The people meeting us was late then ended up calling us and we went in on our own. It was not clean. There was hair in the bed, bathroom and all the floors. Food was still on the carpet. It was booked for 4 people and there was no bedding for the pull out couch. I had to take the douvet off my bed do my kids could have a blanket. There was dust and webs in the corners. Looked like it had never been vacuumed, we didnt want to take our shoes off. The view from the window was building under construction. They didnt provide enough towels for the 4 of us. They offered me a full refund but only gave me part of the money back saying thats all they received so thats all i get. I dont reccomend this apartment if you want to enjoy your vacation. They also charge 40 euros for cleaning. Hope this helps save others from having these problems. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Positive: We downloaded the 'Sweet Inn' App, so communicating our arrival time meant we were met at the apartment by a lovely man (Eli), who told us everything we needed to know about the apartment plus tips on bars, restaurants, transport etc. The apartment was very spacious, wifi reached every room and was fast. Nicely decorated and very clean. Keypad entry meant we didn't have to carry keys for the apartment. Very close to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, metro, train station to Sintra is 5 min walk away. The APP was superb for communication with the management company, who were friendly and got back to us on any issue and even organised a taxi to the airport:). Negative: The only issue was that a building at the back is being renovated, so building work noises from 8.30am. We left the apartment at 9am ish every day, so it didn't affect us (and isn't Sweet Inn's fault).

Positiva: El piso es precioso! La decoración esta hecha con muy buen gusto y la ubicación es de 10. Los amenities son de Nuxe y eso es un detalle muy bueno.. Negativa: El personal deja que desear, y es muy difícil comunicarse con alguien por teléfono. El apartamento estaba lleno de cristales rotos en el suelo y había una lámpara de cristal rota colocada encima del microondas. De 10 enchufes que hay en el apartamento 3 funcionan. Tampoco teníamos luz en el dormitorio principal y las sabanas del dormitorio principal estaban mal puestas y el sofa cama ni siquiera tenia cubre colchón, y tuvimos que hacer el sofa cama entero, hasta ponerle la funda al edredón. Por el precio que vale el apartamento son detalles que no pueden existir.

Positive: Great house, really welcoming and fully furnished. The location was also great. . Negative: The cleaning fee was too high for its quality. Efficient but weird check-in. Too expensive, better go to a hotel if you are a couple.

Positive: appartamento accogliente ben arredato. Negazione: l'appartamento era su due piani ma il primo piano era in cantina.. c'era molta umidità, e uno dei due bagni non aveva la doccia....

Positif: Bien situé proche du centre historique. Appartement propre et spatieux . Négatif: Travaux de plusieurs appartements en cours dans la rue et face au balcon.

Positive: Appartamento silenzioso e pulito con tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno. Letto confortevole ed angolo cottura attrezzato. Molto gentile il personale della Sweet Inn che gestisce la struttura, sempre disponibile al telefono, in chat o via mail. Ho chiesto di anticipare l'accesso all'appartamento e la sorridente Xenda si è attivata per venirmi incontro.. Negazione: Alcuni elementi di arredamento non secondari, come il tavolino e le sedie mi sono apparsi inadeguati al resto degli arredi. L'orario di check out alle 16 è troppo tardi. Per il resto tutto bene.

