julie gould: i put a one star because there is no option of a no star.The management of this company we feel is hell bent on extracting as much money as it can from anyone unlucky enough to have had any sort of installation and unfortunately that installation showing faults. Any guarantee you get from this company is written on dissolving paper because if anything goes wrong with your system either that part wont be covered under the guarantee ( not found any that are). Or the labour which is not part of the guarantee is extortionatly expensive! We have had two problems with our system, both of them costing us a great deal of money whilst still in the warranty period. Plus the workmanship of the "technicians" is left under the heading of questionable!! Both times they left us with major leaks and refused to come back!!

Entraram e foram imediatamente ignorados. Navegámos pelos seus artigos de importação a preços exagerados. Entramos na loja na esperança de obter assistência decorativa com a nossa nova casa. A qualidade não era o que esperávamos para os preços deles. Pouco depois de sermos ignorados pelo tipo que estava ao telefone na recepção, outro tipo veio apressado (de trás?) e pairam nas áreas em que estávamos a navegar. Ele estava obviamente fingindo endireitar vários itens, mas ele estava claramente de olho em nós, pois também não nos cumprimentava. Nós podíamos facilmente comprar muitos dos seus artigos, no entanto, rapidamente saímos. Quem diabos eles pensam que são? Nós não vamos voltar.

Obrigado por arranjar a máquina de lavar louça e o frigorífico. O agendador de serviço - Jan - foi rápido, educado e profissional e o técnico chegou na hora certa. O soldado... Rick--did um excelente trabalho também. Temos feito negócios com esta empresa há 10 anos e isso vai continuar.
