We got married this year in Portugal and found the whole team at Day dream really a dream. For the 8 months of planning our day they were so attentive and could not have done enough for us right the way up until the big day. A terrible experience from start to finish. Poor communication and, on the day itself, we were called by the so-called planner Constanca, who was at a registry office, rather than the promised ceremony venue. After rushing to the changed venue for the ceremony, our musician was told he couldn't perform, despite Dream Day organising this for us! To make matters worse, we then headed to the tram for a sparkling wine tour and ended up receiving no wine and no tour. It was a complete shambles. Thankfully we received a refund and an apology, but I wouldn't recommend this company!!!

We had the most amazing time at our wedding and we can't thank Constanca our wedding planner and the Dream Day team enough. Our venue was at Monte Das Oliveiras on 1.8.19 which was out of this world!! The staff were fantastic, looking after everyone and catered for all our needs. Constanca could not have done enough for us from start to finish she made sure everything was just perfect for our big day. As a British Bride-To-Be, I was recommended the girls at Dream Day Wedding Planners in Portugal by some family members of my Portuguese Husband-To-Be. The team arranged to meet with us at a central London location (despite being in Portugal) and offered many times and dates to chose the most suitable. We arrived at The Hospital Club - A members only venue to be greeted by three lovely girls willing to help us with our very exciting news and planning. The girls had extensive knowledge of many types of venues, venders and had great relationships with all of these suppliers. We originally had an hour slot appointment but ended up staying late and running 2018 quotes for various venues. Despite us delaying the girls by hours, they did not mind and still remained amazingly professional and helpful. The girls provided us with a booklet of their services which seem very competitive with other wedding planning services in the area. For those that do not speak Portuguese, the girls have immaculate english so please do not worry! In short, nothing was too much trouble for the girls - I cannot recommend them and their services enough - however, book with them soon to avoid disappointment.
