The quality of the track is good, and there are plenty of family friendly options. The karts are not all the same power. They allocate karts at random, and some are more powerful than others. If you want to be competitive look at the kart engines to make sure that they are the same. The prices are also quite high.

As pistas são boas e o atendimento pelo staff muito bom! Porém, a infraestrutura do lugar, sobretudo do restaurante deixa muito a desejar!

This is a really, really fun and active place to be in ,even though they have some things to do but those are just minor things, its the best place that i would recommend for kids that are really bored in hotel rooms , their are even racing trackes for kids under the age of 6 , or if your an adult you have your own racing track is well, there are many prizes to qin in machines inside the bar , such as power banks, speackers and many more, there are a ton of kido games or when your hungry you can have a taste of food from the opposite side of the world, so please have a good time and enjoy. :)

Cher, poir ce que c'est ! Des karting en etat très moyens. Les 200cc sont bridés et saturent en vitesse de pointe avant la fin de la ligne droite. Les karts sont lancés avec une dizaine de seconde entre chacun rendant les dépassements difficiles ! A la moindre raison, les gars te demandent de ralentir, c'est exagéré ! J'adore faire du karting, mais dans ces conditions, c'est juste une pompe a fric ! Seul raison d'une étoile, la présence de karting 390cc. Mais par contre avec les pneus froids, impossible d'attaquer... De vrai savonnettes ! Sur le prenne tour, j'avais une crevaison, et je repart avec un kart avec des pneus froids. Message pour le staff : sachez que lorsque le client paye pour faire du kart, c'est pour s'eclater entre amis, et non pour freiner tous les 2 minutes ! A FUIRE !! Je sus toujours très respectueux des jeunes conducteurs etc, et les ils m'ont reprocher de rouler trop vite... N'importe quoi !

Good day out with the family. The range of karts (120cc, 200cc and 390cc) along with a mini's race course for toddlers makes this a great day for all ages, expescially if you have a competitive streak in you. There is also a host of other things for the family to do, such as the rodeo bull, jump trampolines and so forth. The bar staff are also super friendly and chilled out, love a chat !

I didn't like the track, my kart was so bad pretty sure I will have do the same time with the 200cc easy, at least the infra look good, but I had to wait 45 min to drive, and there was only 2 session before me To answer, I came alone, and not with hotel or what ever in was on Monday

One of the worst experience I ever had. None. We were a group of several people and we already booked a race for friday afternoon. What they did is ridiculous. They told us that they have time on friday and changed our race to sunday. We thought its 35 bucks each but suddenly he changed his offer and we were told to pay 40€ per person because its a weekend. Wow? Nice offer my friend. We already had a fix price. What we did was the only way how to solve such a problem. We went home again. This guy lost 500€ because of being not able to calculate. I am so sorry for this country, would be much nicer if there were some smart guys. To cut a long story short don't go there. Carts are old, prices are too expensive. Just save your money and have a nice dinner! Im out.

Just back from the buggy safari, had a great time, guide was very friendly and the experience was very enjoyable.

A entrada icónica revela que inicialmente era um parque temático com diversões e performances sobre o West Americano chamado "Parcolândia" mas que, devido à fraca adesão do público, não resistiu à pressão dos tempos e foi mais tarde convertido num centro de karting e desportos automobilistas. Pista que já existia no parque anteriormente. Uma curiosidade: a pista de kart deste empreendimento foi inaugurado por Ayrton Senna ( campeão do mundo de Fórmula 1)!!!

Espaço bastante agradável. Um pouco ao abandono mas parece ser um sitio muito agradável para se passar uma tarde em família. Para primeira vez adorei a minha experiência. O único aspeto negativo foi um problema que tive com a gerência pois mostraram se pouco recetivos a fazer a devolução do bilhete de criança que paguei pois o meu filho quando foi andar teve medo então tiveram de o retirar da pista mas depois com bastante insistência da minha parte ficou tudo resolvido.

Kartódromo con múltiples ofertas. La pista me pareció algo corta y los karts demasiado "dulcificados", al menos para gente de determinado tamaño y peso. Desde 5 años tienes entretenimiento para niños. Su oferta de buggies tenía una pinta estupenda, pero no pude contratarla por falta de tiempo. Si te sobra algo de tiempo en tu visita al Algarve, vale la pena que pases un par de horas por la tarde en sus instalaciones, el precio es razonable.

