On the paper everything is good. Job, apartment and activities. I have to admit the activities were nice ! Then you have the job... with people that don't know anything supervising you. If you want to be supervisor, don't forget to be a sheep. The concept of apartment is really good, until they're blackmailing you with. after 5 months I left their apartment I still heard a sentence like "if you don't do it as we want we can take your apartment". And then it's coming the worst. I finished my contract 2 months ago and they still didn't pay my holidays !!! For a company with that much money, I didn't think it was that hard to pay 6 days back (that you owe) to an agent who was 3 days sick in the whole year... Anyway, if you're already in Portugal, don't trust them. The "employee support" team is everything except supporting the employees. And if you already there with a problem, don't forget you can still contact the CEO. He's very reactive and he's probably more into the law than his employee.... the second star is definitely just for him.

Kort en krachtig, een heel slecht bedrijf. Althans voor de Nederlanders. Waarom? Omdat wij niet gewend zijn aan zulk werk omstandigheden. Dit met betrekking tot administratief werk tot HR, begeleiding, juridishzaken, regels omtrend ziektewet, normen en waarden en noem maar op. Nou zou je zeggen ja maar bepaalde dingen kun je zelf afhandelen! Ja klopt, echter officieel en principieel behoord dit onder TP. Daarbij is engels moeilijk gesproken, dus mensen vertellen je dan maar portugees te gaan leren. Dit terwijl mensen zich hierna toe laten vliegen voor de ervaring en zijn binnen een jaar weer ervandoor. In ieder geval, ik zeg slecht erving voor mij. Wil nog nie zeggen dat het een slecht ervaring voor iemand anders zal zijn :) Als je gaat, bereid je er dan goed op voor! Kijk van te voren hoe het hier werkt met de gemeente, huisartsen, regels omtrent bezit hebben van soft drugs op zak, vakantie regelingen etc. And last but not least, enjoy Lissabon!

Nothing against teleperformance in general. But the TP APARTMENT SERVICE is the worst! They come into your room without telling you, they look into your stuff. They will come to late to pick you up at the apartment or when they move you to another place. They also place you in another city (not lisbon). Now they dropped me in a place without the proper keys, and me as an employee that (pays for the apartment) is forced to create a solution.

Sede da empresa localizada num edifício histórico. A nível de acessos de transportes públicos é muito bom tendo metro e comboio à porta.

They don't care about you as long as you are on time and work 100%. They don't treat you as a human being and don't help you with anything. Although they provide a shared flat, they expect you to live in rooms with mold and broken doors. They don't care about your health as long as you come to work.
