The customer-service is beyond bad, the worst I’ve experienced... The review is short because frankly, you’re not worth the effort. Also, isn’t that a bit low of you to assume that all bad reviews are fake? Perhaps it could be that all the so called “fake” reviews are actually true and that you need to take responsibility for them? I also see that right after I posted my review, suddenly a brilliant 5-star review was posted here... exactly at the same time that you sent me this response! This seems like an odd coincidence, especially considering that you haven’t received a single review for months prior to this... So if you wanna talk about fake reviews, let’s not even go there... But since I want to be clear to future customers who are perhaps planning on making a purchase from your online-shop, I’ll be a bit more elaborate in my review. So here it comes: I had an e-mail encounter with an employee at Bird on a Wire over a purchase I had made on their online-shop. Turns out, due to a technical error that one of my items had appeared to be available on the website, even though it had already been sold out. This was a shame for me, since I was planning on wearing this particular item to an upcoming event. When I received the news I made a suggestion to Bird on a Wire if I could be somehow compensated for the error? I suggested free shipping. Apparently, me simply asking for free shipping was received as an insult from Bird on a Wire, and the tone and attitude of their e-mails quickly escalated and was both rude and dis-respectful. One among the responses I received was “It’s just a shirt, not a life asset” and ”I’m sure you’ll get over your disappointment”. I’ll happily insert my e-mail response as a picture for everyone to read. Hopefully this review won’t be necessary, since I’m sure you’ll do a great job of making sure you’ll have no customers left if you keep up this bad tone towards your customers in the future.