Lugar con varias actividades para niños, pista grande y pista pequeña junior. Karts biplaza para subir a niños. En pista grande dos categorías de karts: 200cc y 390cc. Probé el de 390cc que cuesta 25€ por 10min. Después de pagar te das cuenta que no vale lo que cuesta. El personal de pista trabaja con desánimo y desgana, malamente saludan y te dicen el briefing sin importar si te enteras o no. El kart no estaba bien, volante torcido y para ser 390cc le costaba mucho salir de las curvas lentas. La pista no está mal, puede ser muy dvertida en competiciones de grupos con varios puntos de adelantamiento. Pero los pianos están bacheados y lo peor es que no hay pantalla de tiempos ni sistema de cronometraje, por lo que simplemente ruedas como un ratón sin saber si mejoras o no. Así que, 25e a cambio de...? Yo no volvería. Las instalaciones tienen mucho potencial pero no parece bien aprovechado.

Fun track and good karts but they let young children on the track who caused sever accidents. Every time they where just pushed back on and allowed to continue driving. I lost count of how many times these kids lost control of their karts and hit a wall or another driver. At the end one rear ended my girlfriend hard enough to cause neck pain. No one spoke to them. Definitely not going back.

Had the unpleasant experience of booking a buggy 2 hour session. My car broke down time after time. Then so did another 2 cars in the group. Nearly 2 hours into the session we’d only covered 1/4 of the intended trip. Kids, wife and mother-in-law at nearby shopping, getting far too late so left buggy’s, got a lift back and got a full refund. Manager unapologetic and claimed he was “STAFF” to try avoid our complaint. Poorly serviced equipment. Staff pleasant enough. Needs investment and stronger leadership.

Muito fixe!! Fui ao karting com uns amigos e os irmãos pequenos deles, muito divertido! Karts muito potentes, circuito muito técnico e satff muito amável/ atencioso. Haviam karts para todas as idades impressionante.. Fui a um passeio de buggy de 2 horas muito engraçado muita aventura. Pena que não tivemos para mais! Definitivamente irei voltar!

We visited Kartódromo de Almancil Karting Almancil 3 times during our stay in the Algarve. 2 visits for karting which were good fun (the karts were a bit tired some with very worn / split tyres and poor brakes - didn’t need to use brakes much). But the buggy experience was hell. We chose the 2 hour trip. Managed to get 25% of the way after nearly 2 hours. The delays were caused by multiple breakdowns effecting all 3 buggies in our group. A loose battery connection; a broken drive belt and another with constant fuel or electric issue causing the buggy to stop every few minutes. All buggies had a number of other issues like no indicators, handbrakes not working (no cable). No brake lights etc. Although we were told by staff on phone and in person all buggy experience was off road a very large part of what we did in the near 2 hours was on main and side roads in what turned out to be unsafe and unreliable buggies. The 'responsible person' (a director) was extremely reluctant to come forward - kept denying he was anything but staff but finally did. This was after my group of 4 was taken back with a failed buggy on a trailer for 15mins with the so called ‘responsible person’ driving and not speaking to us at all. Not the sign or sound of an apology for the trouble we had experienced. We were told by 2 staff that issues we experienced are frequent and they never give refunds. This experience! cost EU260. Thankfully after pushing we got a full refund. No details about business ownership on Karting Almancil’s website. Breach of Rules (what a surprise). Tip for anyone visiting – pay by credit card so if you have a bad experience you can claim for a refund from the card company if the venue declines. Or maybe better to find another venue where they really care about their customers. I am surprised the local Police and Ministry of Transport allow venues like this to operate such poor and unsafe equipment. I hope this message stimulates someone into action to make improvements.

Plutôt très chère pour ce que c'est des kart qui on un paquet d'année et qui ne tire plus du tout, étant donné les karting le prix de 25€ est beaucoup trop élèvé et la piste n'est pas très intéressante et le revêtement est mauvais ce qui donne une mauvaise adhérence, plutôt très déçu

Un lieu très agréable pour y passer un bon moment et faire du karting du buggy et d'autre activité pour les plus petits .

Schöner Platz wo man mit der Familie sowie auch mit Freunden ein Schönes Ergebnis erwarten kann... Die Rennbahn und die Fahrzeuge sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ist mit Sicherheit einen Besuch Wert.

Nous arrivons en avance ! sur place pour une balade d’une heure en buggy , Et là surprise.. ils nous disent que la balade ne sera pas possible car d’autre personne ont déposés un acompte et qu’ils sont prioritaires.. Une usine à Fric !!!!!!

Os preços são um pouco elevados. Em comparação com outros locais, os carros precisavam de uma atualização mas o serviço é muito bom e são todos muito prestáveis. Tem a vantagem de ser um local para toda a família e até é possível realizar eventos.

