Tłoczno, głośno, kelnerzy nie wyrabiają z zamówieniami. Czekaliśmy bardzo długo na swoje zamówienie a potem na to by zapłacić. Szkoda bo stek był dobry.

Had a few Beers and a light lunch here. Service outside was a bit slow but apart from that all good. Brilliant place for people watching!!

Maximum two star after one week in Albufeira.....eating out every day lunch and dinner this is by far the worse experience on our last night ...ordered main and one steak ok and 2nd below average......steamed vegetables out of freezer rubbish quality and when we asked for the managed the staff refused to call him one say he left the other one told us he will call him what a shame it end a wonderful experience with such bad quality

Very bad, had issues with one of the dishes, they didn't care.. I asked for the manager, didn't even want to come to our table.. other dishes very average, not worth the price at all! Had many meals around the area the past 6 days, this is the worst so far.. vegetables was cooked out of a frozen bag for sure, very soggy.. disappointing

Prices are quite expensive but some things in the menu are reasonably priced. Had the regular burger for 10 euros and were quite good. Drinks were extremely overpriced and it was quite busy and loud due to the bar they have inside the building that blasts music.

Amazing to experience this place. Was 200 euros for 6 of us with mains, desserts and drinks. We had water, wine, cje and sangria. The brownies are to die for. The Algarve coffee is fit and really strong.
The food- we had big boy burgers, sirloin steaks and fillet steaks. All cooked as requested , all hot and plenty on your place.

Very disappointed, ordered fillet steak Diane medium when it came it was at least well done, asked server if she thought this was medium she immediately threw it in the bin and ordered again so hard to sit waiting while my wife finished hers. Brought a new one better cooked but was just not fillet. Riccardos Italian round the corner is cheaper and 100% better. Not be going back.

Was not happy with this experience. As this being our(myself and my partners) first time here we were not happy, we ordered house wine which was supposed to be €8 it turned out to be 14? Food we got a hot plate steak which we didn’t know we had to cook ourselves? They showed us to cook the whole thing but didn’t tell us we had to cut it to be able to cook it, we had to ask a waitress to put it oven she was then able to tell us we had to cut it to cook it, very disappointed. Won’t be back( if were ever back in Albufeira)

The worst place to eat in old town, do not eat there can not beleave how busy it is and the food is tasteless and well over priced would of rather gone for dona kebab and that saying something,don't understand why so busy and when been looked at reviews which are bad wish had looked before.

Der Burger war sehr sehr lecker! Vorspeisen sind nixht zu empfehlen, Bruschetta war ein kleines aufgebackenes Baguette mit wenig Tomaten lieber nicht bestellen. An sich sehr nette Leute und wie gesagt Top Burger vor allem der letzte!

Ci sono stata in tarda serata è una discoteca a 2 piani mentre al piano terra in una parte più spostata c'è la zona ristorante con tavoli anche sulla piazza principale. Anche se il locale sembra grande, con tutta la marea di gente che c'è e difficile ballare senza ritrovarsi come delle sardine in scatola. I drink mi sono sembrati buoni, prezzi normali.

Finger weg .
Hatten 2 classic burger , dachten da kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Leider reinfall -> labriges brot , matschige zwiebeln und frikadellenburger
Dann lieber ein burger zu hause in der pfanne zubereiten, bei weitem besser

Como sitio para salir de fiesta por la noche si eres español y te gusta el reggaeton es tu sitio, ponen canciones actuales, aunque en cuanto ven que se empieza a llenar de guiris ponen canciones en inglés que no he escuchado nunca.
El precio de las bebidas es muy caro. 4€ un chupito enano / 4,50 un botellín de Sagres / 3€ una cerveza media...

Não é aceitável! A comida é medíocre, sem sabor, praticamente sem acompanhamentos, com preços exorbitantes: Um bife T-Bone individual é afinal uma costoleta da fraca qualidade pela qual cobram 26,50€. As bebidas caríssimas (Água do Fastio 0,5l cobram 4,5€, uma Coca Cola 0,33Cl, 4.5€). Os funcionários não falam português, de postura antipática e desinteressada. Local a evitar!

Péssimo!!!! Não recomendo este restaurante a ninguém, comida muito má, mau atendimento, valor exagerado!! Vivem a enganar os clientes, pois não apresentam serviço nem qualidade para os valores cobrados. De lamentar!!!!

The bank is without doubt one of the best restaurants in this area.
The order was taken correctly, the food was cooked perfectly, not really a lot more to say.

