From day one of meeting Dave and Steffie I just knew they would be a great fit for us. They are so organised and just brilliant at what they do. The rest of the team are incredible as well and everyone is just so efficient. Throughout the planning process it has been so easy and very much enjoyable. We have had to postpone our wedding until next year with everything going on, and what I thought would have been a very stressful process was the complete opposite, Dave, Steffie and the team made sure everything was organised and transferred to our new date without any hassle. Everything has been straight forward and easy to do before the virus. And now even when all hell is breaking loose, they still offer an exceptional service replying almost instantly and offering to do all they can to sort out the damage the virus has done. We are still unsure of what's going to happen in regards to our wedding day but know that when we eventually get married it will be amazing

Just back after our wedding in Portugal. Dave and Streffie organised everything and it was perfect. Steffie’s decoration was brilliant we couldn’t have asked for the venue to be better. Dave was brilliant very professional when doing the music and they were great. Venue was Monte Amarelo best venue I have ever seen. All in all everything was perfect.

Had an amazing wedding celebration on the 2nd May 2019 at the Sao Rafael Atlantico. Steffie and the A team were amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Steffie and Dave gave us the best day of our lives. On the day they are flawless and ruthless to make sure everything goes exactly how it should be. Rain was due on our beech wedding and Steffie somehow managed to pull it off with 2 ceremony set ups. I also managed to get Pea Purée on my white shirt just before speeches and Steffie within seconds made it completely disappear. They were awesome with our guests through the whole day and when it came to the music / singing they took it to another level, was blown away by how talented they are and you will be too. Steffi and Dave along with their team created us a dream wedding, stunning venue and decorated by Steffi to make it look amazing. Really was the wow factor. Their knowledge and help was brilliant! These guys are just amazing! They created our dream wedding with guests commenting that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Ten days have passed since our Magical Wedding in the Algarve Portugal, Our Venue was the Sao Rafael Atlántico, which has stunning cliff top views, beautiful gardens and a white sandy beach. The bbq choice was delicious and the staff did a grand job keeping our guests cared for throughout. From the moment we meet Steffie on our Love tour venue hunt we knew we were in safe hands. She is a perfectionist with unique ideas for decoration. Each detail personalised to you as a couple with a few surprises on our wedding day to make it even more memorable and fun. There are not enough kind words to say how wonderful Steffie, Dave and the team at WPA are.Dave is a star dealing with all legalities, payments etc plus being a rock star on the day itself. Partnered with Steffie who is literally wonder woman being a triple threat. Steffie was our: planner, singer, artist and all round superstar. Shout out too their superb back office team too! Rita in particular what a lovely lady. They were always coming back to us in emails or phone calls. No task is too much they are simply there for yous throughout the whole planning process. They doubled as our ceremony music and wedding band (Double Cocktail). Simply the best!! They are the A team for reason, all the suppliers they use are A class, too many too mention individually but hair, make up, flowers, cake, photography, Flowers, minister and legalities: basically all things needed to plan a wedding are taken care off with the greatest of ease. If there is any reason for a 6 star rating the A Team would be it! Steffi, Dave and each one of these brilliant team members were the reason we had the wedding day of our dreams two days ago. We had read many times over about the brilliance of this group and although reassured that our choice of planners was perfect we were blown away by just how true each and every review of this team was. From fixing flowers, to excellent organisation, to sheer joy and happiness and utter musical talent, this group of people has it all and more.

A definate 5 stars for the A team. Conor and I got married in June 5th this year in Monte Amarelo. It was the most perfect day and all down to the wonderful commitment of Steffi,Dave and the team. Their love and passion for the job really shines through and there is nothing that they cannot pull out of the bag. They thrive on a strong personal relationship with the couple's and in turn can make decisions and suggestions for the wedding day for the bride and groom. Our guests made comments throughout the day "is there anything that she can not do, one minute she's organising guests to their seats, she's fixing your dress, next she's up singing". Every single recommendation they gave from hair, make-up ,photographer and videographer and celebrant were exceptional and we would not have changed one single thing. Conor and I had no stressors in the lead up to the wedding and that is solely down to the commitment and expertise of all involed in the A team. Worth every penny and we highly recommend them. Wishing them all the continued success in their future, I have no doubt it will be bright.

