Mala experiencia en la compra online Compré por Internet unas botas de la talla 38, que es la que uso siempre. Cuando llegaron comprobé que son mas grandes, entre un número 39 y 40. Les escribí y me dijeron que en la web informan sobre las tallas grandes, pero cuando voy a corroborarlo, en el modelo Atka dice "talla de orma regular. Elige tu talla habitual y si dudas entre dos tallas, escoge la más grande". Cuando les vuelvo a escribir, comentándoles que en su web la información es incorrecta, me ignoran. Ahora tuve que devolverlas y pagar yo el envío, cuando no hice nada mal, sino que compré unas botas de mi talla que resultaron ser bastante más grandes y no solo no me ayudaron, sino que dejaron de responderme. Una pena, porque me gustaba la marca pero con este trato no volveré a comprarles. Espero que a nadie le ocurra lo mismo que a mi, asegúrense bien de las tallas antes de comprar por Internet.

Descubrí hace poco el tema vegano. Me encanta cómo habéis conseguido un zapato cómodo y elegante, respetando el medio ambiente y teniendo en cuenta un montón de factores que muchas veces obviamos.

No conocía este "mundo vegano", ahora he encontrado un calzado bonito estéticamente y con los que me siento cómodo, tanto el pié como la conciencia.

Funciona perfectamente la venta online, servicio perfecto y para los que vayan a Lisboa, no dejéis de pasar por la tienda en LX Factory

Increíble tienda en el LX Factory, que descubrí en mi viaje a Lisboa. Nunca pensé que se pudieran hacer zapatos tan bonitos sólo con materiales No Animales Explotados, me llevé 2 pares, pero prometo pediros más a través de vuestra página tan potente. Excelente marca. Por serem vegan poderiam pensar que há pouca opção de escolha mas isso não acontece. Várias opções, vários estilos para agradar a todos. O espaço é muito agradável e os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis, principalmente a menina loira. É obrigatório passar pela NAE quando se está no LX Factory. Recomendo!

I really liked the shoes I had ordered from nae before and therefore thought it would be nice to pay the store at the LX factory a visit during my stay in Lisbon. I had difficulties finding it since I missed the sign on the building and the people I asked did not know where it is (it is on the first floor in the building where the restaurant Rio Maravilha is). The stuff was friendly and it was nice to see the shoes with my own eyes but they do not have all the sizes there and referred to the online shop so for me the visit to the store did not really pay off. The shoes are really great though!
