My wife's doctor wrote two prescriptions × 20 pills which she presented to an assistant at this pharmacy. The said pills (2 × boxes) were produced, placed in a bag and paid for. Over one week later my wife wondered why she was going through so many pills, and when she checked the boxes discovered each only contained 14 pills. I went back to the pharmacy with her, but a rather rude young assistant told us that she would have been asked on the first visit if she wanted 20 or 14 and that she must have answered the latter. Now nowhere on the precription has the Doctor written the number 14, so where is the logic behind this, and why did this very ofhand rude young assistant ( who should really not be dealing with the public ) not want to even entertain our complaint. We will certainly be taking this matter further with the shopping centre's management as well as warning other UK ex-pats, through Trust Pilot, Trip Advisor etc etc, against using this pharmacy. Indeed, not issuing what the Doctor prescribed might well be illegal.

Good to have pharmacy in case you lack basic supplies, especially when traveling. The pharmacy is air conditioned and does have some small water to purchase. The staff is friendly and speaks English.
