Great place to get yourself some high end clothing pieces! Amazing service, the people are extremely nice and a attentive to help you find the best fit and match for your preferences. The store itself has a very luxurious and clean environment and a lot of products in display that are ready to be tried on. Don't expect to leave the store without spending at least three figures (in Euros) unless you're just looking! Definitely a great place to get a nice gift for you or a loved one. I believe you must use the North door to get in, I tried to enter through the South door and I couldn't open it. I didn't risk trying my luck with the North entrance, I just stood there and one of the staff members opened the door for me

It's probably the last time I'll even bother going to Prada Lisbon Store... staff is so poorly trained for a luxury designer store, they don't know the items and it's so bad to the point that they will show you the wrong item and try and pass it for the one you were looking for. Very short on availability also, so do yourself a favour and just buy online.
