El hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio y el personal muy amable. No tiene parking, es lo único que puedo decir que no me ha gustado. Lo demás, genial.

When we did the check out, there was not any problem. After the check out they charged 50€ from my card , without any e-mail or message. This is abuse of my details!!! When we asked what happened, they told they didn’t find the TV remote in the room, but we did not took the remote, we don’t need it. I send them 2 e-mails, but I still don’t get any reply or get back my money! This process is absoletly NOT CORRECT!!!!

Muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con lindas y cómodas instalaciones, personal muy atento.

Muito boa qualidade preço, paguei 46€ uma noite para duas pessoas, preço já com imposto municipal incluido.

Limpieza malísima. No cambian las toallas ni limpian el cuarto durante la instancia. Tampoco reponen el papel ni el jabón.

Nos alojamos en la habitación Deluxe y nos encantó, muy amplia y luminosa con todo lujo de detalles y una decoración muy bonita y acogedora. El desayuno muy abundante y el personal súper amable. A tan sólo 20 min a pié de la zona centro. Sí vuelvo a Lisboa volveré al Duplo Charme recomendado 100% Obrigado

Cea mai pozitiva recenzie pe care am scris-o vreo data! Un hotel la care corespunde realitatea cu pozele plasate pe booking, interiorul camerei este exact ca pe poze, mobilierul nou, foarte cald si confortabil, aer conditionat, televizor mare cu canale in limba Engleza, masina de cafea, apa, serviciu curatenie in fiecare zi, prosoape curate frumos aranjate, gel de dus si chiar lotiune de corp, micul dejun foarte gustos si variat de la 8:00 pina la 10:30. La 15 min. de mers pe jos pina in centrul orasului. Unicul minus ca check-in se face tirziu la orele 15:00 si nu-ti merg in intimpinare sa te lase sa intri mai devreme. Check-out la 12:00 mai tirziu in comparatie cu alte hotele. Daca m-as intoarce in Lisabona, as sta la acest hotel cu mare drag! Recomand.

Piccolo hotel recentemente ristrutturato con gusto moderno. Molto pulito, camere ben attrezzate con tv, frigo, phon, A/C, prese USB...personale gentile e disponibile. Buffet colazione ricco e vario. Tutti gli spazi sono ridotti al minimo: camere sala colazione, corridoi...pertanto, se affollato, può risultare un po' angusto

This hotel deserves 3 stars. The rooms are very pleasant and the staff is professional and very fine. A subway is close to the hotel and the reception is available 24/24.

Super hôtel pour un 2 étoiles très classe et au petit soins

Really disappointed. Room was so smell. Away from 501. They need to solve the problem. Otherwise they shouldn't charge full amount!!!!

Premettendo che per essere una categoria due stelle l Hotel è molto bello. Ottimo lavoro di ristrutturazione e design fantastico. Camere piccole ma molto confortevoli. Posizione un pò fuori dal centro ma ottima connessione a mezzi di trasporto 5/10 minuti da fermate autobus e metro. Personale cordiale. Colazione nella media. Note dolenti la scarsa attenzione alla pulizia della camera nonostante un soggiorno di quattro notti, mancanza del rimpiazzo carta igienica, mancanza del rimpiazzo del caffe in dotazione per la macchina espresso...ma la cosa più spiacevole l'odore degli scarichi della doccia ( fogna ) era insopportabile. Nonostante sia stato fatto presente, l unico aiuto ricevuto è stato un deodorante tra l altro richiesto indietro dopo un paio d ore, e nonostante il ripetuto reclamo nessuna offerta di cambio camera. Comunque consigliato ma evitate la camera 501...

Excellent hotel Everything is excellent except for two main things. Parking - On the "Booking" site it is listed that parking is available but again this is a hotel trade agreement with external parking for which completes 15 euros per night. Other than this, I had to look for parking at night only under white bars or where parking is allowed until 9 am. Besides, the staff is very kind and helpful. The other disadvantage is the location, the hotel is quite far from the city center and it takes at least forty minutes half an hour by walking. I realized that a similar hotel of the same company is also available in the city center at a similar price only later. Breakfast is fine, in a very neat and clean environment. The elevator is a bit like a magic box - very bright - something that can dazzle you after an hour or so of searching for parking.

Tolles und gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, einige haben einen kleinen Balkon. Zudem stehen Extras wie Duschgel und Bodylotion, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln bereit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind mit etwas Glück vor dem Hotel verfügbar und sind über Nacht kostenfrei. Die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Optimal für eine Städtereise!

Egy kis ékszerdoboz. A tisztaság és a kiszolgálas feledteti a szoba méreteit. Nagyon izléses berendezés. A reggeli csodás. Csak ajánlani tudom. Sajnos csak két ejszakát tudtunk itt foglalni.

Simpático, mas com recepção minimalista e o último piso não tem elevador, obrigado os utentes a subir um lanço de escadas.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, Leider die ist der Ausblick in den Hinterhof nicht schön. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir mussten um 4 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen was wir am Check in Tag gesagt haben und wir nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen werden sofort bekamen wir das Angebot für ein Picknick Bag mit Obst Brot und Getränke. Einfach super Top Hotel

Parfait et le personnel à votre écoute et très agréable

Habitaciones nuevas, con un servicial personal de recepción y buen desayuno. Aunque no está en el centro, tiene una parada de metro a 5' a pie. El único "pero" es que, aunque los baños son amplios, el espacio dentro de la habitación es algo reducido.

Decorado con mucho gusto, habitaciones muy acogedoras y, aunque algo pequeñas, son muy cómodas. Personal atento. Buen desayuno. Hay una parada de metro a 5 minutos andando (aproximadamente) que está a tan sólo 4 o 5 paradas del centro de la ciudad. Buena opción para alojarse en Lisboa.

No me explico como es un hotel de dos estrellas, he estado en hoteles de cuatro estrellas mucho peores. El desayuno bien y la única pega es que no está en el centro histórico, pero hay líneas de autobús y metro que te llevan en 5 min, para mi un diez en todos los aspectos, muy recomendable

Très joli hôtel. Beau et résolument moderne. Décoré avec goût. La classe ! Pour un 2 étoiles, le service vaut largement un 4 etoiles.

L'hotel si presenta pulito e ben arredato. La scelta per la colazione è piuttosto ampia, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. L'unica pecca sono i palazzi circostanti, mentre la metro è accessibile.

Dobrý moderný hotel. Skromné a opakujúce sa raňajky, ale úplne postačia na zasýtenie. Milý personál na recepcii, ktorý nám zohnal mapu mesta, aj žehličku, aj keď sme čakali 2 dni. Výborná poloha. V izbe by som uvítala viac vešiakov a v kúpeľni nejakú poličku. Oceňujem však čistotu a prístup personalu. Taktiež výborná poloha, blízko metro, aj pešo do centra.

Great location, 3 minutes from metro station, modern decoration and excelent service. Stayed there a couple times and love it. The breakfast is 5 stars and the rooms are super confortable. Recommend all.
