Firstly I must mention Pedro a professional friendly and likeable member of staff areal credit to Longevity After a hiccup with the accommodation Pedro managed to help us settle in and continued throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok for usThe property itself is away from it all so quiet and peaceful with a shuttle bus on offer twice a day to Villamoura if needed The suite was large well equipped and had a very comfortable bed The bedding was premium probably the best we have experienced in our many hotel staysThe wellness program is available but we were not there long enough to try it however the menu for spa treatments was extensive There were many classes on offer and I loved the yoga and dance both with fantastic teachers The pool area was lovely and there was a heated jacuzzi areaWe just had breakfast preferring to venture out for the evenings and recommend restuarant Logosteria where we had a great evening I would definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed here for 4 nights - May 2019. In this time we had to change room three time. 1- It was full of bed bugs and cob webs , 2 - The electic kept tripping and ther AC did not work. 3 - finally given a room, bigger yes , but shower full of bugs. However as we where sick of moving rooms on this 'relaxin' holiday- we did not even bother telling the staff again. For all this we where given a massage each for free. Th massage was basically like someone was tickling you - the worst I have had. Again , no point complaining as I had just had enough of trouble. The rooms are not cleaned- they just do your bedding again. Don't take rubbish out and dont clean nothing. Will never stay here agin or tell anyone to either. Only good thing is the staff are very friendly and helpful but the actual hotel and its offering is rubbish.

Peacefulness and tranquility although the occupancy was almost full, it was quiet and peaceful, so very relaxing.

Ok I have only been here for a few hours and feel the need to write a review.....the place is amazing , everyone is super friendly and very helpful the rooms are more than adequate and the food (only lunch so far ) is very fresh and tasty....I am lucky enough to be here for 3weeks so I will review again at the end.

Großzügiges Zweizimmer-(+ Bad)-Appartment. Der Balkon hat einen schönen Blick in die grünen Hügel der Umgebung. Eine Küchenzeile mit grundlegendem Kochgeschirr war mit Durchreichtresen an das Wohnzimmer angegliedert. Die Zimmer sind besonders ruhig.Der Fernseher zeigt für jede Sprache einige Sender. Aus dem deutschsprachigen TV waren ZDF, RTL CH, Pro7 Austria usw. zu sehen.Das Frühstück war sehr gesund und frisch. Alle Gäste erhalten die selbe Kombination aus Früchten, Frühstücksbrot, frischem Saft, etwas Käse, Joghurt oder Porridge. Es sieht wenig aus, ist aber sättigend. Weitere Mahlzeiten sind leider sehr teuer, dafür aber frisch und nachhaltig.Das Spa-Angebot war ausreichen. Ein Dampfbad, eine Sauna, ein Eisbehälter, ein Whirlpool und eine Wechseldusche laden zum Entspannen ein. Zur vorherigen sportlichen Betätigung stehen kostenlos ein Fitnessraum, ein Tennisplatz und diverese kostenlose Angebote (Yoga, Pilates usw.) zur Verfügung.Jede Woche werden mehrere Ausflugsshuttle in die Region angeboten. Im Okt/Nov ging es zum Falesia Beach, Faro Downtown, Albufeira Downtown, Loulé Markt und Vilamoura Hafen. Alle Ausflüge sind zu empfehlen, wenn man die Gegend in Ruhe und kostenlos erkunden möchte.Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Pool und Spa sind sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ist weitläufig und gut gepflegt. Der Country Club ist für alle geeignet, die ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Patytiere sollten sich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Another amazing stay,wonderfully managed and brilliant staff which adds that special touch to this calming and pleasant experience thought our 10 night holiday. Fantastic facilities for your health and well-being or you can choose to chill out and relax, five stars for sauna,steam and swimming pool, but also have a lot more to offer like gym and exercise classes, well equipped rooms for self catering, we did hire a car on site at airport to get around which works out for us and dropped this off on our flight home. Zuerst war der Empfang super. Alles bekommt man Bescheid und wenn man eine Frage hat wird sie sofort beantwortet. Alleine würde ich im Hochsommer wieder hinfahren. Ruhe Schwimmbad sune und salzkotte. Perfect. Es gibt sogar eine die kann deutsch. Eine sehr aufgeweicht junge Frau. Sie hat mir gerade eben noch ein Zimmer fertig gemacht obwohl alles augebicht ist.. It's a very nice location and has great facilities. It's mostly maintained very well, but there are some improvements that could be done to the dated bathrooms and decor. I think what requires the most improvemwnt is the Food and Beverage offering. The on site cafe doesn't look inviting, menus are hard to find and the whole thing is just not supper appealing. As much as this is a detox/wellness hotel, people still need to eat and having a better F&B offering on site would definitely help.

