We loved the location it was close to everything. Wonderful coffee shop next door . Lots of space and very clean . I have no complaints about this property.

Lage ist superzentral und perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuß. Unterkunft war sauber. Kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Ich würde sie wieder nutzen.

Its in Baixa, which is the old and the best place to stay in Lisbon when on a break. It gives you real Lisboa feel. After spending 4 days in Lisbon, I can confirm that in my opinion Baixa and Chiado are the places to stay in Lisbon.Coming back to the apartment itself:- We had booked via E X P E D I A. Decent priced apartment in Baixa. As soon as I booked it, got email to pay the City tax which I did online. - Despite making several requests to allow a prior check in, they didnt entertain us and provided a code that would work at the door from sharp 2pm, and not anytime before.- There are many mini markets around the apartment from where we bought:* Coffee, Milk, Wines, Bread, Butter, Jam, Cheese- Inside the apartment, there is everything:* Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Cutleries, Air Conditioner, Toaster, Hair Dryer- When you enter the apartment complex, stairs, rooms & everything else is super clean, modern and spotless.- There were some issues with the apartment, but you could possible ignore because of the great location you are in, however if the owners are reading this, they could improve on the following:i) There are no shower gels / shampoo provided for bath.ii) Only 1 set of towels per person is provided and when I emailed them for more towels there were priced at 4 Euros per person.iii) There is no cleaning of the apartment during your stay - which I found a bit odd.iv) Sleep quality was ok as I didnt like the pillows and mattress much

Situation exceptionnelle en plein centre ville historique, très proche du métro Baixa Chiada. Mais, revers de la médaille, vous ne pourrez pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (sur rue en tous cas) ni les laisser ouvertes dans la journée dailleurs. Vous supporterez tout ce que lon peut produire de pire pour des touristes! Comme dhabitude à locarina par une aveugle dès le réveil, tam-tams divers toute la journée et enfin Fado bas de gamme pour les touristes attablés jusquà au moins minuit!Bref, logement exceptionnel, propre et très bien équipé mais Lisbonne se meurt du tourisme de très grande masse sans aucune régulation. Sinon, pour du shit ou de la coke il suffit de se balader minutes pour sen procurer et ce, partout dans Lisbonne

Location was great - close to a lot of main attractions; very clean and the rain shower was awesome after a long day out and about.

The apartment is in a brilliant location , close to bars , shops , trains , tram and sightseeing of Lisbon . Facilities are good . The property could do with a fresh painting , walls marked etc and towels are old needed replaced On the day of leaving the cleaning lady was there 1 he before the time of check out . It made me feel under pressure to leave .

The property is within the walking distance to everything, from train station to grocery stores.Everything is accessible. The place is clean.What I did not like, We arrived around 1:00am as our flight was delayed. All shops were closed. Not even one sachet of coffee or tea bag is available. I had rented several apartment in all parts of the world, the owner leaves at least few sachet of coffee or tea.

Great location.Really light on amenities. We are a family of four- and they had supplied only 3 pillows and 3 sets of towels. Not responsive when requested more. They dont supply bath soap- really odd- who travels with bath soap. We had to go down,stairs at 8pm, hunt for a Wells and buy soap- before we could freshen up. after a long day of travel. Theres a hand soap dispenser which was empty. Kitchen is not stocked with anything but hardware. You will need to go down and get the basic sugar, salt etc, that I had come to expect after staying at similar places in Lisbon and Spain. Overall- really bad service and couldnt careless response.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen und hat uns sehr gefallen. Das einzige was man bemängeln muss, ist dass wir bei den sechs Nächten nur ein einziges kleines Tuch bekommen haben für das Bad und dass niemand den Abfall entsorgt hat.

Dos estrellas por lo limpio que estaba. No habían llaves para los baños y encima no te avisan la hora a la que tienes que abandonar el piso y entran sin llamar, mi compañera se encontró a un chico asiático y ella saliendo de la ducha con la toalla puesta.

