Хорошо покрасили но чуть дольше чем обычно, стрижка получилась неплохая но совсем не соответствует моим ожиданиям, слишком коротко прийдется привыкать. Выходишь из салона со смешанными чувствами, не могу сказать что довольной, цены где-то в 2 -2,5 раза выше чем то же самое на рынке. Тем не менее спасибо девочкам, много работают может по этому нет желания и времени вникнуть в детали и спросить клиента о его пожеланиях

Very bad customer service! They called me to move my appointment hour before, I agreed because i was short on time that day. I've been waiting for 1 hour just with one "sorry" in the meantime. Treatment was 2 hours which is a lot for simple gel manicure. I've spent 3 hours in the beauty salon, without explanation, and in the end they asked me to pay 31 euros. When I made appointment it was 13 euros plus removal 6 euros, so 19 not 31!!!!!! When I asked about discount because I've been waiting for 1 hour in very hot beauty salon they simple said NO!!! And above that non of the girls speaks Portuguese (only girl in reception) and some of the girls only very very poor english. Manicure looks ok, but they do not use any brand products and UV lamp seams to be a bit to old because it was really painful for my nails and lamp was constantly hot Only good think I can say they do manicure with details and looks really nice

O espaço é inovador, os cabeleireiros e manicures são realmente bons mas só uma fala português. Na minha experiência pessoal, achei o preço ridiculamente caro!

I went there many times to do my hair. She didn’t prepare my forhead with vasiline, she just put the dye. It ended up i my cheeks and hair line. To take I out they were rubbing it with come chemical that burned my forehead then they wanted to put peroxide when I was dying my hair dark! Insane and unprofessional! On top she didn’t want to take responsibility!

Aconselho vivamente a stylist Yana, uma russa adorável e muito simpática! Este foi um dos melhores cortes que já tive desde que eu me lembro. Como primeira vez, o corte de mulher custa 25€ e inclui tudo! Inclusive o brushing (a política deles é completamente diferente dos outros cabeleireiros, já que estes últimos tentam impingir-nos imensos produtos para depois cair-nos uma conta exurbitante!). O espaço é trendy, moderno e ainda temos direito a umas bolachas e chá ou café. Uma experiência a repetir, com certeza.

I was so disappointed with this place. Went to get my hair cut and coloured, as I asked "discrete and natural", came out with my hair bleached and a cut that I could have done myself. Hospitality is not at all their forte but the worst of it came after I got the bill... I paid 140 euros for something that I usually pay 40, when I asked for the price list they said pricing varies with the type of hair... Right, that's convenient. I spent the next weeks putting oil masks in my hair because it was left so dry. Not a good experience.

Truly recommend MBBL: welcoming staff, very organized and professional, relaxed and trendy ambience. Visited for the first time and got my hair done by Alexander (cut+color), simply amazing, will definetely come back! Will try manicure next as I've seen some magic happening in that section too. Keep up the good work! Spasiba, guys! ;-)

Comment for Marques de Pombal saloon (R. Castilho). I scheduled my colouring for 5 pm. The place is supposed to be closed at 22. I am quite happy with the result (it was much more different than in the photo that I showed, nevertheless I can´t complain for Lena who did work, it was ok). The hairstylist didn´t speak english, neither portuguese so she didn´t communicate what she does to ensure all is as I want.In total I was there until 22.30. After 22 the girl from the "reception", came to me and said literally " sorry, can you pay now because I finished my job 40 minutes ago and I want to go home, aaaa by the way do you like result?" Sorry, but it is rude first of all and second it is not my fault that it was so long. Normally standard process what was done on my hair takes maximum 4 hours (blond half part of my hair). There is any problem to pay before of course, she could do this this 45 minutes before to not stay there. The cost was 100 euros for coloring (as aligned by instagram) plus 30 euros for cutting 1 cm of hair (well, ofc without informing before what is the price for that). In total I paid 130 euros (just to compare in really prestige saloon in Lisbon I paid 100 eur before). I think that good reviews are mainly for nails, nevertheless I think good reviews are based on promotion by instagram. Reality is different than social media picture. What is more, none proposed contribuinte (NIF) I even didn´t receive any bill. If you want to go out happy, go to another saloon of beauty. Overpriced for the service they provide and I don´t know how so good reviews appear in the internet. Maybe it is just my bad luck. With this attitude you will not exist for long because customer service experience is in low level. Not recommended!

Gostei do trabalho de manicure com gelinho. Realmente dura mais tempo do que o normal. No entanto fiquei mal impressionada com o serviço ao cliente, pois depois de um episódio em que desisti de pintar o cabelo devido ao preço muito elevado (pelo mesmo valor fiz muito mais na Lúcia Piloto), levantei - me da cadeira onde já me estava a preparar para fazer o procedimento, o que a gerente não deve ter gostado, tanto que quando voltei a tentar marcar o gelinho (que é o único serviço que considero com boa relação qualidade - preço), ela já devia ter o meu número memorizado e das várias vezes que liguei através dele não atenderam o telefone e só quando utilizei outro número é que finalmente atenderam. Triste.

