Thanks very much to Kate and the Fine dining in Style team for organising every aspect of our wedding in Loulé in September. It was absolutely amazing and impeccably organised from start to finish. Kate and the team took all of the stress out of the day and made the planning so much fun. From fabulous food and wine tasting to meeting with suppliers (all sourced by Kate). The wedding exceeded our expectations, the details were all perfect and the food and drink are still a talking point for our family and friends. I couldn't recommend the Fine dining team enough- Thank you again for everything, it was perfect!

We had our wedding on June 8th of this year and it was absolutely amazing! Kate made sure that the wedding schedule was adapted to what we wanted on the wedding day (e.g., in the end we wanted to dance longer to the saxophonist and she moved the dinner schedule around that). During dinner, the staff made sure everyone had enough to drink and eat continuously and would fill up your glasses immediately. Kate had great attention to detail, for example when she put tissues in my father’s pockets (he gets emotional quickly). Kate catered to our special food needs when she learnt and made Dutch bitterballen and Indian samosas which were both really good!! The food and tasting was amazing! The villa that Kate also arranged was magical. We highly recommend Kate and Style catering events, they made our day magical with so many great memories! Thank you Kate and Joana!

The team at Fine Dining in Style put on an incredible "day after the wedding party" for our wedding in May. The food was brilliantly presented and tasted incredible - their service from when we were selecting from their menu to cooking up and serving on the day was perfect. For our wedding in June, my wife, Emma and I, wanted a truly authentic Portuguese wedding. We didn't want a postcard wedding, we wanted a PERSONAL wedding, one away from the plush villas of Quinta do Lago and the Algarvian beach resorts. We married at Emma's family home in Loule, settled amongst the rolling hills of the region, where the local market is the hub of the town, washing lines heave with big pants and socks, and weathered old ladies sit beneath jasmine trees gossiping the day away. We wanted to bring that flavour into our wedding and create a wedding that gave both us and our guests a real taste of Portugal. Kate was amazing from the get go. We had a couple of calls with other wedding planners (there are a few in the Algarve), but as soon as we came off our call with Kate we knew she had the know how, the taste and most importantly, the bark (!) to make sure our wedding was the one we had dreamed of and that ran smoothly start to finish. She understood our vision perfectly, and was so patient with us over the 8 months of planning, treating us with a stern hand when we needed to make decisions and were flapping but allowing us to be creative and helping us to make things happen that weren't necessarily 'The Norm'! Kate and her assistant Joanna were on whatsapp or skype 24/7 and fitted around our busy London schedules which was a dream. Kate has a list of trusted suppliers that she uses (marquees that aren't your run of the mill event style marquee, florists that are experimental, beautiful and stylish without being 'weddingy' (we could go on). Kate had a soloution for everything and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Finally, THE FOOD. Kate's team of chefs are THE BEST in the Algarve. They can create anything you want and we wanted a menu that hero'd traditional portuguese flavours and cooking, but in an elegant way. We had oysters on ice, chorizo and octopus served in teracotta pots, bacalau fritters and prawn skewers all served 'market style' as canapes. Market cheese, carob honey, figs and soft bread for starter. And a feast of fresh fish plucked from the Algarvian waters, Chicken Piri Piri and heavenly portugese black pork (melt in the mouth) for the main course. Desert was our request...which Kate went and researched at the restaurant we had eaten it at previously, just to be able to make it for us...carob, orange and chocolate mousse, served in big Portuguese pottery bowls. Our guests were blown away. On the big day she was a dream, dealing with difficult suppliers, making sure everyone arrived on time and knew what they were supposed to be doing, but with such calm that it chilled us all out! We had an event planned the day before so couldn't be on site to ensure everything was how we wanted it, but Kate had it all under control. If you are hesitating about having a wedding in Portugal, or are afraid of all the tacky photographs you can find on google when searching 'wedding Algarve', DO NOT FEAR. Kate is the only one that can plan something DIFFERENT. Something you and your guests will remember. We cannot speak highly enough of her and her amazing team. And may get a divorce just so we can do it all over again........! David & Emma Campus

We own a villa just down the road from Fine Dining in Style and we and our guests have used them on several occasions. They are the friendliest outfit who produce food of the highest quality. Guests staying at our villas have used them to supply celebration meals. Without exception our guests have been absolutely delighted with the service, quality and friendliness of the company and its staff. We employed Fine Dining in Style this May to create a quite splendid lunchtime extravaganza the day after our son's wedding. We did absolutely nothing - Fine Dining provided the booze, set up at lease five different cooking stations with great salads, plus scrumptious desserts. Their staff were there to serve and help for five hours and then cleared everything away without us even noticing them. We could not recommend them more highly.

The food was AMAZING, and by far the best of our whole holiday - we wouldn’t have changed a single thing about it. On behalf of us all, please also say a big thank you to your wonderful staff and especially the Chef of course: the food was simply the best and the service was of the highest standard and so friendly too.

WARNING to any potential people wanting to do business with katerouse at FineDininginstyle. They won't honour any contract. Paid 5k deposit for a party 18 months in advance. Was soon clear they're unprofessional, uncommunicative they especially the MD Kate. She will make excuses all the time. I requested my money back. They have refused to return my deposit and not honoured the contract. She NOW says company ceased trading and she has NO obligation. DO NOT use them unless you want to be scammed.
