Once you realise this property is in the outer suburbs, you will be impressed when the security gates open and you get to see it. Great property and staff its best feature. A quick taxi ride 6 euro to the train station, half hour journey to Lisbon city. Leave your car at secured hotel carpark. This is a great contemporary property with lovely pool area. Highky recommend

Good hotel, high standard, very clean, very friendly staff. In may there was few visitors - we had pool only for ourselves ;-)
Disadvantages:
- poor breakfast
- again: ok there is not much choice during breakfast but at least supply all ingredients! Every day we have to ask again and again for yogurt or something else. Better get option without breakfast for yourself.
- this hotel is situated in the middle of nothing. Really nothing! There is no stores/restaurants. Even if you have a car this is annoying driving everywhere. It is quite far to main roads (no easy access).

What a beautiful, quiet place! It was the perfect ending to a busy travel day. The bed was so comfy, and the view from our room the next morning was even better! Breakfast was delicious, and included espresso coffee. We would love to stay here again!

Big rooms and friendly staff. Isolated place though. Breakfast very basic. Room was cold at arrival, soap etc. not replaced during 3 days. Limited availability of the menue items. Woke up from a leaking sprinkler...
I am really surprised about the high ratings for this place...

Établissement neuf et très propre. Chambre familiale très grande (45m2). Jolie terrasse donnant sur une jolie piscine. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hôtel éloigné de tous commerces donc véhicule indispensable.

The staff were excellent, surprising me with a small cake for my birthday. The pool was lovely, albeit not good weather for ir right now!, surrounded by fabulous gardens to relax in. The local restaurants suggested are fantastic with some of the best food youll ever taste at amazing prices, especially some Bacalhau and good steaks! Highly recommend for business trip, close to Tagus Park and Lagoas Park business centers, just a 10/15minutes drive. Also for a relaxing stay that is away from the hustle of the city but just a 15 minutes drive away. Overall a great trip! Unbeatable price/quality. Great price for excellent room sizes and facilities. Mattress one of the best Ive slept in, 5* quality

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la habitación grande, las camas muy cómodas,el baño grande, un armario vestidor que te gustaría llevártelo a tu casa, la atención de Joao, Pedro y Paula exquisita, el desayuno fantástico, localización muy cerca de estación de tren para desplazarse a Lisboa, a Sintra, etc, un lugar al que volveremos seguro, 100% recomendable.

Estive há 3 semanas neste hostel que é bem melhor que muitos hotéis. Decoração moderna, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, tudo privado e com excelente atendimento.
Sossegado e com uma excelente piscina, ideal para minha família de 3 filhos.
Se tiver necessidade de voltar, não hesitarei em escolher novamente o Hilltop Oasis.

From the moment we booked this hostel Daniela (the host) was very helpful. She sent me a whatsapp message with instructions on how to arrive at the hostel.
After a long day we checked in a little late and Daniela was very accommodating.
The location is very clean, spacious with plenty of secure parking for free. The hostel is basically a beautiful home/mansion with multiple rooms for guests and a very nice pool.
On the morning of check out we checked out a little late to which Daniela again had no issues with.
It was 11.15am when we checked out and breakfast ended at 10.30am however Daniela went through the trouble of bringing out all the breakfast plates again after she already packed it away.
Daniela you are a wonderful host and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay that is quiet, pleasant and beautiful that still has easy access by car to Lisbon city centre Highly recommended if you are travelling by car.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because it's located in a quiet area, the rooms are comfortable with a nice view to the garden and a great sized pool. Breakfast is delicious with different options of cereals, pastries, scrambled eggs, fruits, etc. The staff is so kind and helpful, they try their best to make you have a pleasant stay. Would stay again!!

