Unfortunately I have to give this company a 1 star due to their terrible customer service. I ordered some shoes on their website on sale. According to their T&C’s sale shoes are still eligible for free returns. When I tried to return the shoes I was told they couldn’t be returned as they were apparently a sample. They were not labelled as a sample when I made the purchase. I have tried to plead with them and pointed out these issues with their website and tried to get the issue escalated but they still will not listen to a customer.
