Lovely appartements, clean, nice staff, basic breakfast, adventurous parking. Location in the middle of animated noisy streets, but the windows have good noice canceling.

Ich hatte ein wunderschönes, superstylisches Apartment. Das Gebäude liegt in einer Partygegend, da kann es schon länger laut sein. Mein Apartment war Richtung Innenhof und daher komplett ruhig. Entgegen anderen Kommentaren hat das Gebäude (mittlerweile) einen Lift. Das Apartment wurde jeden Tag sauber geputzt. Frühstück kommt in einer Box vors Apartment geliefert und man kann in seinem eigenen Apartment frühstücken. Der Inhalt war ok, aber nichts besonderes und nach ein paar Tagen auch langweilig.

Great location, gets noisy at night due to a bar nearby. Breakfast service is nice but the meal itself needs some improvement. Recipient can be a little bit more friendly but overall pretty nice. Bathroom was great and the bed was great as well. One major problem is that there's no lift to the room. Beware if you have heavy luggage as you might be struggling to get up stairs if they gave you a high floor room. Overall very good, I would give a 7.8 out of 10

Прекрасное место для остановки в Лиссабоне на 7-10 дней. Уютный номер с отдельной кухней и спальней. Кухня оборудована выше всяких похвал, так что есть место для кулинарного творчества, к которому располагает качество и дешевизна местных продуктов. Завтрак приносят в корзинке к входной двери, его слихвой хватает и на полдник. Есть стойка рецепции, терраса на крыше с видом на город и внутренний двор с садиком. Однозначно рекомендую!

This place was great for my stay. In the middle of the fun part of Lisbon (if you don't like nightlife and young locals, this isn't the place for you) and close to all the touristic attractions, Colours is a great apart-hotel with great service, nice large comfortable beds and great deals for families. They offer great breakfast, paid parking available close to the hotel and free wifi.

Mooi/proper appartement. Beschrijving klopte volledig. Zonder probleem bagage kunnen stockeren buiten de incheck-/uitchecktijd. Vriendeljke en behulpzame mensen. Het ontbijt was voldoende, voor elk wat wils. Wel gelegen in een uitgaansstraat, hetgeen makkelijk is voor een avondje uit, maar zo zijn er wel meer in Lissabon. Goeie bereikbaarheid vanuit de metrostations/tramlijnen.

Está bien ubicado, en pleno centro de zona alta de Lisboa, a cinco minutos de muchas líneas de tranvía incluida la E28, de la estación de tren y metro de Chiado, por lo que en eso es ideal. Por otro lado es zona cerrada al tráfico por lo que no puedes aparcar y el hotel no dispone de parking, con lo que tienes que ir a los parking cercanos que cuestan 50€/día salvo uno que si consigues aparcar cuesta unos 13€/día, nosotros no tuvimos problema en dejarle ahí. El apartamento está bien, con todo lo necesario menos lavadora. Todas las mañanas nos dejaban una cesta de desayuno en la puerta bastante completa. Aunque el café deja un poco que desear y no hay posibilidad de un sobre de cacao. En cantidad está muy bien, en calidad nivel medio. Aceptable. Otra cosa a puntualizar es que es un poco raro el acceso al apartamento que nos dieron puesto que el hotel se compone de dos edificios uno con ascensor y el otro sin que se comunican entre sí. Teníamos que subir en ascensor hasta el quinto piso y luego bajar escaleras dos más por lo que los que tengan niños con cochecito puede suponer un problema si no te aseguras que te dan el bloque con ascensor. Por último, la calle donde se sitúa es inmejorable para salir de fiesta por la noche y cenar. Por esto puede que a algunas personas les moleste el ruido por la noche aunque nosotros pudimos dormir sin problemas y no consideramos que fuese excesivo el ruido que entraba. Por lo demás el apartamento está muy bien, reformado, con cocina pequeña pero suficiente. El trato del personal muy correcto y la limpieza también. Recomendable para aquellos que conozcan los inconvenientes y no les suponga un problema. Fuimos porque la nota que se ponía era muy alta pero sí que es verdad que los inconvenientes hacen que baje puntos.

