Great service and a lot of fun. The personal was very proffesional and took good care of children. Our kids had a blast on the boatride and the trip would have been worth it even without the dolphins. We gladly recomend everyone to take trips with Blue Fleet!

Sehr nettes Team und auch gut im manövrieren in den Grotten. Waren am 3.Mai mit der Tour in den Grotten von Benagil, trotz etwas rauer See war der Hinweg entspannt. Die Höhlen wurden kurz beschrieben und es war immer ausreichend Zeit für Fotos. Auf dem Rückweg gab es noch das besondere extra, das Team hatte einen Tipp bekommen das Delfine in der Nähe gesehen wurden und haben spontan die Tour um ca. 1 Stunde verlängert. So bekamen wir quasi 2 Touren zum Preis von einer. Das Team stellt so die zufriedenheit der Passagiere über den Profit mit mehreren Touren. Werde auch beim nächsten Urlaub wieder eine Tour mit BlueFleet einplanen dafür ist die Auswahl auch groß genug. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This office is inside the train station. There are also booths around the marina to sign up to tours, or you can sign up online.
Really enjoyed the 1 hr boat tour of the coastline, with Louis (spelling?). I felt we got an excellent overview of the coastline and loved going in and out of some of the caves, archways and other features.
Louis had a great personality and seemed to know all the other guides out on the water. Also he definitely has some boat skills!
We also interacted with someone emailing from the office to reschedule our tour as a driver was sick, and the communication was fast and professional.
Recommend!

- super sympathischer Tourguide (Bootsführer) , der uns an die coolsten Locations der Küste brachte
- bei leicht bewölktem Wetter und 22 Grad am besten zu genießen
- Boot mit Schwimmwesten für jeden Passagier
- unvergessliche 75 Minuten mit atemberaubenden Bildern (vor allem mit Kameras mit Slowmotionfunktion)
- Preis/Leistung absolut unschlagbar

We went on a grotto tour to Ponta da Piedade in January. It was beautiful! The sun came out so now and then and showed of the stunning colors of the cliffs contrasting with the different shades of blue of the ocean. Joaquim was our guide who was more than happy to share all interesting facts about the beaches and rock formations we cruised by. This tour is definitely a must when visiting Lagos. Get your cameras ready and book online to assure your seats! Highly recommended!

We did a 1h15m grotto trip and it was excellent! Our guide was informative and a great skipper; taking us right into the caves. Seeing the cliffs from the sea was much better than the view from the top.

sehr professionell, von der guten deutschsprachigen Beratung durch Anja, über ein Boot in gutem Zustand, bis hin zum tollen Schiffsführer, der trotz Wellen in alle Höhlen gefahren ist. Super Tour, ein Highlight unseres Algarve-Urlaubs und ein must have. (vorher anfragen fahren aufgrund Wellengang nicht jeden Tag)

Top class professional trip.We did the 3 1/2 hour voyage and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.Plenty of time for swimming off the boat, food excellent and no end to drinks of choice offer.The crew were amazing.

Abbiamo provato il tour in kayak, partenza ore 12.30 dal porto. Questa compagnia lavora solo con pagamenti on-line, ma lo staff è veramente gentilissimo e esaustivo nelle spiegazioni. Dopo 15 minuti in barca, durante i quali le guide ci hanno spiegato tutto, abbiamo raggiunto il punto da cui avremmo proseguito in kayak. Grotte stupende, mare pulitissimo e guida che spiega tutto dettagliatamente e aiuta in caso di bisogno. Prima di tornare al porto ci siamo trattenuti una mezz'oretta a fare tuffi dalla barca.
Esperienza consigliatissima per chi vuole visitare la bellissima costa.

Just got off the boat for the 1.15hr tour and it was amazing. Our captain was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. 5 stars! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Netter Touranbieter direkt am Hafen von Lagos. Es empfiehlt sich direkt früh da zu sein und eines der ersten Boote zu nehmen, da es bereits ab 10:30/11:00 auf dem Wasser sehr voll wird. Das ist dann purer Massentourismus. Wir haben die 9:45 Ponta da Piedade Tour gemacht und waren vollends begeistert. Wir hatten das Boot für uns allein und der Bootsführer war sehr nett und erklärte alles in Ruhe auf Englisch. Der Verkehr auf dem Wasser war zu dieser Zeit noch nicht sehr dicht.
Die Tour ist wirklich schön und es gibt viele tolle Felsformationen zu bestaunen. Respekt dafür, wie lässig und souverän die Jungs durch die teils sehr engen Höhlen manövrieren.
Preislich völlig ok.

Hicimos el tour de 75 minutos por las grutas. Un paseo en barca increíblemente bueno. El patrón de la embarcación es un profesional excelente. Controla perfectamente el bote entrando en las grutas, te explica todo lo que ves (en español), muy agradable. Tuvimos suerte y avistamos delfines a la vuelta a puerto.
Recomendado 100%.

Die Grottenfahrt konnten wir spontan buchen und so schnell teilnehmen. Der Guide konnte sogar etwas Deutsch, was nicht nötig gewesen wäre, aber dann doch in einigen Situationen gut war. Er kannte sich gut aus, hat an schönen Spots lange genug gehalten und konnte uns viel erklären und zeigen. Es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt, die Küste auch nochmal vom Wasser aus anzuschauen.

We had a wonder experience on the boat ride.
On the other hand boat driver/guide gave us the best experience which will stick on people's mind for the future.
Staffs were very humble, generous and genually wanted to help all the visitors to get best out of Lagos.
Definitely must do!