Hôtel très intimiste modèle à l'américaine. Une chambre très grande et spacieuse pour une grande famille.
Pas à côté de la plage mais dans un village calme et en retrait.
Je ne comprend pas pourquoi c'est marqué près de la plage.
Petit déjeuné en buffet mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Hotel muito agradável quarto muito amplo e limpo camas confortáveis ,casa de banho limpa e bem equipado . Pequeno almoço incluído MUITO GRANDE e delicioso . Recomendo a quem queira descansar ou sair do stress do dia a dia .

If you get past the weirdness it's pretty good for a really good price. The rooms are cozy and beautiful but the breakfast is a bit lackluster, no eggs or bacon, the only Keto or meat option is the sliced ham and cooked small sausages.

We felt safe at the Oasis and our stay was comply, did not see a good lounge area to have cocktails, the staff brought them to our room. We did leave to catch our flight and the gate was opened for us. Would stay there again, but it is nothing unique to Portugal.

Encontrarlo fue difícil por alguna razón el GPS ni lo tiene en el mapa, pero si les pasa lo mismo cuando encuentren la calle conduzcan hacia la derecha por debajo de un puente y sigan derecho una portón grande a mano izquierda, en letras pequeñas está el nombre del hotel. El personal es muy muy amable. Tiene closet gigante la habitación es amplia. Toallas limpias todos los días. El baño le faltan muebles no hay donde colocar las cosas de aseo. La televisión tiene mala señal por el viento supongo, pero igual todos los canales están en portugués. La piscina va bien. El desayuno es siempre lo mismo a los dos días estas aburrido. No tienen una recepción como tal.

I would like to report to Hotels.com that I could not check in to this property, as they did not open the gate (it supposed to have a car parking) - and did not answer the ring bell (even for me to enter without the car). I found this property advertising to be extremely misleading, as when I arrived at the property door - about 9pm I saw the small sign “hostel” next to the bell… and after I rang a few times, nobody came to open - and the door did not open at all. This was not my expectative, as I stay always in hotels and preferably 4 stars when possible. This was totally not the case. This property is also very far away from everything, which made me fell unsafe to go back at that time of the night in a very dark place - to find another accomodation, which I did in Sintra. Please rectify your advertising about this property to avoid the same unpleasant experience to others.Sincerely,

Generally nice place to stay for several nights. We had one room with 5 single beds (2 of which can be combined into large double) and s very large balcony on side of the swimming pool. But you can only enjoy that if you find the place... There is little indication from outside road that this place is here. The other thing to remember (but not a complaint!) is that there is only breakfast and no lunch/dinner so you need to have your own car when staying here.

Taille de la chambre pour 4 impeccable, un lit 2 personnes extra large , dressing ce qui évite les valises dans la chambre... Volets electriques !! Hotel pas très loin de Lisbonne, cascais, sintra , super pour visiter.
Par contre les balcons ne sont pas individuels... A partager avec les voisins... 1 piscine sur les 2 fermée ce qui fait parfois beaucoup de monde dans et autours de la piscine... Il n'y a absolument pas QUE 6 chambres !!!!!
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Nos gusto mucho por la ubicación que a pesar de estar un poco apartada del pueblo es perfecta para descansar y dormir sin ruido. Esta todo muy limpio y las camas son cómodas. El chico de recepción se merece un 10 es muy atento y salimos muy contentos con el trato que nos dio, tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar Lisboa

The location is quite far from the city so it is suitable only if you have a car.
This could have been a good idea though, as many people would be OK to drive there.
But what let the place down is the build and the facilities. The building complex seems to have been unsold "luxury" apartments. The build quality is so and so and we were given the worst room in the complex: right beside "reception" and "breakfast room". (I'm using quotes as nine areas are suitable for their purpose: the reception is a table on a hall and the breakfast room is a repurposed bedroom, with barely room for 5 tables).
The room 102 was mouldy, noisy and unsuitable for rental. The foundations are not properly insulated and humidity got into the walls; it is a health and fire hazard and not fit for usage.
It is a pity as the place could be fine is issues are fixed.
