BE AWARE! We were quoted a price for accommodation and paid our deposit in good faith...only after deposit was paid they said they could not honour the price (their error, which they still haven't admitted!) No accountability nor apology for all the inconvenience this left us. Booking now cancelled and await return of monies....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, just pleased we found out before we paid full amount.

Being the owner of many properties in the Eastern Algarve I have found working with Mars Algarve an absolute delight. Over the years we have used previous companies to manage our properties. Until now we have not been able to rely on the day to day running and maintenance. We are now able to leave the properties in the capable hands of a professional team of individuals who really do care about their clients.

Mars Algarve were responsible for managing my penthouse apartment following a recommendation by the furniture company who provided all the fittings. I can say that from day one they portrayed a friendly and professional image and all guests without exception left positive feedback in respect of their management service. As a property owner I can say that we have enjoyed a friendly relationship with the owners of Mars who have gone out of their way to accommodate any issues or difficulties. Should anyone be looking to appoint a managing agent I would have no reservation in recommending them.

I have an apartment managed by Mars Algarve and having just bought a second apartment that too will be managed by them. Their service and professionalism is second to none. I am always astounded at their continued hands on service and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation from May 1-11 in Fuseta thanks to Mars Algarve. Mars had us so well prepared with their online guide to our rental and the area that we were able to enjoy more and lose less time. The rental was fantastic, we felt like locals. Samantha, Olesia and Aline were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't book a vacation without Mars Algarve!

not recommandable, no professionalism, hot tub out for when we arrived and too when we leave ! other free apartment with hot tub ok but they have always a good reason for don't respecting their contract and commitments : lies, apologies but no service, and no refund !! ...the customer is only passing !!so go your way too

Contrariamente ao comentário anterior, devo dizer que - embora os preços sejam algo elevados para o mercado português - não tive qualquer problema na estadia, sendo perfeitamente acompanhado. A única nuance era a questão da impossibilidade do quarto principal ficar virado para a Ria Formosa e não existir a possibilidade de tapar completamente a luz solar. Diga-se de passagem que a Mars Algarve disponibilizou-se a facultar uma venda (eyes blinds). Deste modo, apenas posso acreditar que o comentário anterior seja motivado unicamente por má fé...

Not recommendable!! This compagny is very unfriendly and not helpful. I rented an apartment with them and they did not give us back our deposit based on lies.