Je reviens avec une amie d’un week-end à Lisbonne . Appartement absolument impeccable , chambre salle de bain petit coin cuisine salon rien à redire , ménage fait pendant notre absence impec . Le petit dej est déposé devant notre porte le matin à 8h. Hyper copieux on ne manque de rien , parfait. Nous sommes arrivées le matin , nos valises étaient gardées et déposées dans notre chambre après notre balade dès que l’appartement a été dispo. Alors pourquoi pas 5 étoiles ?? Rue extrêmement bruyante , très très mais alors très festive jusqu’à tard dans la nuit voir tôt sur le petit matin , un conseil soit vous allez faire la fête avec eux ou soit des boules quies !!! Mais agréable séjour chez eux

Wonderful hotel in the most convenience location. Though the old building doesn't provide lift service nor the location has direct connection of public transportation to the airport, it sits at the city center surrounded by restaurants and bars, and different landmarks! Great for travelers who doesn't mind a bit of inconvenience but taste of local hood.

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous trip to Portugal. We had the pleasure of staying at this sweet boutique hotel. The location is great, central but tucked away. There is certainly nightlife just out the front door and while we didn’t participate in any late night debauchery we were able to get a great nights rest unaffected by those choosing to celebrate. Miguel was a wonderful host making adjustments to our booking. *** we originally booked through Expedia which I don’t recommend doing. We secured a non refundable apartment through the site however upon arriving the apartment (a few doors down from the main entrance) was charming but musty. My husband who suffers from allergies and even myself who does not were uncomfortable with the smell. I will note there was an unusual amount of rain after an 11 month drought. While this apartment was adorable it was not newly renovated and had a moldy odor. After two nights in this particular apartment a few doors down Miguel helped us move into an apartment in the main building. The new space was recently renovated, adorable, comfortable and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying at Lisbon colours in the main building. It was well priced and lovely!

Отличная однокомнатная квартира. Всё новенькое! Кухня полностью укомплектована. Интерьер понравился. Мрамор В ванной. Тепло, уютно, тихо. С улицы шума вообще не слышно. Было дождливо, и ребята выдали в пользование зонт. Район тысяч баров. В субботу было много народа, шум и гам, веселье. Мы бродили по барам. Абсолютно безопасно. Пошли спать в 2 утра. В номере тишина! Прекрасно выспалась...кровати удобные, хорошие шкафы. Возвращались с прогулок всегда с удовольствием. На ресепшене работают превосходные ребята. Очень рада что остановилась именно здесь!

I stayed in apartment 2. For the price per night I can not fault it. Comfortable, modern, characterful and spacious. The apartment was cleaned daily and they even did my washing up. I stayed in November and the apartment didn't receive much natural light as it was a court yard view. The addition of an extra blanket would have made my stay slightly more comfortable. Lisbon is an amazing city , Barrio Alto ( where the apartment is located ) is home to some great bars and lively music venues. If you are looking for peace and quiet and don't intend to enjoy the night time culture, maybe this area isn't for you as it's not dead silent at night. The staff we're really friendly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lisbon Colours as it outperformed at this price level.

O apartamento que fiquei era maravilhoso e espaçoso. Por ser no centro de tudo o barulho das baladas a noite pode incomodar algumas pessoas.

Absolute Katastrophe. Uns wurde noch nie ein solcher Saustall als Appartement angeboten. Wir haben auf eigene Rechnung ein Hotel gesucht.Unser Anbieter sollte sich schämen, solche Absteigen anzubieten. Das verdient minus Sterne.

Die Apartments sind umgebaute alte Wohnhäuser inmitten der zentralen Hafenstadt. Das war der Grund für die Buchung und damit sind die Vorteile auch schon alle aufgezählt. Es ist sehr laut bis nachts um 3h, in der Dusche schimmelt es munter und von den Fenstern platzt der Lack ab. Das Personal ist nicht zu erreichen und extrem unprofessionell. Eine steuerlich korrekte Rechnung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Das Alles gibt's für den stolzen Preis von 220 EUR/Nacht. Stornierungen sind auch nicht möglich bzw nur zum vollen Preis. Finger weg!

Be careful if you book through a third party, the hotel can decide to cancel your booking. Booked my stay 3 months ago but when I arrive they inform me that my stay has been cancelled and that apparently Expedia had informed about this the day before which was not the case. Another guest who arrived at the same time as me had booked directly with the hotel one week ago so apparently the hotel found it worth more money to keep the direct bookings and cancel prior third party bookings such as mine.

Gorgeous apartment style units that feel better than home! Hotel staff are unbelievably helpful and kind.

Be careful with their cancellation policy!!! Read the terms, hidden in there are the cancellation policy which is not very flexible and if for whatever reason you have to cancel, like in my case due to bad weather and cancelled flights, they will anyways charge 100% of the cost of the room. I think this policy sucks and what is more is that is rather hidden. For this reason I'm giving lisbon Colours one star. Not because of the fee but because they do not show it to you, it appears later in the receipt you get after you have paid.