Wow.. we were baffled with the amazing location of this place... Squished between two coffee shops, the apartment overlooks the beautiful main street in Baixa/Chiado. Everything (and I mean everything) is accessible for you. Small supermarket less then 100 meters away, Metro is literally at your doorstep, and thousands of cute little shops all around (Zara being the one across from you) The apartment itself is filled with beautiful white marble, it is clean and perfectly European. The only room for improvement I could say is maybe a bit more light from the window or just lights in general.

Super bien situé, au milieu d'une rue piétonne et commerçante. L'appartement est propre et plutôt bien équipé. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas d'état des lieux, donc si quelques choses n est pas correcte, Nous avons personne à qui le dire.

Die Lage ist herrvorragen, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist schön renoviert, im Haus ist es ruhig. Leider hatten wir zu unserer Zeit massiven Baulärm von nebenan zu ertragen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer zeigt, das die Wohnung mehr für die Kurzreise gedacht ist. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank sondern eine offene Kleiderstange im ehemaligen Kamin. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, jedoch auf Lichtschächte und Abluftventilatoren der Klimaanlagen. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind gut, das Schlafsofa im Wohn- Esszimmer ebenso gut zu gebrauchen. Die Aussicht dieses Zimmers geht auf die Straße, die Fenster sind groß, das Zimmer hell. Die Räume lassen sich gut verdunkeln durch innen angebrachte Holzklappläden (gut zum Ausschlafen, wenn der Baulärm nicht gewesen wäre).

Was hat mir gefallen:- sehr gute Lage- sehr gute Ausstattung, Möbel und Geräte in gutem Zustand- Apartment sauber (ausser Bad), Treppe und Flur ebensoWas hat mir nicht gefallen:- Baulärm nebenan, Betreiber hat mir nicht geholfen- Silberfischen im Badezimmer (nur eins)

Location is perpect. Clean. But, air conditioner is not working, no soap, no sampoo, only 2 dishes. They said sombody will come to fix air conditioner, but nobody has come.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Propre,bien situé mais les meubles sont rustiques et non confortables particulièrement le sofa. L’entree Par code est très facilitante. On ne rencontre personne.

Kurztripp mit der Familie.Aufgrund der Lage war für uns alle etwas dabei, Shoping für die Kids und kulturelles für uns.Die beiden Ortsteile Alfama und Bairro Alto konnten direkt von unserer Unterkunftzu Fuss erkundet werden.

La situation, le confort, la qualité du logement sont remarquables. Mais grosse déconvenue sur lhébergement : nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et un enfant) et Expédia confirmait : le tarif de base concerne 3 clients. Or le logement noffrait que 2 lits dune personne, le canapé du salon nétant pas préparé avec sa literie. Et Portugal Ways de déclarer .. la préparation du canapé-lit nétait pas incluse dans la réservation...... nous autorisons la modification de cette réservation avec les conditions suivantes:Frais de Modificacion: 75,00 € ..... Cett pratique nest pas acceptable, la réservation ayant été faite clairement pour 3 personnes.

Positive: Location is great with view to Rua Augusto. It is good to have a Lift for luggages.. Negative: I did not meet anyone so it is abit uneasy for questions.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Die Kommunikation war gut und das Appartement sehr schön geräumig und sauber und sehr schön. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, sodass man vom Trubel draußen nichts mehr hört. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr Bad. Am Waschbecken hat man nämlich keine Möglichkeit sein Handtuch hinzuhängen. Aber das war auch das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat. Klasse Unterkunft!!!

Positif: mon code d' ouverture je l' avais oubliee impossible d' avoir une personne au tele c' est un espagnol qui a bien voulu sur internet me le récupérer merci à lui trés bon emplacement de tous commerces pas de bruit. War alles Tip Top. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im kleinen Bad funktionierte das Licht nicht.

