Great for finding spices and ingredients for Indian food. My go to shop for spices. A great selection. The place is a bit run down and the guys at the check out can almost ignore you. But smile and shop on.

There owner was very friendly and helpful. The store is small but with a great variety of Indian spices as well as dried lentils, chickpeas etc. They also have a fair amount of standard mini market items.

Small shop but it has nearly all you need. The prices are good we even found a vodka here that was cheaper than in the big Inter Marché near by!

Very limited selection of Indian ingredients. Canned Ghee, Pataks premade mixes, medium and mild Madras curry Powder. No Green or red curry paste. No Fish Sauce (Nam Pla). Owner was aware these were Thai/Vietnamese ingredients, but did not carry them. Better selection than Pingo Doce, but still minimal. The Dutch shop on Avenida Bojador or Intermarche Super has more Indian foods.
