revolution against the dictator Salazar. Prices are higher than most but the experience makes up for it.

É um local que conheço ha quase 10 anos....Quando vou jantar para aqueles lados vou, quase sempre terminar a noite ali. Ambiente super familiar, simpatico e acolhedor, musica optima que convida mesmo a longas conversas acompanhadas de um cocktail (que sao fantásticos) e de uns aperitivos. A não perder!

Wonderfully tiny speakeasy-style bar favoured by locals.
Great professional level cocktails and simple savoury toasts and sandwiches.
Decorated in the same genuinely vintage style as Foxtrot and Pavilhao Chinês since it was founded by the same person. Owner is usually present and will gladly tell you the story of this place.
The only inconvenient is that people are allowed to smoke.

Another one of the four oldest bars in the city. (The others are Pavilhão Chines, Foxtrot and Procópio).
It is a place full of history with a personal decor.
It is a smokers bar. Since it is quite small it doesn't have an non smokers area.
The professionals are very nice and welcoming.
At the time the owner told us the story of the four bars and that they were trying to purchase the size store to enlarge the bar size. I hope that that will eventually happen because that's the only less good thing about this bar.

Tal como a própria descrição o indica, "é um dos segredos mais bem guardados de Lisboa". Um bar com um ambiente formidável e único, ideal para quem quer passar uma noite memorável.
Das verdadeiras obras de arte, à decoração e às bebidas servidas, é um dos locais a visitar, para quem vem conhecer Lisboa ou até mesmo para quem lá sempre viveu e nunca descobriu este local excepcional.
Altamente recomendável.