Un viaje espectacular por la costa, el guía muy profesional, nos explicó todo con detalle, muy respetuoso con las otras lanchas, kayaks y personas nadando (aunque nadar entre los grutas es muy peligroso por el tráfico de botes) nos planteamos volver ha hacer la misma ruta en kayak con la misma empresa

Highlight experience of our trip to Portugal. We booked through TripAdvisor the 50/person tour that includes appetizers, food, drinks and a tour of the caves on a smaller boat.
We thought it would be a basic food package but the crew on board was amazing and took good care of us, frequently asking if we wanted more drinks. Everyone was very social and friendly. The food served was excellent and drinks selection varied.
Our captain was very skilled and the caves are worth every single penny.
We also had the opportunity to swim in the ocean when the boat was anchored.

We took the Dolphin trip and it was a great experience for the whole family (our daughters are 18 & 21). The ride out was exciting enough, but to see dolphins in the wild was incredible. And then we saw a Minke Whale as well, so felt incredibly lucky. And then a blast back into port, where the captain threw the boat around a bit on the final stretch, which thrilled our 19 year old. Highly recommended - a trip to be remembered.

We chose Bluefleet because of the great reviews and were so pleased we did. Unfortunately although there was no wind there was unexpected swell which caused my wife and daughter to feel (and be) sick.
They immediately took us and another family off the boat and back to shore, giving us a full refund. They were friendly and informative throughout.
They told us that only 5-10% suffer from this and that’s probably right as everyone else (me included) were fine.
Thank you for a great service and I certainly enjoyed the trip to the grottos.
I can’t recommend this company enough.

Took the 20€ cave tour. Was a great experience the guide knew his boat better than i know my car. Is careful with all the kayaks around and was not afraid to tell them when they were not acting properly. Good quality price for 1h15min tour

La persona que nos llevó es un auténtico peligro en el mar. Algún día provocará una tragedia, no tiene ningún cuidado de kayaks, paddles y bañistas. Si todos son así mejor no reservar con esta empresa.
Edit: Jaja la típica respuesta de tengo un amigo x como voy a estar contra los x... Por lo menos sí reconoce que no respetan a los bañistas. En fin visto el tono de la respuesta, lo que parecía que era cosa de un solo empleado es norma general en la empresa.

Una actividad 10. Las grutas son espectaculares. otro 10 para Luis el guía. siendo los únicos españoles nos ha explicado todo en nuestro idioma. un hombre super divertido q no ha parado de bromear con nosotros, pararse y esperar a q terminasemos de hacernos fotos.

Es lamentable el mal comportamiento y la falta de educación de los pilotos con bañistas, nadadores, buzos, kayaks y paddle. No solo no los respetan en absolutos sino que se esfuerzan por hacer desagradable su travesía e incluso peligrosa. No recomiendo usar este servicio debido a la falta de control de los pilotos que hacen la travesía desagradable y peligrosa para bañistas y pasajeros.

Personnel vraiment sympatique et gentil, on a mangé un bon petit repas petit tapas avant l'excursion dans les grottes. Tout pour se relaxer et passer un bon moment. A faire, pour le prix ça vaut vraiment le coup. Nous avons été ravis.

Accueil au sand sympathique avec une personne qui a fait des efforts pour parler français et nous arranger aux mieux. Nous avons choisi de faire la grande balade soit 3h30
Repas sympathique dans un cadre idyllique avec boisson à volonté Malheureusement nous somme rester au moins 2h30 au même endroit.. On pensait qu on allee bouger... Dans les 2h30 nous avons fait environ 30 minutes de visite près des falaises...C'est vraiment très jolie !!!

Personnel sympa en particulier pour la reservation.
Guide debutante qui avait des commentaires assez minimalistes.
Nous avons pris un depart de Lagos pour Benaghil et franchement le trajet en speedboat est deplaisant, on passe 25 minutes sur un manege permanent assez mauvais pour le dos.
La visite etait en revanche jolie.

Prima gids/stuurman die met veel humor ons de grotten rond Lagos liet zien. De moeite waard. Uiteindelijk zijn er natuurlijk tal van boten die de grotten en kust van Lagos laten zien, dus wat het verschil tussen de verschillende boten is, blijft onduidelijk. De omstandigheden (weer, zonlicht, golven, etc.) bepalen natuurlijk het belangrijkste van de tocht. Evengoed een hele leuke ervaring.

Estuvimos dos familias (7 personas) que íbamos juntas dando un paseo en un barco para nosotros. El barco muy bien llevado por el patrón curtido que veis en las fotos. Sacamos los tickets en el paseo. Duró creo yo sobre una hora, y vimos acantilados y cuevas preciosos en un día bellísimo de mar calma. El patrón tuvo mucha paciencia con los niños, especialmente con le muy movido de mi hijo. Para repetir. Tienen varias embarcaciones y nos parecieron bastante profesionales y amables.

Siamo stati in Algarve cinque giorni, e volevo visitare le varie grotte che ci sono e di cui ho sentito parlare meravigliosamente, allora io e il mio compagno siamo capitati in questa agenzia e abbiamo parlato con Sofia,la sua cortesia ci ha subito sorpresi facendoci vedere varie foto delle grotte e quindi entusiasti ancor prima di partire abbiamo preso i biglietti!!
La nostra escursione è durata circa un ora e 15 minuti, abbiamo viaggiato con il capitano Vasco che ci ha spiegato le varie spiagge e come arrivarci e le varie grotte portandoci all interno con la sua barca.. gentilissimo!
È stata una bellissima esperienza, consiglio vivamente questa agenzia soprattutto per la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci lavorano!!

Heute hatten wir mit unseren Kindern einen super Trip mit bluefleet unternommen. Die 3std. Bootstour hat ihren Preis, aber lohnt sich. Deutsche Begleitung, gemütliches Boot (nicht überfüllt). Super Betreuung. echt zu empfehlen