We enjoyed our karting. Little bit dear for the time on track. Got the 200cc karts after seeing people spinning off and crashing on the 390cc. The track is not big enough for the more powerful karts.

Awesome place, actually a lot there, the karts were great, different size engine's which is good. Track was challenging so highly recommend.

Super endroit pour des activités ludiques , nos petits fils parisiens étaient ravis de leur après midi et y retourneront pdt leurs prochaines vacances chez les grands parents

Nous avons fait une sortie de 2h en buggy que nous recommandons tellement c'était top, aussi bien pour les sensations, le parcours, les paysages, les guides et organisateurs. On regrette juste qu'il n'y ait pas eu de pluie avant pour profiter de la boue Prévoir d'arriver sur place 1/2h avant le départ, pour la préparation et coaching.

Great venue for karting. Staff were excellent. We have been here many times and the pricing is good. There are a number of activities to cater for all ages. On our last visit just a week ago thete had been rain and the track was wet. We continued to gear up but after two laps it was clear to me that there was no steering the kart on the wet surface. I pulled into the pits and some with the staff. They did not argue and simply refunded us. We were back the days later on a dry sunny day to resume our racing. Good customer service.

" ah sim mas há alterações"" .. lol um jovem que acordou mal disposto e o não.... era a palavra de ordem. Esquece se é que somos clientes o ano inteiro a título familiar e de aniversários. Mais um reparo útil a qualidade do piso da famosa pista 2 é péssima e ainda mais na pista onde hoje me obrigaram a partilhar um kart duplo á uns meses atrás numa festa de aniversário os miúdos conduziam sozinhos.. deve ser por conveniência.. engraçado da história com tanta coisa acabamos sozinhos num kart duplo numa pista péssima ...

tried the fun carting. works ok. Had fun there. The track was good , quite long. Not so long queue. A good viewing stage, you can watch while people were driving the carting.

Tour de karting trop cher pour des karts de cette qualité (qui est médiocre) et surtout quand on nous donne un kart qui n’avance pas dès le début de la piste. De plus, ils demandent constamment de ralentir (première nouvelle dans un karting il faut aller à 2 à l’heure apparement) et vous éjecte de la piste après 5 min de tour parce qu’on a malencontreusement heurté leurs barrière de pneus. Payer 15€ des kartings dans cet état et n’en faire que 5 minutes c’est inaceptable! Il vaudrait mieux faire vérifier l’état des karts avant d’accuser le client d’être dangereux. N’allez jamais là bas.

Spent a good 3 hours here. Place not in need of refurb as some reviews indicate. Only used junior carts, these were in good working order and the children really enjoyed them . 30 min wait no other criticism. Not busy in the Friday afternoon we went but some attractions not in use. Overall, a good enjoyable experience.

Three out of seven karts didn't work properly. Two karts died and one had a malfunctioning throttle, and significantly underperformed the other karts. We tried our best to get contact with the absent staff, both during and after the race was finished, but in vain. Our complaints were constantly met by excuses about how little English they understood. They finally directed us to the manager to sort out the situation, and I couldn't imagine the show we were up for. He (the manager) was textbook demonstration of poor attitude, stupidity and narrow-minded thinking. He got aggressive, loud and gesticulating about how stupid we all were. Again, our complaints were met by excuses about poor English. I bet I can find a 1000 ways to better spend my money on here in algarve, than returning to Karting Almancil and getting treated like garbage. This was in every way the Portuguese mafia approach at its finest. Stay away.

Pagamos 25 euros por 10 min de kart onde só usufruímos de 7,13 min, na pista tinha vidros partidos e pedras ao qual tivemos que parar para a pista ser limpa. Falamos com o colaborador que estava na pista e ele disse que tinhamos usufruído dos 10min mesmo depois do sucedido. Perguntamos se haveria alguém com que pudessemos falar, ao qual o colaborador nos respondeu que podíamos fazer a reclamação no balcão. Nos até compreendemos que os vidros e pedras possam ter sido um incidente. A maneira como o colaborador foi rude sem a mínima preocupação que houvesse uma reclamação. Depois de termos reclamado ofereceram mais 5min. Nesses 5min dois dos nossos karts tiveram avarias onde um deles teve que ser retirado da pista.

