Nice staff and store but not sure my brief was listened to. In all paperwork flowers were suggested that I specifically said I didn’t like as well as my name was also spelt wrong. Attention to detail for wedding flowers is everything.

I just have to say something.. I have been a regular customer. If the owner is in the atmosphere can be cut with a knife. She looks at me like I am below her. She does not realise what a lovely team she has... but after her rudeness to me the other day...I guess I laughed to loud... I know I will find another florist. A florist should be a happy place with the owner communicating with her customers...smiling...and showing some form of gratitude. Without customers no business. Even my friend on her first visited and who runs a florist was shocked.

They might have good flowers so not commenting on this. But no offers of options of helpful tips to bring costs down. Provided all flower pictures myself. Took a long time to go back. It was originally our suggested one through planner, but things changed. Glad they did, as our new florist was much more helpful.

Ely did some of the flowers for our wedding, great job and can recommend. Less expensive than some of the others on offer but the quality was ver very good.
