helium803: Make sure you don't get ripped off. After paying at the register I was told payment had not gone through and had to pay again. After checking my statement I found out I had paid twice. The situation could not be dealt with on the spot and I had to write a letter to their head office. What followed was a month long back and forth of emails with incompetent and unempathetic staff who were not proficient in English (something I find strange for a company operating at the airport). finally got my money back after one month. To end on a positive note: the sales assistant and his manager were very friendly, attentive and apologetic.

Obrigada, Alejandra!!!