Avoid at all costs, not worth the money, a shame as my son was really excited about having his first karting experience. There was no safety briefing which should be as standard but seems to be hit and miss as to which groups get this briefing. My sons group were the unlucky ones whi did not receive the briefing, which resulted in a little boy not being able to reach the pedals and could not enjoy his experience. But more importantly, resulted in my son crashing at speed into the tyres. Luckily he walked away shaken and bruised with a cut to the leg. Track staff and management were extremely rude and were reluctant to give us a refund, however after an hour an a half of heated discussion and patience we finally got our refund. Health and safety in a high risk of injury sport should be paramount, not at this place, management dont seem to care in the slightest. If I could rate a minus score I would but unfortunately have to choose 1 star of which this place does not deserve at all.

Para começar o meu Kart não acelerava e acabou por parar avariado perdendo eu imenso tempo a ser rebocado, mas pior que isso é que a corrida que seria inicialmente de 10 minutos acabou por ser de menos de 7 minutos, isto porque o “ simpatiquíssimo” funcionário não fez a devida compensação no tempo pelas avarias que são apenas devidas a eles, mandando-me sair de pista ao mesmo tempo que todos os outros. Era um dia em que esperava proporcionar a primeira experiência de condução aos meus filhos e acabou por ser uma actividade menos agradável, muito devido à má atitude do funcionário da pista de Karts. Não recomendo e não voltarei a este circuito apesar de adorar pilotar Karts. Tudo me pareceu funcionar muito mal e não acho seguro que as crianças partilhem a pista dos adultos! Preços caríssimos para o serviço que é prestado e para o estado de conservação dos karts

Com chuva e karts 200cc foi bastante divertido!

Fuimos de despedida de soltero y el trato tenido por el personal fue increíble. Tuvimos dos rondas de media hora cada uno para disfrutar de la conducción de karts de 390 cm³.El broche final fue celebrar la victoria en un podio con botellas de champán que no teníamos ni contratadas y fue un gran detalle de organización

Ótima pista e atendimento espetacular. As duas últimas vezes que pilotei o kart deles. Não agradou-me. Pois os kart de 200cv. Estão com grande diferença de potência entre um e outro. Estão com menos potência que deveriam ter.

Um pouco caro mas de muita diversão

A pista principal é razoável, existem alguns divertimentos para os mais novos mas com algumas falhas ao nível da segurança. Nas regras de segurança dos karts para os mais jovens falam em coleiras para o pescoço mas estas não foram disponibilizadas.

Shocking! The karts are tiny at very very old! And the cost -10 mins is €15 ... if you are looking for a quality outdoor karting experience, this is not the place!

Bom venho deixar aki os meus parabéns pelo excelente atendimento/trabalho do karting de Almancil. Hj foi um prazer ter andado de buggies e um bom atendimento pela parte das pessoas (a) dos buggies e do bar e etc. Aconselho todos virem aki um exelente trabalho por parte de todos os membros do karting de Almancil. Bom trabalho.

Site très accessible et particulièrement bien équipé en termes d'activités, dont bien sûr le karting avec une très belle piste et des 2 modèles de kart dont la puissance est parfaitement adaptée au niveau des pilotes.