What a day we had! From the very beginning Dave Steffie and the A team were truly fantastic! Any little worries or requests I had were always answered! From the moment we met with Steffie in Dublin, I knew she was going to be our Wedding Planner. We both love her straight talking and honesty, she even managed to get the groom excited for the wedding :-). COVID-19 has literally wrecked many couples dreams of getting married this year in Portugal, ours included, but regardless of the fact that this is huge for their business, they continue to put their clients bests interests at the forefront of everything they do. I have to say the A team are absolutely amazing!!! After researching around for the best wedding planners I found these guys! Every single review was amazing and they went over and above for us.. we booked them 2 years ago and they stayed in contact the whole time, amazing communication and answered every question! The music was amazing at the lady of the rock and at the reception, everybody was on the dance floor the whole night ! We can’t recommend the A team enough. From the moment Steffi picked us for our love tour we knew this crazy, passionate, fun loving woman was the planner we wanted. On the build up to the wedding Dave, Steffi and team were brilliant, answering all our questions and weird requests. Their attention detail and all those little surprises Steffi magics up are amazing. Dave even managed to arrange a last minute civil ceremony! We were married at LOR and held the reception at the Vida Mar. Our day was so much more special than we had dreamed of and we absolutely have the A Team and their recommended suppliers to thank for that! From the amazing hair and make up by Isabel and Myah to the fun, cameras and drones brought by Joao, Orlando and team we felt like celebrities. The flowers by Dora were stunning and totally exceeded our expectations. The cake by Loule Doce was a delicious showstopper. The team at the Vida Mar were outstanding and the gorgeous setting and decorations were everything we hoped for. The evening was made so much fun thanks to Double Cocktail, I’ve never seen so many people dancing at a wedding. Our guests are still raving about it !!!

We got married in SRA in September and we honestly cant recommend the A Team enough! Steffie and Dave are so passionate about what they do and they went above and beyond to make everything about our day amazing. I’m not sure how these ppl have so many 5 star reviews. I was not the client but a guest and the things I observed from her were embarrassing. As a person who owns small businesses I would never talk to my customers the way she did or treat the guests the way she did. She basically berated ppl and from what I saw did nothing to help the couple who were getting married. I assume she’ll reply to this with some sort of lame comment but I wouldn’t buy it ppl. Portugal is a beautiful place for a wedding and there are tonnes of options.

Myself and Peter are still pinching ourselves about how perfect our wedding day was! We got married at GRSE on Sept 1st. As two people who found the whole idea of a wedding quite stressful, we are blown away by how successful it was. Yes, Steffie and the team insist in precise choosing and planning well in advance, but this meant that in the weeks leading up to the wedding we had very little to worry about apart from getting there! From Steffie’s organisational skills and decor, Dora’s absolutely amazing flowers (which were one of the highlights for me), to the food at GRSE and Dave belting out all the crowd pleasers, it was perfect from start to finish and our guests were really impressed and had such a fun day. You created memories for us to cherish and we haven’t stopped talking, thinking and dreaming about it ever since xxx

What can we say about the Ateam….they are simply amazing with a capital 'A'. From the day that we contacted Steffie she could not do enough for us. We had a whirlwind Love Tour with them last October, and appreciated everything that was done for us. They thought of everything, and things that we didn't even consider, but added such special moments to our day. We are so grateful for the things that they did for us, not only on the day but in the months leading up to it. Everyone that works in the Ateam, including the suppliers as well, are totally dedicated to ensure that you get the best. Dave and Steffie really make you feel like your wedding is special in its own way. They have such great ideas and wonderfully creative. When the day came, Steffie was everywhere, with an eye for all the detail. She had time to acquaint with all the guests, without actually being in the focus, always in the background. Everyone had a giggle and loved her and it was a way to get everyone relaxed. And as for their band Double Cocktail, if anyone is of two minds to book them, please do, they were brilliant. I wasn't a fan of having live music at our wedding, but I am so pleased that we did, everyone loved it and raved about them afterwards. We had the most amazing & magical day celebrating our wedding on the 19/08/19, all thanks to the A team wedding planner. It was the best decision choosing to use the A Team. From our first Skype call 8 months ago right up to the day of our wedding Steff and Dave were excellent in helping us with everything we needed to do in the short period of time. We chose Monte Amarelo which was an unbelievable venue which steff recommended to us.(we put all our trust in steff about the venue as we didnt travel to see it and it was amazing, better than we expected an our guest thought it was out of this world) We also had double cocktail for the ceremony and entertainment and they were brilliant, a lot of guests commented on steffs singing and many more were blown away by Dave on the guitar. They are unreal at the job they do, their attention to every little detail. Their attention to detail in every aspect was unreal and added the magic to our day. Wow! My husband and I got married 2 weeks ago with the A-Team and we can’t really put into words how perfect the whole day was. They really did think of everything, down to every last detail. We booked our wedding two years ago and from the get go Stefanie Jacobsen, Dave Santos and the whole team have been amazing. From the moment steffie picked us up from our hotel to go on the love tour, i knew from that moment she was going to be the best!!! I was 7 months pregnant at the time and she truly looked after us. We travelled from Norway and found the A-team in Albufeira. Stefanie & Dave are the most amazing people they really make all of your dreams come true. Even though we where in Norway most of time, the planning and communication between us was not an issue and we truly trusted them with everything. Amazing wedding planners!! We got married in June and had such an unbelievable day thanks to Stefanie and Dave. They’re incredible at their jobs, they made the whole wedding process completely stress free! They think of little detail to make the days so special. I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking of getting married in the Algarve.

