I planned a three weeks vacation in Portugal. Of course, my flight was cancelled because of the covid19. Every single hotel and house I rented gave me a refund, except this hotel. I got a voucher from TAP, and will go back next year. The one place I will not go, will be that hotel. It’s pure robbery considering the context. I will make sure everybody knows.

Für drei Tage bzw. Nächte quartierten wir uns (vier Personen) in einem Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern (jeweils mit separatem Bad) direkt im Herzen vom Lissabon im Stadtteil Baixa ein. Damit wären wir quasi auch schon bei dem Pluspunkt schlecht hin dieser Unterkunft: die Lage - besser geht es nicht: die Fußgängerzone direkt vor der Haustüre, Metro (bis zum Flughafen ca. 45 Minuten) in unmittelbarer Nähe und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten des Zentrums zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement selbst war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist – wie die gesamte Unterkunft und wie der Name schon verrät – auf eine sehr angenehme, Art und Weise „künstlerisch“ angehaucht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt, bis hin zum Bügeleisen und –brett. Zudem alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Internet (WIFI) funktioniert prima. Etwas unangenehm und einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: der etwas unangenehme Duft in den Bädern, welcher wohl aus dem Alter des Gebäudes und dem damit verbundenen Alter des Leitungssystems resultiert. Das Gebäude an sich ist wie zuvor beschrieben recht alt und somit auch sehr hellhörig – empfindlichen Ohren sind hier unbedingt Ohrstöpsel anzuraten! Zumal auch mitten in der Nacht die örtliche Müllabfuhr ihre Runde dreht und das mit einem entsprechenden Lärmpegel verbunden ist. Ausgezeichnet auch das leckere und frische Frühstücks-Büfett. Hier waren wir – im positiven Sinne – außerordentlich angetan. Hervorzuheben auch die durchgängige Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten, egal ob Rezeption oder Putzfrau. Auch hierfür: Daumen hoch! Fazit: Sofern es uns mal wieder nach Lissabon verschlägt, wird das Lisbon Art Stay mit Sicherheit wieder unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein.

Schickes, buntes Hotel in 1A Top-Lage! Nur Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu bemängeln: Betten sind etwas unbequem, teilweise hatten wir etwas Abflussgeruch in den innenliegenden Bädern und vor einem Fenster eine laute Klimaanlage, die das nächtliche Fensteröffnen verhindert hat - die eigene Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, wollte wir aber nicht anstellen... Das Frühstück ist top und vor allem für den Preis alternativlos!

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum. Durch die künstlerische Gestaltung sehr inspirierend.

GENIAL! Somos 6 (ha salido a menos de 24e x persona y noche). Apartamento de 3 habitaciones (con cama matrimonio). Dos de ellos tienen baño con ducha dentro. El otro dormitorio tiene el baño fuera, pero al lado. Decorado con muchísimo gusto, precioso, limpio y cuidado. Calefacción y TV en todas las habitaciones y el comedor. Cocina útil y equipada. Hay jabón y crema corporal en los baños. Hay jabón de platos, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera. Servicio de desayuno de 7e (si reservas) o 10e (si no reservas). Localización super céntrica, a dos pasos del elevador de Santa Justa. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!

Dicen q la esperanza es lo ultimo q hay q perder , y desde luego q no la voy a perder porque se q igual q yo hay muchísimas personas las cuales nos sentimos engañadas , utilizadas y ante una gran indefensión ,lo único q me queda es desear q nadie mas vuelva a verse en esta tesitura y q este hotel con tan poca seriedad se vea igual q yo me veo ahora ... SIN NADA ... Gracias por NADA...

La estancia fue muy grata, el único problema que la primera noche estuve en una habitación donde los conductos de ventilación sonaban durante toda la noche, pero sin ningún problema me cambiaron a otra habitación, fueron muy amables

Excelente experiência. Uma decoração incrível, caprichosos nos mínimos detalhes. Excelente recepção, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização e muito boa, principalmente durante o dia, dá pra ir andando a vários pontos turísticos. Próximo de muitos restaurantes, de um shopping e de várias lojas. A noite termina cedo e a rua fica mais vazia, então utilize o Uber! O destaque e o bar do hotel, o melhor da região, música ao vivo todos os dias, bom preço, ambiente espetacular. Ponto fraco e a cama de casal, não é grande.