BAD POINTS: (1) Badly trained staff: Staff member supervising the kids go karts lectured my son at the end of the race when pitting. Pointing at his eyes with two fingers, telling my son to 'watch where he's going'. No need for it, especially considering it was my boy's first ever time in a go kart - and the race was over! (2) Staff again: Too many staff behind the bar (4, sometimes 5) and not enough in the actual park itself. Only the main go kart track and kids go kart track had staff. (3) Poorly run park: No staff to supervise the young kids 'F1' coin operated karts. We were told to 'put the kart in the shade when finished'. Karts all over the track, not pitted. Mostly in the sun. We had to move them ourselves so our son had a safe ride. Luckily we had a cool bag with ice packs, to lay on the seat and cool it down for him. (4) Lack of safety: No safety helmet for the kids 'F1'. Considering there was no side support (and no staff supervision), you'd think they would supply some sort of safety gear... Nope. Had to jog alongside the little fella incase he bumped into the barrier (or stationary kart) and fell out! (5) Attractions not working: The R/C cars were not working. Neither was an arcade table in the bar area. (6) Ancient arcade games: Time Crisis 2 and Daytona? Come on guys, these were out when I was a kid! Why would anyone pay to play games like this? (7) Attractions closed: Rodeo Bull machine. Covers off. No lights. No staff. Sports/Souvenir shop. Lights off. 'Closed' sign on door. (8) Disabled stair lift not working (our 4 year old uses a wheelchair). So my family couldn't watch me on the go kart track along with other spectators on the raised platform. (9) Below average adult 390cc go karts. First off, I was the first in the queue. As we were walking to the karts, I stopped for a second to adjust my crash helmet (I brought my own, as I also hired a scooter while on holiday). Instead of waiting, the staff directed the other two people who were behind me, to the front two karts. So I had to follow them while racing. Only a minor thing, but still strange considering I waited at the front of the queue for about 10 minutes... Then there was no seat adjustment, so I felt cramped in the kart (I'm not a giant at 5 foot 11)... Also these karts are very very noisy and not in a good way... The acceleration on these karts is not very good at all. You put your foot down and it takes a few seconds for the engine to pick up. There seems to be a flat area in torque on the lower to mid rev range... The tyres are almost useless. Next to no grip whatsoever... The brakes (considering the the staff member told us they were very strong) had a lot of play in them, meaning you had to stomp on the pedal to get any results... Overall, the go karting left me feeling disappointed. (10) Neglected animals: There is a small area at the back of the park, with a pig, a pony and a couple of chickens all together. The enclosure itself was too small we believe. There was no water visible, for the animals to drink, or bathe in. It was a bit of a sorry sight really. Especially considering the how the park is badly run, the animals are probably neglected too! (11) Staff again!! At the end, our nine year old son wanted to go on the bungee trampoline. As there were no staff, we sat down, while he asked at the bar for a staff member to come out and let him on (bear in mind that we had already paid - and he showed his token). We waited 10 minutes before going in ourselves to ask again for a staff member. A couple of minutes later my son was then able to go on the attraction. GOOD POINTS: The kids enjoyed it! That's all that matters really. Make your own mind up, but in my opinion this place needs a serious overhaul and the staff need training!

Great fun. Karts get up to about 35/40mph. You only get 15 minutes and you cant really race as everyone is sent out from the pit. You could be waiting a while on a busy day. Lots of other things to do here as well other than karting.

The duo karts are only for really small kids and only on their junior track which is a disappointment. Our daughter rides fast electric go karts indoor but was not allowed to kart on the main track and the junior track is only recommended for kids that never drove a kart before. So nothing fun for her as she could not drive the main track either alone or with me in a duo kart. I drove the 200cc kart. The main track layout is fun and challenging. The 390cc is more drifting but really 25 EUR is hugely overpriced! Really, 200cc is fast enough if you can actually kart that is. All of this info is likely intentionaly not on their website.

No statistic (time pr round, winner ect.) recorded during the race. You pay, wait, drive and your done. Carts is Ok (I only drove the 390cc) and also the track is ok

I've been coming here for 8 years or so and the waits and prices aren't too bad but the karts are lacking investment, they're rattly and loose compared with outdoor tracks I go to in the UK. Sometimes you get a good one, often you get one with very heavy steering or a slack throttle pedal. If you want a quick (10 mins or so) blast on the track it's OK, but if you want to test yourself it's a bit of a lottery. The 200cc karts are quite underpowered for a fully grown adult, the 390cc are much more suitable.

L'enceinte est agréable, plusieurs activités sont à partager aussi pour les grands que les petits. L'entretien des kart n'est pas optimal, lorsque j'étais lancé le frein ne servait à rien mais vu que le frein bloquait lorsque le kart était a l'arrêt il n'y avait pas de problème selon les personnes qui s'occupaient des kart. La chaîne de transmission à sauter durant la session et on m'a fait sortir, le kart n'a pas remplacé. Dommage..

Bons acessos e óptimo parque estacionamento. Local engraçado conceito divertido. Pessoal simpático, não é barato mas provavelmente justo.

Karts can be maintained better and the overall atmosphere needs some improvement but there's something for everyone and relatively cheap.

Karts em mau estado, pelo menos os de 390, andei em 3 diferentes... 1º Vertia gasolina para as pernas, 2º não tinha travões para travar no final da recta, 3º pneus da frente em mau estado e não puxava, engasgava. Não quero repetir. Já para não falar do preço... 22,5€ por 10min......

As actividades podem ser diversificadas mas quanto aos karts deixam muito a desejar. Deste entornarem gasolina para as pernas, nas curvas, falta de travões, motores a funcionarem mal, e mais... Resumindo, falta manutenção e segurança. Fatores a rever.

Pas mal sans plus..les karts ne sont pas en tres bon etat et la piste non plus...le seul plus de cet ndroit est d'etre en plein air.

Disappointed. Seems the location was a ghost town. Could not find anyone to help, to book and pay for the Karting. Will try again during summer, maybe it would be a different experience.

Excellent day out for all the family, our two boys aged 4 and 1 had a great time. Very good value for money too!