Lieu très mignon, non loin des jolies villes à visiter pour leurs plages et autres (Albufeira, Portimão, etc.). Personnel très sympathique et toujours souriant.

Très bel hôtel. Malheureusement deux immenses boîtes en plein air sont situées juste à côté dont un grand parking où tout le monde profite de la débauche ... Chaque Soir des bouchons pour accéder à l’hôtel également la musique à fond tout la nuit au point de vous réveiller plusieurs fois et ne compter pas sur l’hôtel pour vous servir un petit déjeuner (plateau-pas de buffet) avec seulement 4 minutes de retard (10h30 Max) ! Dommage ... Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux familles mais plutôt aux clubbers Ps : piscine extérieure non chauffée.

We had 2 nights at Longevity Cegonha which was far too short for us to experience all that this spa hotel had to offer. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were given very personal attention. On arrival, we were shown around all the facilities and also shown to our room. We had booked a room but were pleasantly surprised with the one bedroom suite which we were allocated. The suite was very spacious, beautifully furnished and had a full kitchen which was spotless. We liked the fact that the hotel is not very big (30 rooms) and is spread out over a few blocks which are only 2 storeys in height. All the facilities are very close to the apartments.The property and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. I very much enjoyed the free access to a number of Spa & Wellness areas. As we were there for such a short time we didnt have time to join in on any of the activities or classes which are laid on daily. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and was particularly quiet when we were there in early July. Another traveller commented that it was quite noisy because the hotel was near the road. We heard nothing from the road at the pool area or in our room when the windows were closed. Our rooms had a very efficient A/C system. We would definitely return to this very relaxing hotel and for longer next time to make use of all the facilities that are on offer.

As a first time going solo on holiday this place was perfect. It was very relaxing. Amazing food and hospitality. The gym and equipment perfect for my needs. The pool very clean and a Gorgeous little cafe for food. I went on the local bike ride and walks which got me out. I also used there shuttle to go to the local food market. I can’t praise this place enough. Trust me I like perfection as well. I met a lot of other lone travellers as well so perfect for single people or people who just like travelling alone.

I believe i booked with breakfast and they say no also the service was not that great i asked to change a light and fix the the backward door for 10 days they never fixed it ..,Disappointed very much

Spacious apartment. Good kitchen facilities Nice pool.Breakfasts usually chaotic. Very little choice.

Hôtel bien situé, très agréable et très calme. Excellente literie et chambre appartement confortable avec terrasse ou jardin. Le personnel est accueillant et fait tout son possible pour vous aider. La piscine est agréable également, entourée de verdure. Espace bien-être accessible avec sauna et hammam. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner : très bien si vous aimer manger salé au réveil, mais si vous aimez déjeuner "à la française", vous risquez d'être malheureux chaque matin. Vive les omelettes, le jambon et le fromage en tranche. Il faudra jouer des coudes si vous avez la chance de voir apparaître une viennoiserie. Le personnel fait de son mieux, mais le service est assez long. Je pense que l'hôtel est très bien en général, mais il n'est pas encore adapté au tourisme de masse et se laisse dépasser quand l'hôtel affiche complet.

PROS: Sauna, banho turco, sala de sal, aqua terapia; Zona de jacuzzi exterior, piscina porreira; Apartamentos bem equipados, com boas áreas e boa vista; 2 campos de tenis e ginásio bem equipado; Tem carregadores gratuítos para Teslas; CONTRAS: Guarda sóis na zona da piscina insuficientes em número e alguns deles estavam todos partidos. Sauna com algumas placas de madeira que não estavam bem presas. Pequeno almoço que apesar de suficiente, é pobrezinho...

Espaço muito atrativo e calmo, excelente para descansar. Tem um pequeno almoço muito pouco variado; as janelas tinham imensas teias de aranha e os equipamentos da cozinha são muito antigos (fogão).

It was so peaceful and tranquil which made it feel special. The breakfast was a little odd if you werent on a health or detox retreat.

This hotel is absolutely amazing due to many reasons. First of all you come here if you want to relax and stress off from everything. The calm environment not allowing children under the age of 15 to be here is pure calmness. There is spa and wellness area with different types of treatments besides the outdoor swimming pool which are included in your stay. Massage can be included if you buy a package. Otherwise you need to pay for it. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The pool area is next to the restaurant where you get delicious breakfast every morning between 7-11. See the posted pictures in this review! Dining at the restaurant is absolutely also recommended with a various selection of salads, meat, fish and other entries. The gym area is best used in the morning between 7-10. Afterwards it gets to hot inside though the windows can be opened to get some fresh air. No aircon at the gym. Outdoor TRX is also possible either by yourself or with a personal trainer. Booking is needed if personal training in general. Physiotherapist and osteopath sessions are also available here. The hotel offers small tours to nearby villages such as Loulé, Albuferia and Faro included in your stay. Besides regular gym clases e.g. yoga, pilates and weight training. The staff here is very helpful and warm welcoming. They are full of positive energy influencing on your own mood at the stay. Especially thanks to the wonderful people at the reception and also the restaurant. We love you! Parking is free. WiFi works most places, not in all rooms. The hotel is nearby the touristy city Villamoura where you can buy groceries and other things if necessary. It's about 10 minutes drive by car. This place is highly recommendable!