Positiva: El apartamento está muy bien. Las camas cómodas, hay espacio, está limpio, no hay ruido a la noche. Un poco caro comparando con otras estancias parecidas. Ubicación excelente. Negativa: Es difícil la comunicación con los anfitriones si tienes alguna duda o problema

Positive: the location of the apartment couldn't be more perfect: very easy to get to from the airport, a lot of sights are in walking distance, metro and train stations are just few steps away; the wifi was very strong and worked flawless the entire time, the apartment was very clean, spacious and the key code entry system makes the access very easy; the streets are very crowded and noisy in this area but we could not hear a thing thanks to the great sound-proofing, we got cleaning even if it wasn't in the price; we really enjoyed our stay. Negative: the pillows were a little uncomfortable and the shower head was hard to control between the cold and the piping hot water; it would have been useful to have a little shelf or something in the shower because there was no place to put f.e. a soap or a bath sponge; we couldn't leave our luggage in the building last day but there is a cheap luggage locker in the Rossio station which is very close

Location parfaite en plein centre de Lisbonne entre plaça do comercio (300m) et plaça sa figueira. On peut tout faire à pied en partant de lappartement. Rue commerçante avec restaurants situés juste en bas. Système de code pour entrer très fonctionnel et sécurisant. Appartement très lumineux et fonctionnel, literie confortable et ensemble propre. Manque juste un miroir de pied dans une chambre...serviette de bain et toilette en nombre suffisant...vraiment top à tous les niveaux ! Nous sommes partis en famille : 2 adultes, 2 ados et 1 enfant et chacun y a trouvé son compte. Wifi présent dans lappartement qui fonctionne très bien.... Nous y reviendrons avec des amis cest certain !!!

긍정적: 아이 3명 동반 어른 4 두 가족이 함께한 짧은 여행이였습니다. 일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. BAIXIA역에서 나와서 뛰면 1분이내 정말 걸어서 직진하여 2분이내 거리로 너무 좋았구요~ 주변 관광지 이동하기에 편한 장점이 있어 아이들데리고 다니기 수월해요~낮에는 거리의 상점이 있어 활기차지만 시내중심에 있는곳 치고는 저녁에는 조용해지고 한산해진 거리때문에 잠자는데 소음같은 문제는 전혀 없었습니다. 창문 방음이 매우 잘되는것 같아요..주변에 음식점도 많고 참고로 저희는 2박을 하였고 수건은 짧은여행객에게는 충분히 가춰져 있다고봅니다. 드라이기도 있었고...아무튼 아이동반 가족영행객들에게도 적극 추천드립니다.. 부정적: 딱히 아쉬운점은 없으나 구지 단점이라면 집주소 번호가 어두운 글씨와 색으로 건물 입구 위쪽에 써있어서 처음엔 못보고 지나쳤네요(보통은 건물 옆쪽에 눈에띄게 써있는데 ㅎㅎ) 그리고 저희가 갔을땐 주방에 환풍기가 고장이 나있었고 샤워를 하면 그 환풍구쪽에서 물이 엄청 많이 밑으로 떨어졌어요...그래서 그런지 처음 들어가자마자 쓰레기통을 환풍기 아래부분(전기레인지위에)떡하니 올려놓았던데 그 이유를 샤워하고난뒤 알았죠..화장실에서 샤워하거나 물쓰면 환풍구 안에서 물이 다 떨어져 쓰레기통으로 떨어졌네요..(그래서 일부러 그 아래 바쳐놓으신듯) 저희는 다행히 숙소에서 요리를 해먹지 않았기에 크게 신경쓰지 않았지만 아마래도 좀 위험할 수 있었던거같아요. 다만 저희가 묵었던 일정이 토/일 이틀 주말숙박이였고 어차피 연락해도 주말이라 해결책이 없을거같아서 그냥 두었는데 이젠 다 고쳐졌길 소망해요

