My wife and I visited Nazare on a hot summer day and discovered Cochinha de Nazare by wandering around the tiny streets near the waterfront. We had the seafood special. It came as a huge platter with a large mixture of seafood. Some we were not certain exactly what it was. If you order the seafood platter, plan to use your fingers and lots of napkins. It seemed like about half and half tourists and locals were there for lunch the day we were there.

You cannot get fresher seafood in a more authentic environment than this. Quaint restaurant, a bit hidden off of the main drag. Friendly service and the fresh fish is grilled right outside the door. Everything was prepared simply and perfectly.

Carinissimo posto a gestione familiare. Proprietari super teneri. Abbiamo mangaito tanto e benissimo. Come spesso in Portogallo le dosi erano abbondanti quindi ad esempio per tre ragazze due piattoni di pesce sono più che sufficienti. La zuppa di pesce è deliziosa

Ristorantino a gestione familiare, poco frequentato da turisti ma molto dalla gente del posto. I sapori sono veramente ottimi e le porzioni abbondanti. Ottimo vino della casa. Prezzi nella media. Assolutamente da provare