Grosszügiges Appartement geeignet zur Selbstverpflegung mit Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd. Erstklassiges Frühstück aus saisonalen regionalen Produkten. Ich bekam zum runden Geburtstag eine Scrab Behandlung im SPA Bereich geschenkt.Es gab keine erkennbare Heizung (Klimagerät im Wohn und Schlafbereich).

Smallish place with spacious clean room facing the garden. All staff are very polite and helpful. Small outdoor heated pool was good in chilly weather. Small spa was fully booked but managed to fit in some treatments last minute, best booked in advance. Spa treatments are pricey than average but my treatments were good. Property on roadside, so road noise in the gardens was a minus, not inside the rooms though. Few others were on fitness programmes but it served my purpose for a short relaxing spa holiday. Need a car to travel anywhere as in the middle of nowhere. Private taxi service provided by hotel is on the expensive side.

“A true sample of excellent hospitality!”Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Vilamoura at Longevity Cegonha Country Club, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager Sofia who kindly upgraded me to a Suite as I had a disability and difficulty with stairs,The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant Chefs and supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had breakfast and great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second we stepped foot we felt we were in good hands as Sofia the manager is such a warm personality and highly motivated on keeping things in Order,The scenery was beautiful the gardens well kept and very clean and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural spa and relaxation on offer here is amazing with excellent gym,massage and health and beauty treatments, also the pool area is very relaxing,I simply cant fault a thing and the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager Sofia and amazing staff are a blessing to this hotel And they all pull together to do a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!Would highly recommend and definitely returnMrs Gold

Somos um casal e há vários anos que somos clientes do Cegonha Country Club (agora Longevity) e este ano estavamos felizes por saber que o espaço tinha sofrido muitas alterações e requalificações para melhorar e mudar drasticamente as condições e o conceito com o objectivo de melhorar a experiência. A expectativa era alta! Fomos o cliente nº1 e tivemos o previlégio de estriar todo o espaço. Apesar de alguns problemas que infelizmente o Longevity teve no seu arranque e que afetou os primeiros dias da nossa estadia, fomos tratados de forma exemplar e com um profissionalismo acima da média. A nossa avaliação é 5 estrelas! • Sentidos: A tranquilidade do espaço, o cheiro da habitação, das toalhas, da cama. Os produtos naturais disponiveis na casa de banho traduzem o que se pretende criar no Longevity: Uma experiência tranquila e sentida, com sustentabilidade em tudo o que se faz. Nota-se em todos os pormenores. • Pequeno Almoço e Restaurante: O pequeno almoço é outro exemplo, com produtos locais, frescos, cuidados e naturais como é o exemplo dos sumos naturais que nos surpreendiam todos os dias ou dos mini pães quentinhos. O restaurante com os snacks disponiveis é também com muita qualidade e o jantar de despedida que fizemos igualmente magnifico. • SPA e Piscina: O SPA revelou-se mágico. A zona comum é pequena mas bastante tranquila, apesar de infelizmente não ter sido possivel usufruir em pleno devido a obras inacabadas. Os tratamentos e massagens que fizemos foram muito bons com bastante competência das mãos da Elisa. A Piscina bastante tranquila com direito a um mini SPA de água quente para relaxar um pouco. • STAFF: Pessoas excepcionais, bastante atenciosas e preocupadas, desde a limpeza até ao restaurante onde nos davam o mimo de reservar uma mesa à sombra todas as manhãs. Apesar de todos os contratempos durante a nossa estadia, devido aos atrasos nas obras que se prolongaram durante toda a estadia (muito infelizmente), o esforço que a gestão fez para nos compesar destes problemas foi extraordinário e exemplar, não olhando a meios até aos pequenos mimos na hora da saída. Sentimo-nos tão bem que acabámos por usufruir ainda mais de todo o espaço. Se tivesse que traduzir a estadia numa palavra seria “SENTIDOS”, sentir tudo o que nos rodeia, sentir cada experiência de forma intensa, desde a habitação, ao SPA, à comida... Sentir e respirar a tranquilidade e saúde que nos rodeiam! Parabéns!

The location is great. With parking next to your apartment, you can quickly get to enter and leave the hotel. The hotel lacks fun: No free wifi in common areas (only at the reception!) and only a few TV channels. Supposedly there should be free wifi in the pool area (they say so in their own papers!), but it's also pay-wifi. The beds are not comfortable at all.