We had our wedding on June 23rd 2019 at Sao Rafael Atlantico, Albufeira. I must say I was nervous as to whether our dream day could be pulled off! From start to finish it was amazing!! Steffie and the Ateam played a blinder, made sure we worried over nothing, had everything in place, and we had the most amazing relaxing day. The layout and decor, I couldn't have put together better myself. Our guests wanted for nothing, our needs and wants catered for, and the feedback we got was that it was a fairytale. It was magical! Steffie and Dave were r band and they're amazing talent is still spoken about. I honestly couldn't recommend the Ateam highly enough, they gave our guests and more importantly us, the best day of our lives. Steffie, your a tough woman and my hat goes off 2 u for being able to get a handle on the crowd and get what needed to be done, ddone.we will never forget the magical fairytale you gave us xxx

We just got married on the 11th June. Steffi and Dave are the most amazing people I have ever met! The whole process was stress free and I want to do it all over again. All our guests commented on the attention to detail and how perfectly the day ran- all thanks to the A Tram! We booked the wedding without seeing the venue and still remained stress free through the process! Thank you so much, it was everything and even more than I ever imagined

Dave & Steffie are just amazing at what they do!! They are in the wedding planning business because they love weddings & love to see couples have the best day of their lives. Dave organised all the legal side for us, which was made easy but his knowledge. Amazing isnt a good enough word to describe how Steffie was on the day of our wedding. She had everything & everybody organised to a tee. If you are looking for planners then give these guys a shout, you will not be disappointed

We choose WPA for both wedding planning and music. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. They listened to details we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. So profesional and communications very good for the 2years running up to our big day. The energy and talent that WPA brought to our day was recognised by all our wedding party..who have all since said it is one of the best weddings they had been to..this was hands down thanks to Steffi and Dave and the WPA team...thank you so much to ye all for our special day x

The WPA team were great! The hair & make up, the flowers, photographers and Jonas were absolutely brilliant! The ice cream, the cake & of course catering by At! Such fantastic food. The whole team were all amazing and we had such a brilliant day.

Steffie and Dave are the most amazing people. As soon as we met them, we knew we would use them and we never looked back. Always going the extra mile and putting the brides & grooms first. Our day was the most spectualr day, and even over 6 months later everyone still talks about it. You'll never find people who care so much about you and making your perfect day. Dave and steffie were our first choice after deciding to tie the knot in Portugal 2 years ago. From then it was very easy with all the suppliers that they both recommended. When we arrived in Portugal to choose our venue Steffie worked her magic and helped us find our dream venue Monte Amarelo. It suceeded all our dreams and expectations on our day 05/05/2018 and all our guests expectations. Our guests loved the uniqueness of venue and the laid back atmosphere from start to finish. It definetley wow'd all our guests stating it was by far the best wedding they attended. From the venue, decoration by steffie , flowers, ceremony and of course the music from dave during ceremony and double coctail for the main party. I would highly recommend dave and steffie if wishing to get married in portugal.

Steffie and Dave (Wedding Planner Algarve) were absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile to make our day amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The A Team worked to such a professional level with make-up, hair, photographer, videographer all working together seamlessly. Also Jonas conducted the ceremony beautifully. A great bonus is that both Staffie and Dave are excellent singers and their vocals/guitar solos for our ceremony were perfect. Our guests had a fantastic time and all of the guests have said that it was the BEST wedding that they have ever been to (or likely to go to in the future). Wedding Planner Algarve completely understood our vision for our wedding day and turned it into a reality. The day exceeded all our expectations. We wish we could do it all again!!

These guys are the undoubtedly the most amazing planners in Algarve. Our wedding was September 2017 and i can honestly say it was the best day of my life. Even the run up to the wedding was totally stress free, they had everything under control from day one it was such a pleasure. It was excellent having a destination wedding and having everything taken care of by Steffie & her team. We loved how they managed our wedding and how they were the band as well / it was all excellent and all our guests said it was the best wedding they had been too!!
