Nobody came up for the transfer to Lisboa airport even after double checking on web site and calling a day earlier. Called also on the day of the scheduled transfer after I figured out that no one is showing up and nobody picked up the phone on any of the provided number! If there was a no star review, that would be this one!!! Zero!!! F!!!

Booked and paid for transfer via expedia. However MTS Global said there was no record of the booking. This is untrue as i had confirmation from expedia. I was treated with great disrespect when i rang to query why my transfer had not arrived. They provided no help and just told me to contact expedia for a refund. Not great advise when you are depending on transport to make a flight home. Only for hotel staff arranging a taxi for me i would have missed my flight. Please avoid MTS Global they do not care about your transport arrangements.

Hat alles super geklappt, auch mit dem Transfer. Reiseleitung war immer erreichbar. Ausflüge auch super organisiert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Trash company that seems to hate their customers. I'll never use this company again. They had a driver waiting to pick me up but refused me because they could not verify my pickup purchase even though I had a reference number right with me. The woman at the airport refused to even listen to me and kept turning away from me. Very rude woman, very dodgy company. Could not even get through to them on the phone so I had to use a taxi.

Terrible company. Refused to pick up the phone till the 5th attempt. Hung up on me mid-conversation while I needed details and was talking to the operator. Terrible attitude by the pickup driver that was waiting for other people but not me because expedia hadn't passed over to them the details for my pickup. They left me stranded at 1am in the middle of a country I had never been to before and did not know the area of as I thought I could rely on a large company to organise such a simple task.

Worst customer service experience I had in a long time. Tried to change my pickup time over a couple of phone calls with useless, arrogant and unprofessional guy. Had to buy a new transfer in the end. Horrible people.

Do not use this company! Complaint was made via our booking agent to MTS globe and there response was complete lies. The baby car seat they tried to provide was dangerous and resulted in our group having to take an alternative transfer(they had been prepaid and refused a refund.)