Had dinner at this restaurant today. 13.8.19 food was appalling. Asked for chicken burger. The chicken was circular. Looked like it came from a frozen box. Didnt even touch it. Cut it down the middle and it was processed to the hills. Full of black spots inside it. Disgusting. Way over priced. Would not waste my time going there again. They didnt even ask if there was a problem with the chicken burger as it had not been touched. Vile vile place !!!!

Por 4 alitas de pollo (4 trozos literalmente) nos han cobrado 9€. Hamburguesas de 13€ y 15€ de la calidad de una hamburguesa de 1€ del McDonalds, todo congelado cuando se hacen llamar Steakhouse y anuncian prime beef. Nos sentimos estafados. No vayáis.

Food was fine. We've had better steaks elsewhere in Albufeira. we had to wait 40+ minutes for our mains. We felt that it was a little costly based on the quality of the food!

Pésimo. El servicio es malo y los platos son escasos y de muy baja calidad. 4,5 euros por un cocacola de grifo (aguado) y 20 euros por 100 g de carne. Nada recomendable.

The only way to enjoy a good fillet steak is to order'on the stone'. Second visit to this fine establishment 'The Bank Steakhouse in Old Town Albufeira' (on the square) and enjoying another 'fillet steak on the stone'. Looking around me, I can understand why so many people have very happy faces!!!. Time to go now (desert arriving). PS staff superb!!

A éviter, boisson chère et la viande n'est pas bonne ,ce n'est pas du black Angus comme annoncé sur la carte. Le personnel du restaurant ne veut rien entendre sur le fait que ce n'est pas de la viande 100 pourcent pur boeuf, pas de geste commercial. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Too crowded for what they offer. The music is not good (i speak for my taste) The drinks are pretty expensive.

Their stiloni on a stone steak where very nice and tinder, ate there twice and where happy every time. dont expect the service within two seconds, but its worth the wait ;)
Remember to go to the 1st floor to have a view while you eat, it's worth the few extra coins :)

Ordered a burger, all over the restaurant it advertised 100% Angus beef....my burger had never seen beef never mind Angus beef. The other party members ordered steak which they both said were OK, but nothing to write hone about. The service was good but very slow, I expected a wait as it was Saturday evening but it did seem a little excessive. All in all we won't be coming back.

Das Lokal ist einladend eingerichtet. Wir haben Steak gegessen, das Fleisch war geschmacklich gut und korrekt gegrillt. Zu den Steaks werden Pommes und Salat serviert. Wenn man allerdings die Beilagen abbestellt, zahlt man dennoch den angegebenen Preis des Gerichts. Am Abend wird es ziemlich laut, sodass ein gemütliches zusammensitzen schwierig wird.

The worst place I've ever been! Avoid at all costs! Food was cold and over priced. Waited twenty minutes to be served like someone who just couldn't care less. Worst meal in Algarve....you'd be better off getting a chippy instead!

Expensive food. Kids pizza was small and cost €7.50 even though it came from across the road and the menu said €5. Drinks are expensive. Kids food came nearly 40mins before our mains. They forgot to take the promised 10% off the bill then added extra chips. Not worth the money paid unfortunately.

The space, after dinner, is small and not good. The music is terrible and I was threatened to be expelled because I asked the DJ to play Humble from Kendrick Lamar since me and my friends wanted to hear that song. At 3 am the space is already empty. Bad experience. Never going back again...

Got offered a 10% discount, had to remind them of it after we got the bill. They forgot the eggs on our burgers, but they immediately brought them after asking. Definitely service with a smile though!

As good a steak as I've had in my mouth. Fantastic. Grilled to perfection. Medium rare, as a steak should be. Were given free drinks on arrival, would absolutely recommend.

Beware as we caught them on selling watered down drink. We where a party of 20 lads spending a lot of money. Should have wrecked the place, never be back.

Dined here on 3 separate occasions in July 2015 and had no complaints at any time. Food was great, staff were great and it was nice and clean. The only slight niggle was that when they were really busy (pretty much all the time which is a good sign in my book), the service was slower but that is to be expected.

Food is way below par. Mc Donalds is a five star restaurant compared to this place. Bad food and equally bad service which didnt come cheap. Avoid !

Great food and very modern establishment suitable for a nice family meal in the outdoor restaurant or for drinking and dancing in the upstairs seating areas and downstairs dancefloor.
