Lovely apartment. Well placed for walking into the city and well-served by public transport. The owner was exceptionally helpful.

Все соответствует описанию апартаментов. Нам не хватало утюга и доски для глажки. Хозяева привезли сразу же по нашей просьбе, чем приятно удивили нас. Рекомендуем.

Bel appartement avec terrasse. Assez bien équipé. A éviter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. 4 étages à gravir dans des escaliers étroits. Les nuits sont calmes et la literie très confortable. Belle salle de bain.

Very nice property. In a good location that you can access all areas of the city from. I would stay here again.

Nice apartment in Graca! The rooms and beddings are comfortable. However, the stairs in the building are a bit narrow ,so if you've a lots of luggage I'll advise the 1rst floor . In all lovely place will all required amenities.

Really nice appartment near St. Apolonia train station. Small climb uphill to get there though. The interior of the apartment is straight forward but no lack of any essentials. Teresa our contact was very focussed on our well-being and the contact was quick and easy through whatsapp. Also provided us with some great local tips.

Positive: It was a lovely apartment. Negative: Needed drawers for our clothes and hooks in bathroom would be helpful

Positiva: Apartamento moderno y amplio viajando con niños, Teresa la chica que nos recibió muy maja y en una zona aunque algo apartada muy tranquila.. Negativa: Mas espacio de almacenaje en cocina y en baño. Las escaleras una aventura aunque nos defendimos con los peques.

Положительный: Живописные окрестности, часть достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Поблизости несколько небольших магазинчиков, цены в которых иногда оказывались даже ниже, чем в крупных.. Негативный: Очень не понравилась ванная комната. Мы успели пожить в этом отеле в двух номерах, и проблемы одни и те же: отсутствует вентиляция, из-за чего полотенца не сохнут в принципе, нет никаких приспособлений для развешивания полотенец и вещей- крючков , вешалок, перекладин и т.п., так что полотенца приходилось складывать на унитазе(можно на полу). Сушить выстиранную одежду можно только на нагревательном котле в прихожей.

Positiva: Muy buena equipación del apartamento, instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Pozytywna: Duży, świeżo wyposażony, bardzo wygodny apartament, ciekawie urządzony, z widokiem na starą ulicę. Olbrzymi taras. Wygodny duży stół. Bogato wyposażona kuchnia. Sprawna i cicha klimatyzacja z ogrzewaniem. Bardzo cicha okolica. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego i kultowego tramwaju 28. Można też piechotką w 10-15 minut dojść do Alfamy i do punktów widokowych. Blisko małe spożywcze sklepiki, 10 min do większego.. Negatywna: Brak szafy lub wieszaków i półek na ubrania (design przeważył nad praktycznością)-były w łazience, ale to nietrafiony pomysł. Dotyczy to apartamentu z balkonem nr 4, ponieważ znajomi w apartamencie nr 3 mieli wieszaki w pokojach. Utrudnione otwieranie lodówki i drzwi od łazienki- ładne gałki ale niefunkcjonalne-ap.4. W łazience w apartamencie 4 trochę czuć było chlorem z kanalizacji, ale minimalnie, w ap. 3 nie było tego zapachu. Ale to wszystko były drobiazgi w porównani u z olbrzymimi plusami.

Excelente apartamento, muito confortável e com uma decoração muito bonita. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Muito bom para disfrutar de Lisboa, é como estar em casa!

Positif: L'appartement était conforme à ce qu'on attendait. Le personnel et le service ont été excellents et ça par contre on ne pouvait le prévoir car c'est moins souvent le cas. On y retournera!

Positivo: Pequeno, mas completo. Até máquina de lavar louças tem.. Negativo: Apesar de limpo, havia um xampu aberto no chuveiro. Acredito que tenha sido falta de atenção de quem limpou.

Positive: Nice place close to the city centre with amazing view at the river. Cozy but beauty and feels like home.. Negative: Little issues: we did not manage to use stove, leak from the roof

Positive: Very Clean & comfy apartment - had everything we needed.. Negative: Stairs were very steep to third floor especially with small kids. Also there was a strong odour in the bedroom beside bathroom but told host and they were going to investigate after we left.

Positiv: Sehr schöne, geräumige und moderne Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, ruhige Lage, etwas abseits aber nahe an Busstation. Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe.. Negativ: WC Türe nicht schliessbar, was recht mühsam ist. Internet schwach in der Wohnung.

Positiv: Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Alle wichtigen Sachen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bushaltestelle, tolle Aussichtspunkte...) sind nicht weit entfernt.

Positiv: Sehr sauber. Sehr neu. Freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Terrasse mit einer Dusche. Freundliches dennoch verplantes Personal.. Negativ: Ich habe auf weitere Fragen vom Gastgeber keine Antworten erhalten. Es war nicht klar wo wir den Schlüssel lassen sollen. Verbrauchsgüter wie Tee Kaffee oder Handtücher waren zu wenig. Wohnung hatte kleine Macken wie quietschende nicht schließbare Türe und lockere Armaturen.

Fabulous modern apartment in the historic quarter of Lisbon. Immaculately presented with a big roof terrace. Great base for exploring the city, and super-friendly and helpful service.

Positive: L'appartamento è molto carino, funzionale, pulito ... si può dire nuovo ! La proprietaria è stata molto gentile. Negazione: Purtroppo la zona non è delle migliori, non è facile trovare parcheggio.

Positiivinen: Nimensä veroinen viihtyisä, tyylikäs, skandinaavinen, erittäin siisti...ylitti odotuksemme. Loistava paikka!

Positivo: A disponibilidade da proprietária foi total, desde o dia em que fizemos a reserva. Respondeu a todos os e-mail sempre com uma simpatia e gentileza fantástica. O apartamento é fabuloso. Completamente renovado, equipado com tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. É muito confortável e está muito bem localizado pois permite percorrer uma das belas zonas históricas de Lisboa a pé! Adorámos e recomendamos! É o ideal para duas famílias (5/6 pessoas). E... chegar e ser recebido com umas natas crocantes e fresquinhas, seguidas de um belo Nespresso só demonstra o cuidado e o carinho com que o Cozy Lisbon trata os seus clientes.