Acho graça às pessoas que pensam que podem ter atendimento de qualidade com pessoal estrangeiro (há poucas exceções), estão cá para trabalhar e pouco mais! Abram os olhos minhas senhoras! É como comprar roupa ou qualquer produto Made In China. PURA M....A.Europa a decair e por culpa nossa!

Naza did an amazing job on my nails: her attention to detail and skill is bar none. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and accommodating, so I was immediately put at ease. I would highly recommend any woman coming to Lisbon to book in advance as they are usually booked up two days. The fact that the Beauty Bar is open until 10pm is a very welcome bonus and I'm delighted with how mine turned out.

Fui hoje fazer gelinho ao salão do Marquês de Pombal, esperei uns 10 minutos até que a profissional me chamasse. Quando fui atendida percebi que a rapariga apenas falava inglês e como tinha a boca tapada pela máscara a comunicação foi difícil. Mostrei lhe uma imagem do instragram do salão com umas unhas com nail art e perguntei se conseguia fazer algo idêntico. Apenas colocou me à frente as amostras e disse me para escolher uma cor. De seguida estava indecisa em que cor escolher e pedi lhe ajuda ao que respondeu "Which one?" com um tom impaciente. Demorou mais de uma hora para me limar as unhas com a broca já estava a ver que não ia restar nada! Cada vez que mexia o dedo (por me estar a aleijar) olhava para mim com um ar furioso e dizia "Don´t move!". O verniz que usou já estava quase seco e por isso as unhas ficaram cheias de falhas (ainda por cima verniz branco) e grossas, para não falar que o formato não foi o que pedi e está todo torto! Já só queria sair dali após 2 horas e quando vou pagar pedem me 31 EUROS ( anunciam no instagram 18 euros) por verniz Gel mal feito e um serviço péssimo! Resumindo a pior experiência que já tive!!

Very friendly hair stylist, but unfortunately what I got was not even close what I asked for. But no one cared much, saying that this what they explained me I’ll get. The place in Santos is very dirty, lots of hair from previous cuts on a chair and floor.

I went to the Santos salon. Great manicure technique. Atrocious service. I booked 10 days in advance because they are always “booked out”. When I arrived they didn’t have me in their system. No one cares here about customer service. Marina did a pedi and mani for me anyway and let me know through her rude attitude that it was a great inconvenience for her. She made a little chip on the polish (no big deal) and she huffed and puffed like it was the end of the world that she had to redo it. At the end she told me I can go. I asked for moisturise on my hands at the end. She begrudgingly obliged. She told me to be very careful not to touch my fresh manicure but also said to put my own shoes back very aggressively. My experience at the Marques salon a month ago was also terrible. The receptionist behaved like she has just returned from a funeral, no one was talking to the clients or each other and the power blacked out 3 times. Then at the end the Marques Salon said they only accept cash. I will never return and I will share my experience with all of my friends in Lisbon. Don’t be fooled by their fabulous Instagram marketing. Awful atmosphere. Awful staff. Awful experience.

Abaixo das expectativas. Atendimento meio robótico ( deve ser cultural), só falam em inglês ou russo ( estamos em Portugal!!), pedi uma coloração simples e corte das pontas (demoraram 4horas e 30!) e o valor é absurdo (126€). Nem sequer ficou a cor que queria. Overated, se querem ir a um sítio só porque é da moda! E vos aptece gastar dinheiro, tempo e quase nem um sorriso ver: este é o sítio! não repito nem recomendo.

Melhor manicure com gelinho que já fiz em toda a minha vida. Dura 3 semanas com um aspecto fantástico! Staff muito simpático, a maior parte das pessoas só fala inglês e russo, mas isso não é obstáculo. Acredito que os outros serviços também sejam espectaculares, pois são muito perfeccionistas e profissionais. Adoro!

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for the manicurist to show up and then she had no idea what she was doing. It took her 15 minutes to gather her equipment, 35 minutes there and all she had done was clip my toenails. I walked out since it looked it would take her the rest of the day to do my mani-pedi and I was seriously concerned about being injured by her ineptness.

Went here yesterday to get my nails done and got the best set I have ever had in my life. The service and attention to the details was out of this world!

Very friendly! But.. Didn't get a good service! I got my eyebrows done, plucked and dyed. The colour of one of the brows looked very strange, so I went back the day after to get it fixed. They first wanted me to wait a week to get it fixed, but then promised to call me the day after to get me an earlier appointment. They wouldn't give me my money back, or even a compensation. They never called and I never got it fixed.
