the Hotel is very clean and the family room given to us is quite and perfect! the hotel staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. the hotel is so close to everything namely Rossio metro station, restaurants, stores, shopping malls, supermarket and tram 28 Martim Moniz station (opposite Hotel Mundial). we enjoyed our stay here (16-19 Feb 2020) and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I received a cancelation email from the hitel the day of travel requesting me to call them by phone to sort some presume issues with my credit card on file. I was of course not able to make an international call at that time and was forced to book online on another hotel witht he same credit card and without issues.

All that we needed for a comfortable night’s rest in Lisbon, ( especially in comparison to other more expensive/“luxe” accommodation options in the area... making it feel like great value for money.They have created sense of space and calm on a busy street with limited area.Absolutely fantastic location with many of the cities treasures literally on the doorstep.I would suggest that the hotel invest in better hairdryers and allow them to be plugged in anywhere in the room, ( it was tricky to get ready as if someone was in shower, other 2 could not dry their hair) and better ventilation in the bathroomWe hope to return next time we stay in the city..

Sehr zentrale Lage beim Rossio Platz. Zimmer sind neu ausgestattet und schalldichte Fenster da die Strasse doch sehr belebt ist. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Die Betten sind gut und das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Grösse.

The hotel is located right in Rossio square. The building is completely renovated and modernized. The staff are extremely helpful. I was surprised that they accomodates anything. Day 1 my daughter got sick from a restaurant (thats for another review), hotel without flinching provides us extra towels, sheets, anything we need. We needed some printing for tickets to venues, they assisted, we needed saran wrap to pack custard tarts, not a problem.Overall rooms are great. Clean. Fantastic service. Free coffee and custard tarts. Just situated in an old street which has its own charm.

Estuvimos el año pasado y muy bien . Centrico , en una calle peatonal con muchos bares, restaurantes, tiendas. Cerca de la plaza del Rossio y la plaza del Comercio . Muy recomendable calidad precio

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We stayed in 2 rooms, the first room was on the street and quite noisy at night (to be expected) but the second room was off the street and much quieter.