Positiv: Appartment ist hell und leicht zu finden, sehr zentral und theoretisch in ruhiger lage. Negativ: Weder Werbungsfotos , noch Text in der Annonce zeigten, bzw. erwähnten die Baustelle direkt hinter unserer Wand und noch eine Baustelle vor unserer Terrasse. Das bedeutete konkret, dass wir die Terrasse überhaupt nicht benutzen konnten, da wir Bauarbeiter direkt vor uns hatten und weil es auch wegen Entkernungsarbeiten gegenüber, viel Staub gab. Die Rollos mussten wir aus dem gleichen Grund immer zu haben, sonst konnte jeder in die Wohnung reinschauen. Wir hatten 7 Übernachtungen in der Wohnung. 6 aus diesen 7 Tagen wurden wir um genau 8 Uhr durch Baumaschinen geweckt. Der Verwalter hat immer wieder betont, die gesetzlichen Regelungen werden eingehalten. Nur ich hätte diese Wohnung gar nicht gemietet, hätte ich gewusst dass sie nur begrenzt benutzbar wäre (billig war sie schliesslich nicht). Tagsüber vermieden wir nämlich die Wohnung (zu viel Lärm). Sonst hätten wir uns immer wieder mit meiner Mutter (77) und Tante (72) zwischendurch ausgeruht. Ziel der Reise war letzten Endes Sightseeing und Entspannung. Was mich am Meisten frustriert hat, war die Reaktion des Verwalter Sweet Inn, der immer wieder auf die gesetzlichen Bauvorschriften hingewiesen hat, und nur auf unter sehr viel Druck sich auf 15% Preisnachlass eingelassen. Am Ende der Reise kam das schon bezahlte Pick-Up service nicht um die vereinbarte Uhrzeit so , dass wir, nach einer Halbestunde Wartezeit, doch per Metro zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Wir hatten die Abreise um 1 Stunde vorher verlegt. Es wurde uns bestätigt. Die Putzkraft war da jedoch kein Fahrer. Natürlich wurde das Geld nicht rückerstattet. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und angenehmes Wohnambiente, gute Matratzen auf für das Bettsofa, es fehlte nur einen Satz Bettzeug für Bettsofa, und an Ersatz Küchen- und Handtücher. Hoffensichtlich wird die Einheit von jemanden verwaltet, der sich wenig Gedanken über Benutzung macht. Jedoch brachte man uns Teekanne, Toaster und Bettlacken, extra Handtücher nach Nachfrage. Immerhin.

Positif: J’ai beaucoup aimé cet appartement de part son emplacement. Juste en face du Hard Rock Café. 2 stations de métro au choix juste à côté. Des arrêts de bus aussi pour aller à Belém. L’appart est très propre. La décoration très jolie et de bon goût, ça chzngd des appartements vides. Un lit bébé nous a été fourni. Suffisamment de serviettes pour la salle bains. Produit vaisselle, pour le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver fournis Produits dans la salle de bain. Sèche cheveux Personnel au top !! Tout était super. Merci

Positivo: O espaço tem imensa luz natural, com um pátio interior maravilhoso. É muito calmo, permitindo uma excelente noite de sono para recuperar de um dia cansativo. Está totalmente equipado com todas as comodidades necessárias para cozinhar e comer em casa, bem como no quarto de banho. Inclui uns chinelos de quarto por pessoa que dá um toque de estarmos num hotel-casa... é bastante espaçoso e muito confortável.

Positive: Situato in un posto centrale. Negazione: C'erano dei lavori in corso vicino alla struttura che davano fastidio. Per sbaglio mi è stata trattenuta l'intera somma dell'appartamento che avevo già pagato, effettuando varie telefonate con il gestore il giorno dopo mi è stata restituita.

Positief: Centraal, Stilte, proper, aangename inrichting, bedzetel iets minder confortabel, bed in slaapkamer uitstekend

负面: 地理位置方便，周边就是购物街，去景区或者坐车都很方便。卫生间很干净，用起来很舒适。房间设计的很好看，工具齐全，像家一样的地方。. 正面: 房间味道太大，不知道是装修的味道还是什么，比较刺鼻。楼梯狭窄，没有电梯，搬行李上下楼很辛苦。窗外就是施工现场，体验不太好。没有暖气，空调只能制冷，只提供了一个小型电暖气，2月初住起来很冷。

Pozitív: Az apartman kétszintes elosztása nagyon ideális volt a kamasz gyerekekkel. A saját aplikáció nagyon gördülékennyé tette a kommunikációt. Remek felszereltség, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Csak ajánlani tudom.. Negatív: Minden remek volt.

Positivo: O apartamento é lindo e totalmente igual às fotografias. Super confortável, banho excelente, localização o ponto mais forte. Tiveram o cuidado de deixar miminhos na casa de banho, como escova de dentes, pente, creme e shampoo de marca, assim como uns chinelos super amorosos. O facto de terem uma aplicação disponível ajuda bastante ao contacto com o alojamento a qualquer hora, respondem com imensa rapidez. Obrigada, irei certamente voltar!. Negativo: Assim que chegamos foi-nos informado que iriam ser debitados da conta 36 euros: taxa turística (tudo bem) e taxa de limpeza (esta foi a parte que não entendi). A limpeza das vossas instalações é algo que deve ser da vossa responsabilidade e estar incluído no valor cobrado inicialmente.