Super la location de appartement je adoré. Vraiment dans le quartier centre de la ville de Lisbonne. Le service de nettoyage très professionnels passe toute le jour.

The building is renovated with new furniture and painting. The hotel is located in the old town with walking distance to all attractions. I like the decorating style and feeling of setting in the room. The problem is the room is fill with paint smell. It seems it is just finish painting. If not, it stands for using bad quality of paint in the room. Moreover, I told the reception to fix the lock of the door because it can not be locked properly. The man tried to persuade me how Lisbon safe it is. There are two totally different topics and questions. All I want them to do is to fix the door rather than how safety the city is. Then I asked can anyone guarantee if my property is stolen I can find someone to pay for me? Then he said he can't. I am totally understand how safety Lisbon is but I want the feeling of safety while I am out and no one can break into the room. The distance between the opposite building is like one meter so no one will know if someone can get in with this distance. Just be careful if they ask you to stay in other building rather than in the main building, the door of the third floor doesn't lock at all.

Hôtel d'une très belle originalité,propre,bien situé. Le personnel de l accueil est admirable c est un vrai atout.Ils parlent tous anglais et sont d une extrême gentillesse.

I stayed here in November 2019 and I absolutely loved it !!!so much attention to detail. Not to mention free wine and pastel de Natas in the lobby ;). And a must see is the rooftop...what a view ! Will be back this Summer

Denifitely recommend for visitor to Lisbon, especially those travelling with families. We have a two bedroom apartment, it has three bathroom, a living room and kitchen, with all the utensils.It really feels like home.Location is superb, just off the busy main street in the commercial plaza, there are two popular restaurant just down stair.Staff were welcoming, and helped us order a shuttle to airport for 15 euro. Overall, great value for the price.

Hôtel agréable. Le personnel est pro et aux petits soins pour les clients. Hygiène parfaite. Décoration atypique. Petit déjeuner au top servi dans le bar restaurant pub voisin. Rooftop à faire ! Même si il est placé au centre ville, il reste très silencieux. Géographiquement génial pour une visite de Lisbonne sans embûche.

A great location just of Rue Agusta. Stopping for a refreshment was a sensory overload. Quirky decor, that some might deem OTT. Friendly staff.

Je vous recommande ce lieu atypique . Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Une petite attention a été portée pour mon anniversaire lors du séjour et j ai été agréablement surprise . Les chambres et les couloirs ont une décoration uniques . Le roof top agréable . Je vous recommande le petit déjeuner où tout semble frais , jusqu' au jus d orange . Un lieu incontournable....

3 éme fois pour fois et tjrs au top classe, décalé, service au top et super bar avec petit concert.... sans parler du mojito qui est au top.

Every night there is a concert going on downstairs so good luck going to sleep before 1 a.m. Called reception and the restaurant (at midnight) letting them know I have an early flight and they did not care. Other than that cheap and good location.

Pretty cool and artistic hotel in a super central location. The roof top garden is a perfect place to watch the sun set or hang out after a busy day in the streets. Breakfast was yummy and the staff at the reception was always friendly and helped us a lot. Highly recommended.

Young and vibrant place. Great location just off the main drag in city centre. Little noisy at night when bars are chucking their bottles in the bins, but it’s in the city so what do you want? Apartment was cool, clean and very hip. Bar was nice to hang out in, friendly staff, music every night. Breakfast was good too; pastries, fruit, porridge, cheeses meats, eggs beans and bacon, toast, lots of drinks to chose from.

This boutique hotel is a must see or better must stay who is visiting Lisbon and likes modern art combined with relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Each room starting at the door is a peace of art design by Chiara Gerer.Downstairs you can just have a drink in the bar listen to cool music or eat some healthy food. The delicious breakfast has a great variety. Enjoy your stay as we were end of July. Don’t forget to have an overview of Lisbon from the rooftop! .
