Le doy tres estrellas porque a pesar de que estuvimos muy bien con los niños, con la habitación a pie de la piscina, creo que le falta bastante para estar a la altura de otros alojamientos. En una semana nos cambiaron una toalla (la del suelo) y no nos cambiaron las sábanas. Creo que la habitación estaba en fase de construcción, sin armario ropero (tuvimos que pedir uno...) El desayuno, con paciencia, es simple pero está bien. Digo paciencia porque no se pueden reponer lonchas de fiambre o queso de 5 en 5 unidades. Lo mejor es su ubicación, la tranquilidad y que tiene piscina (para adultos y niños, con sus tumbonas) y un bar al lado de muy cómodo. Una vez adaptados estuvimos cómodos, aunque tiene cosas que mejorar.

The Skark’s Lodge is an excellent choice for wonderful holidays for families with children, pairs, and singles and lovers of peace and nature who may find whatever they are longing for: a quit ambience, relax, a clean comfortable room in a quite location from which you will be able to move to the beach or to the city center. The parking at hostel is for free. The beach is around 10 minutes by walk and city centre ca. 15 minutes away by bike. The host Paulo provided all we needed for a great time in Peniche from surf lessons to bikes rentals giving us a great opportunity for having nice holidays. Paulo and his staff are great people, who are always smiling, friendly, and helpful with tips and good recommendations. Each morning they prepared breakfast for all guests and then we went with trainers to the beach for surfing lessons. Paulo and his team are very good skilled and experienced surfers who know all about surfing and ocean waves. You can ask them for tips on the best waves and surfng technics. The evening when Paulo cooked for all the guests was wonderful and his absolute excellent gamba fish soup has stolen our hearts!  The hostel is placed very close to the beach, so we could walk at dawn just before sunrise for watching the rising Sun! Here is a really good spirit for sharks who need some comfortable place for relax after surfing on wild waves. :) I can higly recommend the Shark’s Lodge to everyone and I will definitely come back there as soon as possible!  Kate The Skark’s Lodge to bardzo dobry wybór na wspaniały urlop dla każdego, rodzin z dziećmi, par, czy singli i wielbicieli natury czy aktywności sportowej, którzy znajdą tu wszystko, czego potrzeba dla dobrego odpoczynku spokój, relax, czyste i wygodne pokoje, w spokojnej i cichej lokalizacji blisko plaży i w niewielkiej odległości od centrum miasta. Raj dla surferów i miłośników spacerów. Plaża - w odległości 10 minut spacerem a centrum miasta ok. 15 minut rowerem. Świetny wypoczynek z nieograniczoną aktywnością – od surfingu po możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów na przejażdżki po całej okolicy od centrum Peniche po Baleal i jak daleko się dało. Na przyjemnym tarasie przy basenach mogliśmy spędzać miło czas aż do nocy. Bezpłatny parking pod hostelem. Paulo i jego zespół to przemili i zawsze uśmiechnięci ludzie, pomocni i z dobrą radą. Codziennie rano przygotowywali dla wszystkich gości śniadanie a potem zabierali nas nad ocean na lekcje surfingu. Paulo i jego przyjaciele to bradzo dobrzy, doświadczeni surferzy, którzy o surfingu, plażach Peniche i falach wiedzą wszystko. Zawsze z chęcią udzielą rady.. A wieczór powitalny, gdy Paulo ugotowal dla wszystkich gości zupę rybną z krewetkami był fantastyczny i tą zupą skradł nam serca do reszty!  Hotel jest połozony blisko plaży, więc czasem zrywaliśmy się skoro świt, by przywitac wschodzące Słońce. Panuje tu dobry i swobodny klimat. To idealne miejsce na odpoczynek dla rekinów zmęczonych po całym dniu zmagania z falami. :) Serdecznie polecam Shark’s Lodge! Le Shark's Lodge permet de vivre de vrais moments de bonheurs. Sports, bien-être, amitiés et découvertes sont au rendez-vous ! L'endroit est agréable et chaleureux. Séverine et Paulo sont très accueillants. Ils vous font vous sentir chez vous dès votre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Propreté, confort des installations, activités proposées, tout est impeccable. Une magnifique expérience à vivre absolument !

Excellent place! I had a great stay at the Sharks Lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom has everything one needs. The amenities are great (pools, tennis) and the location is perfect - close to the beach, close to the center. The owners are very welcoming and nice and make sure you have everything you need for a great stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Good contact with the friendly and helpfull staff. Good trainers for the activities I participated in: surflessons, x-fit and yoga.

Séjour très agréable ! Chambre très confortable spacieuse et cosy ! Cadre calme, au bord de mer ! Piscine au top, grande ! Bar sur place avec une carte variée et savoureuse ! Petit déjeuner équilibré et varié ! Activités à la carte, je recommande !

Péssimo. Têm uma piscina para crianças mas... Para além de não estar em condições as crianças não podem fazer barulho. Se o fizerem os pais chamados à atenção. Impressionante....Tudo o resto sem interesse.

We didn’t stay at the lodge but we enjoyed the facilities almost every day - great cafe with restaurant quality food, lovely pool and excellent cross fit lessons for only 10 euros. The team running it are lovely people who care about the guests and their experience. Highly recommended!!

Ideal place for singles, couples, family with kids over 7 years old! Amazing and friendly staff, delicious food, spacious rooms! A lot of possitive energy and fun! Perfect place for people who love active life style - bikes, tennis, swimming, climbing, skateboards, yoga, crossfit , surf. Instructors are soul surfers and very good teachers - after few days my kids start to surf really good! I highly recommend this place! We will come back for sure!

Só não dou o máximo de estrelas pk a piscina para os mais velhos tendo duas,não ser funda o suficiente podia chegar até 2metros.

Siamo stati qui una notte soltanto ma ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Personale molto simpatico ed accogliente,ci hanno spiegato subito tutto quello che volevamo sapere in un ottimo inglese. Abbiamo dormito nei dorms "dormitori comuni" ce n'è uno solo maschile,uno solo femminile ed uno misto. Ci sono armadietti per le cose di valore e docce e bagni in comune. Abbiamo fatto una lesione di sruf che ci è piaciuta molto,gli istruttori pazienti e disponibili ci hanno spiegato passo passo quello che andava fatto. Ci siamo davvero divertiti!!

Prices are too high. It is far from baleal and peniche. If you don't have a car it is not the place for you. The bar was not open in first week of July so we had to walk 20min for a coffee. However, the staff is amazing specially the surf teacher and the girls preparing breakfast. Manager should be more generous with customers as I would have given 5 stars if she was nicer. The place is still in construction so don't expect perfect facilities.

Atenção se for ao restaurante - Atendimento terrível, preços exagerados! O melhor é mesmo ir a outro lado. Única coisa boa é a piscina.
