Had the pleasure of staying at the Patio Sao Vicente this past weekend for a surprise birthday party for a friend. What a beautiful property! The guest houses had everything we could need, soap, shampoo, and the mini kitchen too, even coffee - and not instant - real coffee to make a fresh cup. All the details were greatly appreciated by all the guests. And the design of the spaces in the houses themselves was genius, just well done!! Location is great, easy to walk to markets and you have taxis and "tuk tuks" ready to take you anywhere you want. We will go back to Lisbonne, and to this beautiful guest house!!!

Great vacation rental, Victor responded quickly with any questions we had and also had excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Wonderful living area, brand new and modern apartment with gorgeous outdoor patio. The beds were big and very cozy. Speedy WiFi within the apartment and patio area. Shower was powerful with a huge tube that can fit 4 people! The property is less then a 3 minute walk from the market where they had great gift ideas for your friends. Location is very convenient and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is well equipped, cooker, microwave and coffee machine - with coffee waiting for us. It is so clean you could eat off the floors! The apartment is centrally located where you are minutes away from the main attractions. We will be back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a beautiful mesmerising week in Lisbon. The house is beautifully designed in a retro chic style and is incredibly comfortable and quiet. It is conveniently located near the Cathedral Sao Vicente making it the ideal place in which to explore the Graca and Alfama neighbourhoods. After putting your bags down you will only have to stroll down the hill for a couple minutes before you discover lots of charming restaurants with live Fado singing. This place is an absolute gem.

El sitio es perfecto no le falta ningun detalle , camas comodas silencio y una terraza fantastica , de esos sitios que te gustaria quedarte a vivir . Pero lo mas fantastico de todo fue Olinda , un trato perfecto , te hace sentirte como en casa , he viajado mucho y nunca me encontré con una persona igual . Todo un 10

An oasis - the place to feel on holiday in the midst of a big city! The apartment was beautifully designed, making maximum use of the space. Check-in and out were easy. The spot is very peaceful but in a lively area with good restaurants and places to have a drink with a view of the city.

Lovely,tucked away,location,very quiet, yet close to amenities, and fascinating walks in 'Old' Lisbon.Very clean and tidy inside.

Fantastic place! Highly recommend staying here. If you plan to walk into Lisbon I would not recommend it, but there is public transportation right near the place so you can certainly take that. The hosts were super great as well and fairly priced too!

What an amazing experience! The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and spacious, and it felt like we were actually relaxing at home and not staying in a crowded hotel. We utilized the terrace daily and the lady that helped us check in was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things; will absolutely be back!

Un appartement tout neuf et original, avec de belles ouvertures vitrées, très propre, très calme, bien équipé, et très bien situé pour arpenter Lisbonne.

Ich war dort ende April / anfang Mai. Super zentral gelegen, super netter Gastgeber. Mit dem Roller haben wir von da aus ganz Lissabon erkundet, wie auch Sintras. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft vom Herzen!