Anreise:die Anreise erfolgte vom Flughafen mit der Metro (Dauer ca. 50 min).Das Appartementhaus ist etwas über 100m von der U-Bahn-Station Baixa-Chiado entfernt.Zwei Tage vorher gab es per Mail den Code für den Haus- und Appartementeingang.Alles klappte wunderbar.Das Appartement lag im vierten Stock und war mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.Alles war sehr sauber, roch aber auch stark nach Lufterfrischer, Geschmackssache eben, deshalb dafür kein Punktabzug. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig (Trockenbau). Wir haben von den anderen Gästen nur bei Benutzung des Bades nebenan etwas gehört.Allerdings hatten wir mit zwei Personen und Kleinkind gebucht und fanden nur zweimal Bettwäsche und zwei Sätze Handtücher vor. Wir hatten aber vorgesorgt, da diese Problematik aus anderen Bewertungen bekannt war.Das Bad war sehr sauber, die Installation aber gewohnungsbedürftig (Wasserhähne und Regendusche). Man musste beim ersten Mal einfach probieren, dann klappte es auch.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kapselautomat, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfanne sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich gab eine Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Ferner fanden wir eine Waschmaschine. Für die Spülmaschine waren drei Tabs vorrätig. Zusätzlich ein Spüllappen und Geschirrspülmittel.Der Fernseher kannte unzählige portugiesische und einige internationale Sender (2 deutsche waren auch dabei).Wir haben die Zeit genossen und planen wieder zu kommen.

Positive: Materassi comodi. Cucina ben attrezzata. Stabile in ottime condizioni e posizione top per raggiungere qualunque meta. Utile la presenza di forno a microonde,lavastoviglie e lavatrice (anche se per quest'ultima manca il detersivo ed i supermercati in zona sono merce rara).. Negazione: Biancheria e arredo bagno ( un telo ed un solo asciugamano a persona e non in ottimo stato; sono presenti solo due ganci per i teli bagno e niente altro). Volendo, sarebbe opportuno sostituire il lavabo con un modello a conca; l'attuale, alla moda ma poco funzionale, non permette un corretto deflusso dell'acqua. Potrebbe servire lasciare qualche coperta per la notte. La presa al quale è collegato il forno a microonde non funziona, ma è sufficiente estrarlo dal mobile e collegarlo ad altra presa. All'arrivo ho inviato una mail richiedendo un'informazione relativa al televisore, ma nessuno ha risposto durante l'intero soggiorno.

الإيجابية: المكان في السنتر وقريب من المطاعم والمقاهي والمحلات .. وبجانبه محطة ميترو تبعد خطوات .. الشقة نظيفة جداً ومرتبة ومؤثثة بكل ما يحتاجه الضيف .. كما يوجد خدمة تنظيف للشقة مجاناً .. للأمانة اختياري لهذه الشقة أراحني كثيراً وسهّل تنقلاتي في لشبونة

Positive: Appartamento molto confortevole con una ottima posizione ideale per una vacanza in totale privacy

Positiv: Allt var toppen, läget, inredningen - så fräscht. 2-3 minuter från tunnelbanan som gick till/från flygplatsen ( ett byte), ca 30 minuter. Kände oss trygga med läget. Allt fanns i lägenheten som vi behövde, 2 sovrum, ett badrum med dusch och toalett, en liten toalett, kyl/frys , porslin, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Och så fint inrett med bra, snygga och hållbara material. Lyxlägenhet var känslan.. Negativ: Allt var så bra

Положительный: Самый-самый центр, пешеходная улица, 50 м от метро Baixa-Chiado. Всё четко организовано, код от двери приходит на почту за 2 дня до заезда. Квартира просторная, светлая, со всем необходимым, полностью соответствует описанию.

Up to the minute facilities. Location in the middle of town and within a stones throw of the Metro. Convenience with a Capital C. A top place to stay for our family trio.
